Horrible vet techs. I was having an allergic reaction. I couldn’t stop coughing and asked”Can I set these packages here? My Allergies are killing me,” and an older tech said”You should stay longer.” And laughed.

I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 5 years. The staff is wonderful and the vets are great. Over the years, I’ve called with a few urgent needs and can usually get in same day. I’d personally recommend Dr. Karlin or Dr. Cohen, but all are great.

The staff are all amazing and helpful. We never feel rushed and they always make sure to address any questions we have. The staff at All Paws take such good care of my pets.

Dr. Hershey at Westgate has been taking care of our sweet pitbull who pinched a nerve in her back some time ago. She provides acupuncture treatment and it’s been helping Beauty’s mobility so much while her body heals! Compassionate, kind staff from the vet assistants and techs to all the docs. Absolutely amazing staff and facility. It’s so clean, bright and welcoming. Have taken both of our dogs here since 2013 and wouldn’t even think about taking them somewhere else. The doctors are kind and so patient with my pets (and me!). I wish I could give it more than five stars.

I've been going to Westgate for quite some time and all the staff, from the front desk to the veterinarian, have nothing but passion about taking care of your pets. They give me peace of mind.

Dr. Bury and Dr. Kamrath take excellent care of our two cats and puppy. Each pet has their own health challenges and they are always patient, caring and thorough.

Dr. Melin did a fantastic job with my Saint Bernards laparoscopic spay and gastropexy. All of the Techs have been more than helpful with explaining everything in great detail and were very prompt in responding to my follow-up questions. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this clinic -especially for this type of surgery on a large breed dog as the recovery time seemed minimal compared to a traditional surgery.

Very good staff, and a clean friendly environment, however you certainly pay for it.

Love Westgate—only vet clinic we have gone to for 40+ years now. They may be more expensive, but totally worth it for the high level of care and caring they give their clients.

Dr. Bury is an exceptional vet. She takes time with our pets and us, explaining everything and really looking into the problem. She also has a range of abilities, she is wonderful with our dogs (and they aren't always easy), she has done acupuncture on one with hip dysplasia and it really helped and she recommended a dermatologist for our daughter's cat who finally got results when others told us to put Brandi down. We have been with her for many years and 3 clinics and it is worth the drive to have her care for our animals.

They are a most caring group of vets. Cats and dogs are so well cared for and owners too.

Brought my cat in several times, they diagnosed her with diabetes and prescribed her a large dose of insulin. They also offered to put her down that day- for diabetes?? 2 days after giving her the first shot of insulin she couldn't get up, or even lift her head. We called the vet, described symptoms and were prescribed pain pills which, had we followed directions given to us by the vet, would have slowed her heart and killed her. Daughter had the idea that it could be shock from the insulin - so we gave her honey and she got so much better. To top it all off- when we tried to return the unopened expensive pills they had prescribed the night before, they were reluctant to allow us a refund. Overall i'd recommend you focus less on satisfying the customers- and more on helping the animals.

Dr Karlin is the BEST! She truly is a wonderful veterinarian. I've been taking my Kirby, Mittens, and Leeloo to her for years and I can't see enough about the fantastic care she, and the entire staff at Westgate Pet Clinic, provide to me and my fur babies. You can Westgate Pet Clinic to give you the very best veterinary care out there.

We like the doctors that kept us informed and answered all of questions. The second doctor in particular was great. Both were very patient and caring. The only small issue was payment. The second payment was automatically charged to the same credit card from the previous day, no one asked if the same card should used. We wanted to use the same card, but rather odd no one asked. In addition, the amount was never communicated to us. We did not know the payment amount of the second day visit until the bill was emailed to us. Our main concern was JoJo and the quality of care visa vee the doctor; that was excellent.

Everyone at Westgate is fantastic. Dr. Hershey is the nicest vet I've ever worked with. She and the staff are willing to deal with my demon cat and still welcome me back.

Dr. Hershey is the best. After recently moving to MN and leaving behind our old vet I was skeptical I'd find the same quality and care in another city. Just sensational from start to finish. Highly recommended

I moved to Westgate after my last vet could not see me during an emergency with our cat. Westgate has been very friendly and we have found a couple vets we are comfortable with. I have had a couple minor cat health issues pop up where Westgate has basically slammed the door in my faces. In short, they will see with an appointment but don’t expect them to open the door in your time of need.

We adopted two kitties during the pandemic and had a hard time finding a vet accepting new patients. Westgate was still taking new patients and we were able to get in within a couple of weeks for both kitties (we got one in March and one in May). One has had a lot of health issues and they've been great about getting her in for emergency appointments and trying to stay consistent with the same provider. Dr. Bury really cares about her patients and shares her knowledge on a wide variety of issues.

We have been going to Westgate Pet Clinic for years and love it! We don’t live close but are more then willing to drive the 20 plus miles to have our pets cared for there. Everyone is so nice, and they greet you promptly. From the moment you enter their lobby you can see the care and thought they have put into taking care of your pet. One check-in side for cats and another for dogs is just the beginning. They are well stocked in food, toys, dog grooming supplies, gentle leaders, dog collars and leashes. The staff, vet technicians and doctors treat your pet like their own and make them happy to be there. My dogs get so excited when they see where we are going they start jumping around and wagging their tails. The doctors have always been honest with us and never try to sell us something that doesn’t provide the care the pet needs. We trust their opinion. We have had two sick dogs and through the end of their life they help us make the best decisions for our pets. When it was time to say goodbye to our dogs we were fortunate to be able to be with them in a special room they have. So thankful for the care they give our pets!

My girlfriend and I always take our boy Chico here. The doctors and nurses are very empathetic and professional!

Overall good. . . Just every visit is $200. So it is hard to be excited about going.
