Highly recommend. They took excellent care of all 3 of my dogs. Dr. Olivero is very kind, detailed, thorough and knows how to handle all sorts of dogs & their behaviors. I’d always trust them for any eye issues my pets would have!

Staff was so friendly through the whole process and the doctor was amazing! My dog seemed so comfortable with them & his eyes have improved a lot since seeing them!

It was only a few months after we had just gotten our puppy Calvin that he started scratching his eyes and was in a lot of pain and discomfort after quite a few visits to our normal vet we we're referred to Dr. Olivero office. We learned that our puppy had entropion in one of his eyes and would need surgery. I was just in awe watching him place a temporary contact in our puppy's eye to help him have some relief, I can't even place a contact in my own eye. Surgery went well and he also fixed his cherry eye that came from his scratching, things looked well and then he developed entropion in his other eye and needed to go under again to fix the other eye. It was quite a long battle for our little doodle and for us as well. Dr. Olivero and his team definitely helped us through with a good medical plan and encouragement that there was a light at the end of tunnel. They care deeply about every pet they see and making sure they get the care they deserve and need no matter what. I can't thank them enough for all the help they provided and making sure Calvin got better. Our dog was a sad miserable little puppy through it all, but we are grateful he is a happy healthy sightful playful puppy. The only thing that gets in his way no is his shaggy hair now.

I literally cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Olivero and his staff. They call me back if I leave a message, and my dog was quite a strange case and Dr Olivero went out of his way to get her in same day when needed. I also love that with every visit or phone call he will write out what you discussed and what is going on with your pet, and all medication instructions and recommendations and give them to you instead of just verbally telling you so you forget in 5 seconds

Great place to take your dog for issues regarding eyes. Very professional eye clinic and very good doctor/eye surgeon. Our 18 year old Chihuahua had cataract surgery last October 2020 and today he had his scheduled eye check. The surgeon informed us that the eye surgery was successful and we scheduled our dog's annual appointment.

They are wonderful! They fit my puppy in on right away Monday morning after being scratched in the eye by a cat Sunday afternoon. They were very accommodating. They were even able to perform her surgery the same day! They saved my puppys eye and sight. Gave her sight for the rest of her life. The Dr spoke to me personally regarding her prognosis and the procedure. Every detail was explained throughly. I couldn't be more thankful for them and the services they provide.

A Veteranarian who allows his staff to dictate the care a pet gets, is not worth going to. I have a senior dog with numerous health issues for which I was attempting to get a transfer of records for, before his surgery. When attempting to schedule cataract surgery for my boy, one of his staff was having a bad day/very busy, I told her I would call her back when she was not so busy. She then told the vet that I was rude to her, which prompted a call from the vet. I opted not to follow through with this vet. When I went to another opthomalagist, and explained what had happened, that employee took offense that I had a problem with the other vet's employee. This is out of hand. I now have an appointment at Blue Pearl, but it took a long time to get in. July :'( Vets need to have grown up's dealing with patient parents who are stressed enough when dealing with a major surgery for their much loved pet.

They went above and beyond here to treat my dog. She had a very complex case of entropion and I could tell Dr. Olivera was only interested in helping my pup have a better life. He was kind, compassionate, and understanding of the struggles we had been through up to meeting with him. He thought about his medical advice with care and tact. My dog had been to two previous opthamologists and they only wanted to perform more surgeries and charge me more money. Dr. Olivera does not operate that way and genuinely wants what is best for your pet. TL/DR: Dont even bother with anyone else if you can help it. Best opthamologist in the state.

Informative, honest, and super helpful. Dr. Olivero and the rest of the VOSP team do a great job with my two dogs. Dr. Olivero always takes time to personally explain any findings and recommended treatments. I’m very glad that we came here for our dogs’ ophthalmology needs.

Both of our dogs have been in for cataract surgery and ulcer issues. Scheduling can be a challenge, and sometimes there is a wait, but there is also no doubt they are giving your pet that same level of thorough care, which I think is the most important. Dr. Olivero is very knowledgeable and good at explaining things to pet parents. I recommend highly and have referred other friends here as well with canine eye concerns.

This past Monday, Dr. Olivero performed Cataract Surgery on our dog, Harley. What a fantastic clinic - the team is amazing and Dr. Olivero is a rock star! We couldn't be more pleased with the care Harley has received and the surgery was successful - Harley is no longer blind! We are only a few days in but my husband and I are so happy! I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Olivero is the best. He should be teaching others how to treat customers. He is thorough and to the point. If my dogs have eye problems this is where I go.

Our cat needed multiple emergency surgeries and the team cleared their schedules to make sure they could treat our kitty, Lucy. We felt incredibly well taken care of and would definitely recommend.

My young Dachshund mix suddenly had eye issues and my Vet recommend Veterinary Opthamology. Dr Olivero diagnosed my baby with an Autoimmune disease and hopefully with current treatment my baby can live a great life and what sight was lost will not get worse. All options were discussed and even presented as final printout at end of appt. Like with any Specialist cost is more than regular Vet services, but any good pet owner should go into pet ownership knowing health maintenance is part of being a responsible owner.

Couldn't thank them enough got my puppy back.
