Dr. MacKinnon is easy to talk to, and answers all my questions. Plus she’s kinda funny. We like her. ???? Dr. Vail handled my cat really well. She was on edge and did not want to be there. But Dr. Vail took good care of her. My dog was very comfortable with Dr. Schulman the last time we were in. All of the veterinarians and staff members we’ve interacted with have been helpful and kind.

Kenwood Pet Clinic has been absolutely amazing with our puppy Henry. We are first time dog owners and Dr. Vail has been very helpful, as we navigate being new puppy parents. The staff is extremely responsive and has helped us through some difficult times. We could not recommend them more and are so thankful that they help keep our pup happy and healthy.

Kenwood Pet Clinic, under Dr. Joanne Schulman, was a warm, caring and amazing experience of animal-human bonding. For years, since I first brought Sage (a male ruddy Abyssinian) to be cared for by Dr. Schumann, the staff has epitomized relatable professionalism. They love animals but also connect well with and work professionally through people issues! When I had to euthanize my Sage (and later faced several other losses of pets), the entire staff took a moment to send me a condolence card. Their actions assured me I didn’t have to face this loss alone. The expertise in the art of veterinary medicine, along with the shared bond with felines, has kept me avidly treating my cat friends with Kenwood Pet Clinic. Would I go anywhere else? I encourage everyone seeking a vet to try Kenwood Pet Clinic. UPDATE on Georgia’s recent visit with Dr. Schulman, DVM. I have recommended Kenwood Pet Clinic. This visit was wonderful, and a departure from previous visits when I could conduct all my related business right from the same examining room. I felt Georgia’s sense of discomfort with the visits was addressed. Dr. Schulman was, as always, very compassionate, clinically focused, and even more explanatory than usual. Anne, your office manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to submit my insurance claim for the examination. My insurance paid promptly for all but 22.00 dollars of Georgias exam costs. I feel reassured that Georgia, Cartier (and now Phoebe)’s health will be in good hands. Thank you.

Kenwood has always been great with customer service and bedside manner with my dog, always told me what is going on and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been going to Kenwood Pet Clinic for more years than I can remember, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my fur babies!

They are knowledgeable and caring.

My family has taken our pets to Kenwood since 2002 and we have always been very happy with their care. They provided fantastic prenatal care when we took in a pregnant cat, compassionate end-of-life care for the family dogs, and everything in between. I currently have senior cats who are developing health issues, so I especially appreciate that they take the time to call and explain test results and also talk through options and costs. The staff have all been very friendly and our dog LOVES going to see them. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a vet for regular check ups and vaccinations, these guys are great. Friendly. But any vet can do the easy stuff. If your pet really needs help or has any kind of emergency, they can't handle it. They are never available and reception just pushes you off to an emergency vet hospital. I give zero stars. They cancel surgeries at last moment. Very rude....

We’ve been going here for almost 10yrs! Hands down best vet experience time and time again. Everyone who works here is top notch. The vets are always upfront honest and understanding! If I could give them 10stars h would!

The co-owner of this clinic is extremely unprofessional. Look at the 1 star reviews and look at how he responded, never knew someone could be this rude. If this clinic can treat customers who complain so horribly, they cannot provide good care. My dog had a major emergency, they even said she had a bad infection, yet they would not make time for her. We ended up having to go to another clinic. They are very unprofessional and rude. I wish we could give them 0 stars for how their owner treats customers… do not trust them to treat you or your pup with kindness and care…

We love Kenwood and have been bringing generations of cats there since the early 1980s. I was still in college when I brought in my first kitty, Phoebe. We used to see the first Dr. Schulman when she started the practice and have recommended it to several of our friends. We are very happy with it as it is:-).
