We've been coming to Minneapolis Vet Partners since 2018 and have received great service & care consistently. Dr. Lloyd diagnosed & helps us treat our diabetic dog, which is very complicated and scary for any dog parent but they are always re-assuring. Our 2nd dog also has rare seizures and they've been flexible to get us last-minute appointments to examine him. All of the staff are very kind and patient. They help over the phone if we have an urgent question. I love that they are open 6 days per week, especially during the times of COVID where the urgent cares & emergency vets can have very long wait times. Highly recommend.

My dog is treated wonderfully by all the staff here. I feel like she gets the best care possible. They really help me deal with her long term health issues.

Brought my cat in for a check-up and cleaning and they were very professional! The Vet Techs are transparent about what the services will cost and procedures. They are willing to work with you to cater to your schedule too for pick up and drop off times. Looking forward to brining my newest kitty to them soon! :)

I can’t say enough great things about this place! My dog has been sick for a few days now and they went above and beyond to him in on very short notice. Everyone who works there is so nice!

Very friendly and professional. They were able to see our pup within two weeks from when we wanted to go. They are able to see the results from the parasite testing within 24 hours.

Just took my kitty for an eval and treatment of abscess and they were amazing, very professional, up front with the charges that were very comparable to other vets The vet was extremely polite and knowledgeable and took great care of my pet. So glad I took my kitty here. Strongly recommend

We reached out to them prior to getting our puppy to ask questions and they were very informative and responsive. Our puppy's first visit was very informative and thorough. You can tell they really care about your pet.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best vet clinics I've ever been to. I was visiting Minneapolis from out of town to help a friend who was diagnosed with cancer. While in Mpls, my dog started acting subdued and unlike himself. He stopped eating and drinking water. I thought I might be paranoid but wanted to get him checked out regardless. It was scary not being close to our regular vet, but luckily Dr. Covi was able to squeeze me in. She took his vitals, which were normal, and said she wasn't sure there was anything wrong with him. But she could tell I was worried so she offered to do a couple of extra tests to give me peace of mind. After running the tests she came in and told me that she was so glad I brought him in because his liver levels were extremely high. She recommended hospitalizing immediately him at Blue Pearl (24 hour emergency vet) to stabilize him and to get some testing done to try to identify the cause of his liver issue. If Dr. Covi hadn't listened to me and taken my concerns seriously, I have no doubt my dog would have gotten much worse and required emergency treatment and we likely would have been on the road driving back to Texas when that happened. This would be the worst time/place to have a pet emergency and I don't even know what I would do if that happened. Now at least I know that he's being taken care of while his liver problem is being investigated appropriately. Not only was Dr. Covi extremely thorough and attentive, but the vet techs at this practice were all so compassionate and kind. They knew I was having a hard time with the idea that my sweet boy was sick, while also dealing with the sadness of my friend's cancer diagnosis, and they comforted me and allowed me to process my emotions. I can't say enough good things about the experience I had here!

They were fabulous. The office flooded the morning of my appointment. They called right away when they knew they couldn't accommodate my appointment and still managed to get me in within 2 hours of my original appointment time. They took ample time with my 2 cats and answered questions in a caring and professional manner. The office was very clean and the prices are reasonable. Thank you for caring for my Charlie and Isla!

So far I’ve visited Vet Partners Minneapolis twice. The first time to establish my cats to their clinic and second for their wellness services. I like the fact that whether it is through call or text, they always answer promptly, and they always help whenever I need something without financial return in mind. I have a cat that has a stomach sensitivity or who eats by engorging herself, and they were able to help me find so many options to help her get better. They treat my cat with respect during the vaccination, and they also informed me about tips on how to get documents for international pet travel. I highly recommend Vet Partners Minneapolis. The only downside is that they usually prefer to be paid first by the owner of the pet then we get reimbursed for a pet insurance, instead of having the insurance company pay them straight. But I think that is a normal thing in any vet clinic. Thank you to everyone in the clinic for giving my cats their essential needs.

Love love LOVE LOVE LOVE this practice! I am EXTREMELY picky and emotional when it comes to my (kinda fragile - fur baby) dog's care. And this place FAR exceeds my expectations, every single time. Whether I'm getting his nails trimmed (he HATES that!), vaccinations, urgent care, teeth cleaning - there's honestly no better place to go than here! The staff are all truly pet lovers, and just very decent human beings. Dr Covi is incredibly thorough, explains everything SO well, and offers OPTIONS instead of simply dictating care. I wouldn't ever bring my dog anywhere else. I can't say enough about this practice and this team!!!

This place is awesome. Everyone has been so sweet and genuinely caring for my little guy. I even had to take my cat to an urgent care elsewhere and they called me to see if he was okay afterwards! Do not pass this place up!

Dr Lloyd had been my dog Georgies vet for years before working at Vet Partners. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Dr Lloyd. Caring, knowledgeable, and thinks of care in practical terms, individualized for your pet. (For example, don't give every vaccine if it does not apply to risks that your dog actual is exposed to) I travel for Eden Prairie to downtown just for Dr Lloyd and would go further...(pls dont move further Dr Lloyd! lol)

The staff was friendly and the care seemed okay, but they really overcharged me with medications compared to what I found online. I understand that places like chewy.com get wholesale discounts, but the difference in price was HUGE - for the three medications I purchased from them, one was $60 more than online, one was 5x the price, and one was double. They sent SOOO many emails promoting their online shop (often twice in a day), it left me feeling like they just wanted to make money selling overpriced medications. When I asked to have all of my invoices emailed to me (for insurance and for my records), I had to remind them of other invoices multiple times before I got all of them. I was also referred to an EXTREMELY expensive specialist. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and have changed vets - who have since forwarded my dog's x-rays to an equivalent specialist for FREE. In addition, I looked back at older reviews, and found some of the owner's responses to other people to have a certain degree of attitude that was extremely off putting.

AMAZING!!! I brought my old chubby dog in to get his back legs checked out. They examined him, prescribed some arthritis meds, clipped his nails and trimmed his nappy tail for me. He has been a much more active dog now that he has everyday arthritis meds. Great staff....great location....great prices!!!

I took my new puppy here and it is my first experience with a new dog. I was very nervous, especially with social distancing and COVID-19 closures. When I called they helped clarify my concerns and the process for the visit. I enjoyed that the Dr. and the tech both called me to explain my dog’s exam and the medications he needed. I would definitely recommend this vet for o any of my friends or family. I trust them with my new pup to keep him healthy and happy!

I am new pet owner and I was impressed with their service overall. The doctor made plenty of timento answers all my questions and clearly stated everything. The app is very helpful for staying organized as to what my pet needs. Close to a perfect experience!

We had a great first experience at Vet Partners Minneapolis! We just moved to the area, and I was worried we would have to go through multiple vets before finding the right one for us, but Vet Partners was our first stop, and we won’t be looking any further. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We felt right at home.

These Vets truly care about our fur babies! I used to live downtown which made the original choice to use this clinic/hospital a no brainer as the car ride was least stressful... I have a very fearful & difficult kitty when it comes to leaving our home & vet visits! Otherwise sweet & docile kitty turns into a total basket case: so fearful, extremely difficult & combative!!!! I can only imagine that my high maintenance kitty + my own nerves & distress make us pretty challenging to work with. We have truly always been happy with the thorough level of care and compassion shown by doctors and staff at this clinic! My family moved to the suburbs a year ago and we still choose this clinic for the care of our little fur baby. Dr. Lloyd & the rest of the staff are amazing! The 20 minutes in the car now to the clinic is worth it because the quality of care, compassion and dedication the doctors & staff provide is exceptional!

This is my first time working with Vet Partners and they were great! They took care of my dog Leo very well and were very in-tune with his comforts and discomforts. I will definitely be using them for all of my veterinary needs.
