This is awesome veterinary clinic! Dr. Baker is a kind person, and his staff is excellent handling bully breeds... Highly recommended!!

I have two dogs. They're old now. I used to have two dogs before these two. They've all gone here because I like this place. They're professional. Good with my animals, and priced very fairly. I highly recommend them.

I called to set up as a new patient, and was informed they cannot take new patients. But the woman who answered also felt the need to vent to me about their staff shortage and then proceed to hang up on me when I asked where else she knows I could go.

After years of having our dog get treatment they let us down when we needed them the most. You can rely on this vet. Years of Giving them business don’t mean a thing. Find yourself vet you can count on!

Picked up some medicine, they brought it right out and were very friendly. Signage about masks needs to be redone and less snotty. Pretty unprofessional written.

The vets here have always taken great care of our cats. They’re a little old school but all the Dr’s have a lot of experience and it shows. Very affordable care as well.

Great care from a compassionate staff. Took our sheltie there for years and recently had to put him down, after 15 years of ups and downs with his health. They took great care of him and us throughout it all. Their sympathy card made us both cry.

This WAS my go to place for all things pets, but after needing a follow up appt for taking my dog to Blue Pearl for an obstruction and needing x-rays as soon as available as I already spent so much money there, I call for the girl to tell me you're gonna have to call blue Pearl back because were fully booked until May 10th... no urgency, no willing to let me speak to someone else, just sorry if your pet dies, were fully booked. What a joke!

Doctor Baker has been my vet for 3 dogs in the span of 30 years. Broadway robinsdale is the best!

Always helpfull and concerned about your pet. This is a wonderful animal clinic. Everyone is very nice and their rates are very fair. I'd be lost without them.

They never answered there phone ???? or there door ???? so wouldn't know too much cause of the coronavirus ????????????

Have an emergency with my pet but "they are not accepting new clients". Ended up calling around to several other clinics which were also full and had covid restrictions in place of close. But this place was just cold about it over the phone.

Years back they were good.. Today.. they refused us . We don't need excuses when our pets need care.

Love this place. They really care for your animals. The docs are great. I always get good advice. The only place I will bring my two dogs now.

Dr Baker & co. understand cats, they have been taking care of my senior kitty for 19 years, she is in overnight for testing and they asked me what flavors of food she prefers.
