I submitted a form to have my 7-month kitten spayed, and they never called me back. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for them to get back to me and I had to schedule the spay at my regular vet. ????

My dog was having his last visit to a vet. They were kind, gentle and caring. I have been there several times.

I have tried to make vet appoint for my cat & find it confusing, etc to get application. I'm not good with computers, wait for 11am Tues for application. Nothing, super frustrated

When I finally was able to access the pre appointment form, I took the time to fill in all pertinent info, I was just about finished, when suddenly a the info disappeared. Thier process for appts definitely needs work. BTW, I never did get an appt.

i I scheduled a wellness exam and a spay surgery for a 12 week old feline and the staff was courteous, informative, and caring. The veterinary assistants handling intake remembered me on sight despite having visited only once previously. They can be a little hard to get on the phone for general inquiries because they operate within the greater Twin Cities Humane Society umbrella for their phone trunk but it's not impossible. Pricing is fair and flexible, availability and wait time for appointment scheduling is modest. Overall this is a reliable and respectable place to take your animal for most veterinary needs.

They are amazing and a blessing! My mom met a neighbor who was going to throw her cats outside because she needed to move and I offered to surrender them instead. One is suspected to be pregnant and the other was wounded. They took them both in and are going to give them the vet care they desperately need and if all goes well find them a loving home. I am so grateful and I wish I could help more and I plan to when I can.

Amazing staff. Patchez our adopted 10 year old cat came with a double ear infection... Which led to two rounds of meds. We weren't sure if she had a polyp in one but luckily didn't,and found out when we removed her cracked tooth. Unfortunately all due to neglecte from her elderly forever home which had to go to a nursing home and we found out she later was re-homed in an abusive home. We are grateful that we were the ones who get to love her now. I highly recommend this staff. I just months before had to lay to rest our 20 year old cat name "Baby" . Thank you ❤️ for all the love and attention.????

You do have to call when you get there and sign in. The wait is not long at all. They give great advice concerning your pet and you can tell they really love animals. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet.

They have attitudes and the only reason they got a two is because there was a couple good people that actually cared about our animals and their needs.

This place saved my Stevie's life he was missing for awhile tracked him down to this place and got him back Iam forever grateful to this place thank you

Its suppose to be low cost , i tried to make a appointment for my dog i explained what was wrong left my number and they never called me back..very disappointed.

Brought my cat in for a check up. Everyone was super nice and friendly.

It took 2 days for someone to call me back after I got disconnected. I was calling because my poor little dog Bella had to be put down asap! Found an amazing place in Eden Prairie called Mission animal hospital and they responded asap and made the process so comforting!

They are really nice but when the were bringing my dog back 1 of the lady's came all the way in our car and the first lady said they cant go all the way in the car but other wise great

After first seeing another vet that couldn’t be honest with me, I went to the Golden Valley Animal Humane Society Vet clinic for a second opinion. I am so happy I did! My little tuxedo boy kitty was in so much pain from being allergic to his own teeth. Even with social distancing in effect, the AHSVC was prompt and caring in answering my questions. I could tell they actually care about the animals they service, and also the owners of said pets. Buster had 18 teeth removed and came out groggy and upset, but within 24 hours he was cooing and trilling just as he normally does. The AHSVC made sure to make pain management a top priority, but I could tell the surgery made a world of a difference for my momma’s boy kitty just by how youthful and happy he is now! It’s been 4 days since his major surgery, but my little love is happier than I’ve seen him in years, and he’s enjoying eating wet food every meal until he’s healed up. Thank you so much, Golden Valley AHSVC, for being such amazing friends to our furry family members. Buster also says thanks!

Couldn't ask for nicer service or more accommodating staff. Nice and friendly. Very affordable for low income people. I thought I would have to pay a fortune but that wasn't the case. So the extra money I had I made a donation to them for the furbabies.
