Very very nice! But pricey!$$$$$$

Do NOT send your pet here at any cost. Our dog was absolutely neglected in that facility for 7 days straight. They did not follow any of the written instructions provided (they rushed us at check in and never added our written instructions in the system) and did not wipe his mouth after eating or drinking for 7 days straight. We picked him up and he had WARTS all over his mouth (the vet said this was from interacting with other dogs - we had to pay EXTRA to keep him contained and separate because he’s not neutered so HOW did he get warts from other dogs if he was contained?) and if he was contained, it was from negligence from staff. We had to call to check on him while we were gone - they said he was completely fine. We picked him up 2 days later and he had warts all over his mouth and bumps all over his body. The manager saved face while we were there and said he’d work with us with a refund/contribution to vet bills - it took him a week to get back to us only to say it wasn’t their problem and wasn’t taking any accountability. There is one thing that is true. We dropped him off with no warts or bumps, and we picked him up with warts and bumps. Something happened in that facility. Do not send your pet here. It is unclean, you pay $850 for a week of care for them to do nothing special. And their poor customer service with no empathy and resolution was the gravy on top.

The facility is nice and large to allow your doggo to have some fun! Prices on are pretty average on toys and treats. We enrolled our puppy into kindergarten and were not very impressed with the overall quality and effort and wont be enrolling into the next class here.

Always a great place. Our dog has gone here for years for doggie day care, overnight lodging and hygiene care. Stone Mountain has always been great with Gunner, even when he was a shy, skittish pup and now that he’s a grown dog.

My dog came home with HER TWO PUFFY EYES, RED NOSE and a rush on her paw! And the best answer that I got was “ I don’t know what to tell you” like really? At least show some concern when you talk to the owners of the dogs! I will never bring my dog there ever again! ✌️I didn’t pay $40.00 for her! I paid more than $200 for her care!

Place is huge and the staff is friendly you'd have to ask my dog about the accommodations. She usually thinks anything other than the leather couch at home is ruffing it.

Our dog Koda goes ones a week to doggie day care and he loves it!

We love how they get to know our dog personally and take such good care of her while in daycare and boarding.

Neighbors puppy was really hurt here boarding. Now knowing that Owners take no responsibility or show any concern for your pet when there, I will never return. I was saddened to see the condition of the sweet animal today.

My dog started going here in November. And not once when he arrived were we greeted in a welcoming manner. The staff is short with customers, irritated by you being there. I looked past this until this weekend. I boarded my dog starting Friday morning thru Sunday evening. When you board them you have to pay extra for them to attend daycare and play with other dogs which is a complete rip off. He was no where to be found on the puppy cams on Saturday and Sunday. Which means I paid for him to sit in a kennel by himself for two days. The worst part. I picked him up & they said everything was fine. We got home, and my dog couldn’t even jump out of the car or walk up the stairs. He’s an extremely active dog and happy so not sure how they missed this change in behavior. We went to the vet to find out he has a partial ACL tear. Which was not there Friday. So I called to verify if there’s anything in his notes about limping. “Nope. He was extremely active Friday & Saturday so he’s probably just sore” .. after I explained the tear. I received no condolences or any emotion. I am not blaming them for the injury. I’m blaming them for their lack of customer service, their expensive services all while not caring about the animals. This place is a joke.

We have visited here a number of times with our 2 dogs. Twice our dog came home with Kennel Cough. Last month was our final straw. We waited to get our dogs for over a half an hour - someone brought their dog in for a nail trim and I was still waiting! When our dogs were brought to me, they didn't have one's collar on correctly (why it was ever taken off I don't understand) and she bolted through the store and into the parking lot. I am so thankful she didn't run or worse, get hit by a car. The staff seemed to care less and just handed me the leash and wished me luck. When I called to talk to management, the supervisor was also dismissive and said they were short staffed that weekend even though I never gave him my name, the dogs' names or the weekend in question - he never even asked, just wanted me off the phone.

Horrible place to leave your pups! I have taken my pups here multiple times onky to find out they never let my dog out for paid playtime yet still charged me! I was soo mad to find out my dog was sitting in a tiny kennel all weekend and everytime I left them there!! When I picked them up they stunk of urine and my little chihuahua had soo much tears built up in the corner of her eyes I wanted to cry! She has never had any eye crust ever!! Also they claim to make everyone get vaccines but both my dogs contracted kennel cough from this dirty place despite always being vaccinated!

They had my Boston Terrier puppy for 5 days lodging & daycare, it looks like they never feed the poor guy. I payed over $300 for them to look after him and he was starving. I knew something was wrong when I picked him up early and they took like 30 minutes to get him to the front desk. He was skin and bones. I thought I was a good dog dad, making sure he got the best possible care; he was fat, clean, & happy when I dropped him off. When I got him back he stank like poop, was starving, and terrified. Why does everyone want to kill my puppy? I didn't ask for help, I paid for peace of mind and I was shook to my core as a result. I can no longer trust anyone to look after my puppy, and I have work during the day so I just decided to rehome him instead of letting him possibly endure such neglect.

Larry gets so excited when we turn into the drive. He LOVES going to Day Care @ Stone Mountain Etc Lodge.

Nothing makes me more sad than having to leave a member of our family behind on a trip. Especially with people who don't understand the difficult journey Eli's life has been. This was our first experience with Stone Mountain (but not with a boarding facility). The prices are high but comparable to the area. When we got home I had a hand written note about how well our dog was and how much they enjoyed giving him belly rubs and cuddles. This melted my heart and made me feel better about leaving him there. The only thing that would make our experience better is more pictures/video/written updates on how he did. It's hard with "bigger" boarding facilities to know who actually took care of your baby. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, care and attention to detail. Great job Stone Mountain! Be sure to have your photo ID on you for pick up and drop offs, they take detailed notes of supplies left for your pooch, and they remove your dogs collar while they're inside the kennel. It is also recommended to bring in your own food. I definitely recommend the Blaine location for its professionalism and care.
