Had to stop in for a nail trimming for my German shepherds overgrown nails; was a new customer, I called, didn't need an appointment, went in and was done shortly after $15 cut grinded and reasonable pricing enough to leave a tip. thank you I will be returning.

Very pleased, my cat didn't seem too traumatized after a bath, brushing and blowdrying. He is so soft and smells so good. I can pet him without clumps of undercoat coming out everywhere. He feels handsome!

Good groomers with great prices! I have taken my dogs here four times for a standard bath, brush and nail trim and they always look great. This is the most affordable place in the uptown area and are often able to be very accommodating and squeeze in a quicker service. My French bulldog is a normally very sweet boy but can be an absolute jerk when it comes to his nails. One of the visits he was not having it and the groomer informed me they were unable to finish that service for concerns of his stress level. I highly appreciate a groomer being thoughtful of the dogs experience and well-being. She made some good suggestions on what to try to relax him next time I bring him in. He was fine for all of the other services and his normal good boy self. My mutt shepherd mix is a sweet bag of lazy bones and was just happy to have so much attention. I informed them it was his first professional grooming and that he had a previous ear injury to be gentle around and they took great care of him and he was still a very happy boy after his first experience. Overall I would recommend this place for their great availability and good prices. It works well for me and my dogs since they don’t really need any sort of fancy grooming.

Did a great job with my older doggos! They looked and smelled great when I picked them up, and the services were literally HALF of what they normally cost me at my normal [more bougie] NE groomer. For proof, please see the picture I gratuitously attached - taken 2 days after their grooming. I will be back, for sure!

Very quick and handled my cat very professionally. And my cat is such a scaredy cat who does not like being out of the house. She thinks we are gunna give her away like her last family. She wasn't aggressive at all. Ill be going there for all future nail trimmings

Awesome place to take your fur babies! We took our cat there for a nail clipping. He isn't the easiest to clip. This is our go to place for now on. I didn't catch her name but she was absolutely amazing with him. Thank you so much!

Expensive and never got what we asked for. Multiple awful cuts despite specifying what we’d like. There are certainly better options out there

I brought my dog in for a specific cut that I showed them exact pictures I did not get what I asked for not only did They not do what I asked I was overcharged and my dog was blotchy and he had several cuts over his body I brought this to the managers attention and the only thing she could say was $10 off that was after several phone calls and her saying I was disrupting her while she was horseback riding but on the upside making and getting an appointment in a timely manner was about the only positive thing about this whole experience

This place gets you in same day most of the time. When I called they couldn't get me in at first but took my name and put me on the list. They got both my dogs in the same day. My puppy, labradoodle Collie mix, was super nervous but they did well with her. She was happy when she was done, not afraid and they did a good job. Yes I did my shepherd malamute mix and she looked beautiful as always!

Bonnie and the team were amazing with Bruce! They managed to fix up a botched job from a different MPLS groomer. Strongly recommend for Golden Doodles. Bonnie had Bruce looking ready for summer! Will definitely return!

This place is great!!!! Bonnie is really talented and cares a lot about your doggy, I can tell my pup is treated well when she comes back.

So professional and skilled! My family and I have had a hard time finding a place that would groom our pup the way that my grandma really likes it done. They did such a fantastic job on my grandma's pomeranian Missy! You can tell from the photo that she was pleased as well ???? the prices are fantastic, and they are pretty wide open in terms of availability (compared to other groomers). We will be back!!

Very thorough and caring. My cat had ingrown nails and groomer was able to clip the nails and alert me. Wonderful.

Called here and got an appointment the next day when every other place was booked out for weeks. Bonnie went above and beyond to take care of our very large and anxious English Mastiff and gave her a trim even when she was being very stubborn. Plus she smelled amazing when she was done!

I have brought my dog here to be groomed three times. They can get you in within a few days, which is better than most groomers. However, this last time was bad, real bad. My dog has three separate cuts on him, not cut evenly, and something so traumatic happened he puked the minute he got home. The groomer never mentioned they cut the dog, and I only discovered upon getting home and picking him up. After which, we went to the vet to have them look at the cuts. I would not bring your pet to this groomer if you care about their well-being. I gave two stars because they can fit you in with only a day's notice.

I took my dog here to get him groomed professionally for the first time and we had a pleasant experience. They were very responsive to my emails and we were able to book an appointment that week! Our dog, Sushi, was groomed by Margie (I believe that was her name) and she was wonderful. His haircut turned out exactly what we were looking for and everyone adored it as well. He smelled amazing as well and received a little bow. I will definitely come back here and ask for the same groomer.

Have been taking my Maltese/Shi-tzu mix to this grooming place for almost 2 years now and am always very pleased. My dog is about 10 pounds and he gets full services (bath, groom, nails trimmed, ears cleaned/trimmed) for about $60 each time (before tip - plz tip your groomers!!) We go to Jenny every time and she knows my dog really well as well as exactly what I want his hair to look. Really great shop, very cute and small. Would always recommend them to people with pets here in Minneapolis

Awful customer service skills , especially during a pandemic ... man Called to ask if a consultation was possible before making the decision to trust my dog in their hands and was quickly rushed off the phone with attitude and talked to like I was a kid . Sorry to bother you with my money lol

This place is Wonderful! I called and came right in for a quick nail trimming. Quick and easy. My dog is a squirmer when it comes to nails so I went with the dremmel options. They handle her perfectly! Thank you for awesome service and caring for her! I will be back!
