When the time came, we contacted Pet Loss at Home. Gail Larson quickly returned our request and was able to help us in a timely manner. Gail was professional and gave us the time we needed. Its a hard thing to put down a beloved pet but a little easier when dealing with people who care. Thank you Gail.

It’s been a week since we said goodbye to the most lovable dog. He was the sweetest boy. I wish we could have given him a better goodbye. We weren’t provided with any time when the vet got to our home. He was immediately sedated and 10 minutes later he was gone. He was our baby for almost 9 years. I should have known to stop it and call a different company but I was too emotional. He was terrified and there was no amount of comforting that we could give him to make him feel better. The fear he had in his last 10 minutes of his life is something that’s constantly on my mind and something I will never be able to forget. As soon as he was gone, we were asked to pay. I understand that the services need to be paid for but this is really something that should be done ahead of time. I was also told that I would get a clay paw print and never did. I will not recommend this company. The hardest decision we had to make was to say goodbye to our dog and the experience we had just made it so much worse. I wish I could hug my dog one more time and say how sorry we are.

Dr. Larson came by this morning to help our 15 year old Shiba pass over. She was incredibly compassionate. She let us take our time with him and say our goodbyes. The process went very well and she did a great job explaining each step of the way. We could not have asked for a better experience. To everyone and anyone considering Pet Loss At Home, you will have no regrets doing so, it is the best decision to be had. Thank you again, Dr. Larson for helping me and my family during this very hard time.

Dr. Gail Larson was wonderful. Incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Our sweet girl Critter was so afraid of the car and vet, we needed to make her last moments better for her. Dr. Larson came up on our deck, which was a favorite place for Critter, so she could leave us in the sunshine while I held her. Peaceful for us all. Thank you for your compassion.

Dr. Gail was incredible through the whole process. Her energy is so gentle and calming and having the ability to say goodbye to my best friend at home was priceless. For such a sorrow filled profession, she brings immense peace in her service. In gratitude and recovery, thank you

I am extremely happy with this service. I used them to help put my late Gus to sleep. We got to be there with him and he was laying in his favorite bed eating his favorite food. No anxiety or anything. If you can afford this service, I would recommend going with them 100%

Dr. Gail was so respectful and kind. She returned my call in minutes and was at our house in an hour. It was so hard to say goodbye to my precious dog, but she made her last moments stress-free and painless. Grateful for this service.

Our beloved 15 1/2 year old kitty had lymphoma. We knew it was her time and had actually scheduled with another in-home service for later in the week, but when things started to go downhill quickly, we needed to put her to sleep sooner. The service we’d planned to use didn’t have same-day availability, nor did several other services. We contacted Dr. Larson and she was able to come out to our house within a couple hours. She was so kind and compassionate, and the process was peaceful for our kitty. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and are so thankful Dr. Larson was able to help us on such short notice. It would have been devastating to watch our kitty suffer any longer or to have to bring her to an emergency vet.

I would highly recommend Dr larson who came to our home and showed so much compassion for our 16 year old cat with end stage kidney disease. It was so much less traumatic than bringing him into an animal hospital would have been. We we're …

This was easily one of the toughest phone calls I've ever had to make. Our 20 year old fur baby was struggling and no longer himself. We made the appointment, but he passed prior. Dr. Larson was very caring and compassionate. We were able …

Dr. Larson couldn't have provided a better service. But before you go to her, if your cat has renal disease and is not eating, try giving him a second wind with Fancy Feast, or better yet, Tiki Cat (google Cat Food - Nutritional Composition …

We came home today from a trip to find our 16 year old female cat Butters looking very, very sick. We'd known she has end stage kidney disease and an abdominal tumor for months. I heard about Pet Loss at Home from our veterinary …

We had to say goodbye to our baby of 12 1/2 years and Dr Larson was so caring and peaceful coming into our home. It’s never an easy thing but being able to keep Lou dog comfortable in his own environment was the perfect way to say goodbye. I would recommend this to anyone who has to make the incredibly hard decision.
