Very limited Fancy Feast but that is manufacturing fault. They have can shortage right now. Got everything else needed (litter, dry food). Store ALWAYS CLEAN!!

The young ladies working in the salon today, 12/5, at 1PM were great! I sadly forgot their names, but they were able to trim my anxiety-ridden lab's nails in under 15 minutes. My pup was a tad too anxious for them to sand her front paws down, so they knocked the price down without me even asking. The actual cut was done super well - no more sharp paws. The staff were friendly, professional, and gentle and I will certainly bring my pup back to these gals!

Kinda pricey but good service.

Unless your dog is in PERFECT health...do NOT waste your time coming to Blaine Petsmart...they refused to groom my dog when other locations do take her! The manager made an excuse of they were not in proximity of a vet.... wasted a half hour to find all this out at the store

Disgusting Place: Piles of dead fish all over, many of them already decomposed. Avoid this place at any cost. Absolutely horrific.

Brought both of our dogs to get their nails trimmed and grinded today, like we do every other month. Lisa, must be their manager states that our one dog who gets prescribed anxiety meds by his vet for nail trims cannot get his nails done since this med is not an every day med. He's older and gets anxious, as why he takes the med for this occasion. Makes a lot of sense... Now I have to take a special visit to the vet because they wouldn't take him. Never been a problem before today. Will not be going back here.

Friendly staff better prices than petco

Prices are always much higher in store then any online retailer but otherwise a good experience to grab what I needed without waiting.

One of my favorite PetSmart locations. The staff are always friendly and upbeat and if you need assistance they are always quick. I also loved how the person in the fish section said that you cannot keep any fish in a bowl or tiny tank. My little brother is 8 and has only seen bowls and such which are extremely cruel for fish (yes, even Betta fish - need a MINIMUM of 3 gallons). So naturally he asked if he could have a goldfish in a fish bowl to which the associate politely said no and explained it to him. So happy that there is actually people there that care about the well being of ALL the animals, fish included.

I went in to buy a bag of cat food and didn't have enough so after coming back from the car the cashier told me that I had $8 credit from probably 5 years ago when I shop there. And they didn't run out like everywhere else so I will probably be shopping there more often now .

Animals not well taken care of... emaciated snakes with stuck shed and dehydration. Manager didn't seem to care. Went in for dog toys, but after I had that experience, I won't support a company that doesn't care about the animals they sell. If that snake gets sold to anyone who is inexperienced with snakes, it will most likely die, it was in such poor condition.
