Great care for pets. Excellent follow up care and they treat your pet so good

After moving a few years ago, Pet Doctors has been a great find for me and my feline roomies. I was happy to realize that they were not only across the street, but also the sister vet to our previous vet clinic (Minnehaha Animal Clinic). It was like we were already acquainted! We've been happy with our care/visits and find them really pleasant to deal with and always very attentive.

Dr. Kevin is amazing! He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions for our newly-acquired 3 year old rescue collie/aussie. He was extremely gentle but thorough with his checkup to our furbaby. Highly recommend!!!!

I've taken my cats here for several years now. They're friendly and are great with the animals. I get fast responses to questions and have even run one of them over there in an emergency. They're fantastic.

My cat, the beautiful Fiona had been sleeping almost all of the time, and not eating. I called with a fearful heart. I was able to get an appointment with only a couple of days. The vet listened (and read since I e-mailed a brief history of this episode) very attentively. He promptly ordered lab work which would give us more information. He was careful to make certain that I understood Fiona's condition, and promptly ordered the necessary equipment and medicine for us to use in treating Fiona. He then showed us how to give the treatment necessary to treat Fiona's kidneys. We left knowing what we needed to do and the vet promised to call us the next morning...which he did. I explained that Fiona had mostly been sleeping, but about 4 a.m. work up, jumped on the sofa where she was sleeping, and went and drank some water and actually ate some food. When the doctor called the next morning, I related what seemed to me to be a miracle. When reality finally hit my brain, I realized that it is probably only a step in the right direction. We now have completed day 2, confident that we're doing the medically appropriate things.

They are great and reasonably priced. They go above and beyond to make sure our cats are comfortable at their appointment!

They’re so patient! I’m an anxious cat owner and they’re so responsive when I call and ask questions about my kitty’s health. He recently had a queasy spell for over a week. Not only did they answer all my frantic calls, they squeezed him in to be seen on a very busy day. I’m a black woman and theyre very welcoming- no micro aggressions or anything. My cat loves them and so do I. Offices are also very clean, bright, and well stocked. Great experience all around.

We love Pet Doctors so much, even though after the puppy stages we only see them once a year, they always treat us and our doggo like family. Thank you so much Pet Doctors staff!

I’ve been bringing my puppy for for the past year and his care has been great. Affordable, reliable, and really great care. I especially love that I can call/text photos to a vet tech when there is potential medical issue for advice. My dog recently had a severe reaction to his vaccines and I was able to rush him there, and he received great urgent care. Their extended hours make it pretty easy to get appointments, their parking lot makes visiting a breeze, and they have always been very kind. My dog isn’t scared to go to the vet thanks to them - which is a huge bonus. Would recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the pet doctors. My little dog received the best treatment of any vet I’ve ever been to. Recently, my little guy had to go to his final resting place due to cancer - he held on for eight months after the diagnosis and when it was time to say goodbye they truly made it so peaceful. I was able to be with him until the end holding his paw until he gently went to sleep. Thank you to everyone who helped me though the toughest moment of my life.

Took my kitty here for day boarding. It was perfect and affordable. They also offered nail trimming while he was there. We will definitely use them for all our boarding needs and thinking of switching for vet service too.

Had my first visit there and everyone was very friendly. I loved that they had a waiting room set up, even during covid, for people without cars. The vet spent a lot of time going over all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The best review of all? When I listened to a voicemail from the vet, my dog went crazy with happiness - her reaction says it all.

I am just so grateful that Pet Doctors took my Lucy Grace as a new patient. My new adoption has epilepsy and her original doctor and animal hospital were no longer in business. With the pandemic going on , many animal hospitals are not taking on new patients . Which is frighting when you are in need of meds and having your pet looked at. The doctor that saw my dog did a exceptional job examining ,along with special attention to a wellness plan and med renewal . The other notable would be that their prices are very reasonable . Staff as well as all the animal technicians were all highly professional . Just an all around great place to bring our pets.

I live in the St. Paul burbs and hate driving to Pet Doctors, but am very happy once I get there! Their staff is the best, and manage to be so good with both pets and their owners. I would recommend them to anyone who wants excellent and compassionate veterinary care.

My other vet was closed (limited hours due to COVID) and my pup has recently had his first dental work and was having a hard time. I was stressing myself out reading on Google if he was taking a turn for the worse and decided to call Pet Doctors. The person on the phone was very kind and helpful and assured me that he was having a normal reaction to so much change and gave me some suggestions for changing his food while he recovers. It was so nice to have someone reassure me without needing to take my chi mix in with below freezing temps. Thank you so much!

Greatest customer service and care ever received by a vet. They do not run their business like the big box vets. They care. They care a lot.

Have to be buzzed in. Not allowed inside clinic due to covid but waiting in the hallway in not bad. Its warm and has socially distant seating. Staff are friendly good communicators.

The staff here is extremely caring and attentive. Our pup had a rare infection that the doctors had to research because it is so uncommon. But Dr.Thorsgaard researched it and educated himself and me on the symptoms, tests, and treatment. They were so considerate of cost, too. When they found out the medicine to treat this life threatening infection is over $400/month for at least 6 months, he researched options and found a coupon that brought the cost down to $40! The dedication and care of the staff at this clinic is unmatched!

We've been with Pet Doctors for 4-5 years and we love them! We have 3 cats (each with their own personality and behaviors) but each time we brought them over, you can tell the vets and techs care about your little family members. Our cats are around 7-8 years old right now, they're hitting those golden years soon were it is essential to us that we have professionals who care. They care.

Pet Doctors is a no fear vet clinic that really takes time to ease the anxiety of vet visits. You can even schedule a happy visit where they just take your pet around to all of the staff to get treats...no exam, nothing uncomfortable...just treats. Highly recommend.

The vet techs here are amazing and show our Labrador so much love, he loves going to the vet! The doctors are always thorough, friendly and happy to answer any questions we have. I would highly recommend this office and the wonderful people who work there.

this might be the first review i have ever left for anything, but i am always incredibly impressed with how much their staff cares about the animals. My dog Fezzik can be afraid of everything and everyone, but they always go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and not stressed out. They even let me stop by all the time unannounced just so he can get treats, love and attention just so he can have a positive association with the place and staff. I have been to many vets and this is by far my favorite.
