Everyone here is so incredibly patient and kind to both the pets and their humans! They go at my dog’s speed so she doesn’t get overwhelmed by everything happening and they keep me involved for every single step of the way. My dog has had minor surgery there twice now and both times they gave us a private room so she could rest and recover afterwards with me. The vet staff is also extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with latest research so I’m always confident that my animals are getting the best possible care with them.

There are so many things I liked about Pet Crossing. The doctors and staff seemed to genuinely like my dog, played with him, and treated him great. My vet was very knowledgable and has had advanced training. I had switched over to them when my dog was diagnosed with mast cell tumors and they did surgery on him. A year later, more tumors appeared. They were going to do surgery since the tumors were localized to one spot on his leg, and they recommended chemo as well. Soon after I was told this, my dog developed another tumor in a different location. I texted the office to speak with my vet about options. Instead of my vet calling me back, the vet assistant did and said the vet says he needs chemo. Now, the vet assistant is a lovely person, very professional and kind. However, this was the kind of conversation the vet should have had with me personally to discuss.I realized this vet practice, and likely all the vets in town, are incredibly busy, but there are some things that shouldn't be delegated. I'm using another medical protocol with my dog, which Pet Crossing didn't even discuss with me. Sadly, I won't be back. I thought I had found the vet for the rest of my dog's life.

Love Pet Crossing. The work and time they put in to help my little guy with his mouth Surgery. Explaining everything about why he needed the surgery and I could see it too. Cost much but with my Baby Boy there is NO PRICE when it comes to his health problems and his happiness. I'm glad I found pet crossing. Can't wait to work with them more especially since there's a new family member.

Great place, excellent service, dr Janisch and Jaime, and the other vet tech’s are absolutely wonderful. They really do care about my fur babies. They call the next day to see how your pet is doing and if you may have any questions. I couldn’t ask for better people to work with. They are great !

Cannot Recommend them enough! I have a fearful anxious rescue and the staff here have all been fabulous. They work at my dog's pace, shower her with treats and just are all around great to her. They really are the kinder side of veterinary care. Every time we work with a trainer on my dog's reactivity, they ask about our vet situation. When I tell them about Pet Crossing they are impressed and tell me to keep them for life. 5 stars and 4 paws up!

Last month, our dog need an emergency dental surgery and they were the first clinic that could fit her in that same week! Not only is everyone from the receptionist to the techs and the vet SUPER sweet, they all worked together to keep us updated on our pup’s surgery and how to make sure she’s healthy long term. This weekend, we had another situation and had to go to an emergency room and they just called to check in to see how she’s doing! They are officially our new vet and I’m so excited to partner with them to keep my pup healthy and happy.

They take a lot of time and care with your pet. All of the staff from the desk clerks to the vets and the vet assistants are very good. They are not cheap but they will help to inform you and offer multiple options before performing the tests/ performing the procedure. They were more thorough than other vets, even Blue Pearl.

I cannot describe how appreciative I am for Pet Crossing! My dog is very anxious/fearful/reactive to strangers and every visit or even appointment I make they do everything they can to make sure Eddie is as comfortable as possible. Every staff member I've interacted with has been extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. It can be a 20-30 minute drive from where I live, but it's definitely worth it for my pup!

My doggie has fear aggression and vet visits are always so stressful. Well I believe we have found her vet for life!! This place is amazing. They take time the moment you walk in that door. She received lots of special treats and love with asking all the right questions to me about what is ok and not. They were able to get blood work from her - no vet has been able to do that due to her anxiety. I love this place and would highly recommend them to anybody especially somebody with a nervous animal. Thank you all so much for treating my Tina with such love and care.

Horrible experience all around. The treatment my pet received was sub par, the treatment I received as a paying customer was worse. My pet was not even given the correct dose of medication. Over priced malpractice clinic with a couple nice people and mostly incompetent jerks. Run the other way.

I've been a Petcrossing client for almost ten years. We've worked with every vet at the practice in that time and they are all great! They consistently provide the highest quality care for my furry family members. We have both cats and giant breed dogs--several with ongoing chronic health concerns. I appreciate their transparency, communication, and most of all, the animal focused, low stress handling. The techs and office staff are also wonderful--prompt with messages and phone calls, amazing with our animals, and focused on making what could be a stressful visit into a relaxed appointment. I appreciate too, how they give back to our community through providing shelter for animals coming out of domestic violence situations. This, along with the annual holiday gift drive for a local domestic violence shelter, really underscores their commitment to giving back to the community. This is a great clinic and I can't recommend them enough.

One of the most mindful hospitals in the area. Many years ago my mother-in-law worked with Pet Crossing during a fatal dog attack emergency. The service they gave her and the family as non-clients then, even after hours, was above and beyond! Now, even in the last year we have had wellness appointments, a euthanasia of our 18 year old cat, a cruciate surgery with a board certified DVM and new kitten exams at Pet Crossing. The staff has treated our pets as their own. We have never worried about their quality of care. We were allowed to be with our dog during her surgery as much as we wanted, they had nothing to hide from us. It was obvious that they wanted to ease any anxiety we had. We asked - they answered. We were always offered snacks, beverages and conversation while we waited. When it was time to say good-bye to our cat, the staff was amazing with my whole family. This was our kids first time experiencing this, with all the emotions. They got time before and after with their beloved friend. They had a calm, comfortable and quiet room with coloring books and colored pencils and no one made anyone feel rushed. We could not have asked for more. This hospital goes above and beyond to give you a non-hospital feel. They take the time to remind you of your health care goals for your pets, not just go off some generic protocol. And when we and asked for explanations to why we should do recommended treatments, they understood our thought process and helped us meet our needs, within our means. You really do get what you pay for! Thank you to everyone at Pet Crossing.

Overall, we are very happy with this Vet. The location was perfect for us, and the staff are all very nice and helpful. My only reservation is that they don't carry the types of flea and tick and heartworm medication that my day was on by our previous vet which we are happy with, but they are happy to fill the prescriptions when I order online.

We have been bringing our animals to pet crossing for 17 years and have never had a bad experience. Every staff member has been super friendly, even with our grumpy cats.

OUTRAGEOUS prices!!! They may be very caring and good at what they do, but they are absolutely ripping people off with their prices - knowing that their fur babies are their family members, and may be likely to spend whatever they have to, to keep them healthy - but seriously....there are SO many other equally, and dare I say better qualified vets out there who charge a fraction of the prices they charge at Pet Crossing. I have worked many years with rescues, and I have never seen a vet who takes advantage of their customers like this. Do your research people, you can do better - and save $$$$!!!

At our 2018 well dog check we were advised by the Vets at Pet Crossings to schedule our 3yr old dog for a routine dental cleaning and x-rays, we were also advised that a full body (skeletal and internal organs) x-ray was recommended to determine some sort of “base line” for future problems. X-raying a healthy animal for no apparent reason seemed a bit out of the norm, to be on the safe side we consulted with a vet at the University of MN, who stated a routine dental would certainly not hurt, but highly recommend we not radiate a healthy dog’s entire body, unless the animal was presenting with some sort of problem. We arrived at the Pet Crossings for the routine dental and all went well, though we did have to repeatedly decline their “urgings’ to proceed with the full body x-rays. After leaving the clinic with a happy dog with bright shiny teeth, we received an alarming e-mail to call as soon as possible to schedule an appointment for oral surgery to extract 4 molars that were severely abscessed and needed immediate surgical extraction. This seemed a bit odd for a healthy 3rd old dog. The e-mail from Pet Crossings stated the four teeth in question were like our “wisdom” teeth and the dog did not need them to survive and eat normally, the e-mail further stated due to the extensive nature of the surgery, the cost would be $4,000.00, and the surgery need to be scheduled as soon as possible. We informed Pet Crossings that we would need to seek a second opinion, and dependent on those findings, we would then let them know if we were going to proceed with the surgery. Pet Crossings response was for us to come to the clinic and pick up prescriptions for antibiotic and pain meds as, according to Pet Crossings, the dog had acute infection and pain from the abscesses, and should remain on these meds until the surgery was scheduled. Within three days, the dog was seen by a second Vet with dental specialty, and x-rays were reviewed by two additional vets (one from the University). None of the veterinarians consulted could find any problems with the dog’s teeth, nor could they find any infection based on exam, x-rays, and a complete blood panel, all stated they found no abnormalities with the teeth and would not recommend or proceed with further treatment, and, the medications prescribed were unnecessary. Before registering any complaints, and to be absolutely certain, we made the decision to have the new Vet re-check the teeth in 3-4 months, based on the premise that if something was going on with the teeth, it would clearly show during that time. Today was the re-check, with full mouth x-rays and once again, the dog’s teeth were deemed to be completely healthy and free from any abnormalities or abscess. Please – Please – Please, before you agree to any surgical procedure at this clinic, seek a competent second opinion, to confirm diagnosis and treatment.

it is the best veterinarian clinic there is. I think 28 yrs of taking care of our most loved ones says it all.
