Terrible experience! This place should get 0 stars. I couldn't even tell if the vet did any exam at all. I had to pull information out of her. I didn't want to pay for a full blood testing panel and I just wanted glucose testing because for years my cat has been on diabetes watch. They did just a glucose test and my cats glucose was high. I asked what to do and the vet said she can't tell, she didn't have any answers and could not tell me anything because I didn't pay for the full blood panel. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! I have never felt ripped off like I felt at this place. I couldn't wait to leave.

I have a 12.5 year old Wheaton terrier. She has a bladder issue that ordinarily kills this breed. But my Abby is healthy and happy and active because Edina Pet Hospital takes good care of her. They’re not inexpensive. I joke about trying to get out for less than $100, and that never happens. But Abby is alive and with me.

This place is awesome and the staff is so nice! I definitely recommend bringing your furbaby there.

Moving from Chicago to Minnesota I was looking for a new vet for my dog. I came Across these good reviews and I called them to book a appointment. I was able to get in right away, and the front desk was so sweet and nice. The day of my appointment arrived and the staff is amazing!!! The dr and assistants were so sweet. My dog is my baby so I want the best care for him. They honestly wowed me I will be coming back here for grooming as well!!!

Great place and professional staff. Dr Claps was really kind and understanding when I had to put my 10 yo cat down from cancer. They also had sent me a signed card from all the staff and a great little memorial plaque for my cat for a good value. Glad I found this vet clinic.

This is the first bad review I have ever left for a company. I have never had great experiences at Edina Pet Hospital as I feel they care much more about how much money they can get out of you than they do for your pets. It feels like you're getting an oil change and have to decline all sorts of things while you're there. Dr, Clapp, however, was always really great and caring. This current situation, I took my cats in for a nail trim, and asked what was required in order to do that and asked how much it would be. They told me on the phone when I was scheduling my appt that just a rabbies vax was needed and that it would be $50/cat, and $25/cat for the nails. They ended up charging for an additional vaccination and a $70 check up fee per cat. My cats are perfectly healthy and did not need a check up. I understand if these things are required, but I called to specifically ask how much I'd be paying that day, and they completely left out that extra $140. They should let their customers know how much everything will cost, especially when asked. Their costs for simple check ups and other services are outrageous, and they admitted to printing out an cost estimation sheet and not showing it to us, but still said there was nothing they could do to get us our $140 back. I will never be bringing my pets here again, which is a bummer because I really did like Dr Clapp and the convenience of the location.

It was an emergency visit. An end of life situation. I was given my space, and treated with the utmost respect. The whole staff seemed very skilled at reading people to determine how to be with them in such a deeply emotional time in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I will admit that Edina Pet Hospital is not the cheapest vet in town. But there is a difference between price and value. The folks at Edina Pet Hospital genuinely care about our pet (and also about us as pet parents). After one or two visits they knew our pup's name as he walked in. We visit them for vet services, grooming, and boarding. We might spend a bit more at Edina Pet Hospital - but we receive personal, hands-on attention and empathy from the team. Dollar for dollar, Edina Pet Hospital's value is unparalleled. Give them a try and I guarantee you will be a life-long client.

I recently chose this location to have my 20 year old cat, Gambit, put down. While it was a devastating decision, the vet was so compassionate, kind, and reassuring. This may be where I bring all future pets for care.

My family has been with Edina Pet Hospital for a few years now. From grooming to vet visits, our dogs have been in wonderful care and the staff are consistently helpful, caring, and handle pets of all kinds and behaviors with poise. Our dog always leaves in better shape than when we bring him in, no matter the original reason for the visit. We love having his grooming and vet care in one place!

The entire staff is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. I have a cat that refuses to go to the vet no matter how hard I try. Dr. Nason was beyond patient after every no-show appointment I missed and worked to figure out a solution that would work in calming him down for the visit. Finally got him in for his dental cleaning and he was in the best hands. Your pet is cared for before, during and after their appointment here.

This was my first time visiting Edina Pet Hospital and I will definitely be back. The doctor took her time with my two cats and gave a very thorough explanation of their health concerns. The prices were very reasonable compared to other vets I've been to in the past. I was not pressured into getting any unnecessary procedures and appreciated the least to most approach she is taking with regards to their treatment plans. I highly recommend Edina Pet Hospital.

If I could give the staff at Edina Pet Hospital 6 stars I would! This is a very caring and compassionate place. When the time came to end our beloved dog's suffering the staff came to our house so his last memory would be at home. Would not trust my pups with anyone else!

Great first experience here, I would definitely recommend! The staff was very friendly, the doctor was very welcoming and explained everything very well. They take great care of your pets and respect you financially as well, explaining all of your options.

We had to bring our 4 year old cat to them when our current vet was not able to see us. First experience with this outstanding staff. They were there helping us every step of the way. Their care and compassion was top notch and I'm happy to say that because of their efforts our cat survived a very scary ordeal. We cannot thank Dr. Claps and Dr. Eversman and their entire staff enough!

First visit and Dr. Novik was amazing. She walked us through everything that needed to be done for a ten-year old Westie. And, our dog was very happy as well!
