I have had such a great experience at Oak Knoll. I bring both my dogs there now. They have always been accommodating for urgent matters, and helpful for the non-urgent issues. The staff is always friendly and clearly like animals. I've seen all the doctors now and I have no problem being seen by any of them as they are all knowledgeable, caring of the pups, and open to my input. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for their services. Dr. Tracey Earl and other staff have definitely gone above and beyond in their care for my cat. My cat is dealing with bowel issues and the vets and vet techs looked into all possibilities of the causes and answered all my questions. When he was straining more frequently, they made time between surgeries to get him scheduled for x-rays the next day. I really appreciate them taking my finances into account for treatments. I feel like they truly listen to my concerns without judgement and explain to me the options I have and the reasons they suggest one. Leeroy Jenkins and I can’t praise Oak Knoll enough!

I can't say enough nice things about the staff at Oak Knoll! They were super friendly on the phones and really nice in person! It was a night and day difference from the other Vet I have been brining my dogs to over the years. I will definitely be a customer for life!

Wonderful place to go for your feline friend! They’ve been taking such good care of Nico since I had started bringing her in. The feline doctor has been nothing less than an absolute professional and have taken any concerns I have to the upmost importance! When my dog was dying and I called I was told to wait in line. And as she was suffering to take her last breaths they made me sit in a room and asked 20 questions and my payment options (no price was provided which I didn’t care at that point). They wouldn’t bring her to me until i handed over my credit card and once they processed it did they bring my gasping dog to me so I could say goodbye I’ve gone to this vet for over 18 years and always paid before leaving. Always. To be treated that way as I lost another one was disgusting. I would find a different clinic that isn’t so focused on money and building an empire and more about your fur family that are the most important I will be changing vets after this experience

One of the few places where you can still go in and see the staff in person. I have received excellent care here, very happy with my experience. Highly recommend to others.

The doctors here are great! My cat's had chronic diarrhea for years and they were able to figure out a food that finally works for them. They're always very kind and professional.

Whitie receives excellent care from Oak Knoll Animal Hospital. He started having seizures shortly after his tenth birthday, and after some testing was put on phenobarbital. I am happy to report that he’s been seizure-free ever since! I also think their prices are the best within the twin cities and the staff is friendly and punctual.

Great staff! We continue to bring our pets there even though we moved a ways away because they just care about our animals so much. Very reasonably priced, too.

We love Oak Knoll! We have had two cats in their care now and they have been very good to them. The vets and other staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. This will continue to me be go to clinic for my pets needs.

I trust the staff to take great care of my animals. They explain things in a way I understand and support me in thinking through my options. All staff are so great - vets, vet techs, and front of office staff. So glad I found them when I moved to the cities so long ago!

Vets are very knowledgeable and they have great COVID service. They fixed my cat's auto immune claw infection and explained the process perfectly.

Always know that they give the best care and keep me up to date on what our pets need. Very reassuring.

We adopted a doggo with a bunch of medical needs. She is now 10 and oak knoll has been amazing at helping us keep her healthy and happy. I always feel like they love her as much as we do!

Our dog Daisy needed shots on short notice before we took her to boarding, Oak Knoll was the only place that was able to get us in on short notice. They were extremely friendly, and we would definitely take her here again!

The Oak Knoll staff is SO great. We had our golden retriever neutered and it was such an easy process. The best part? They cut our dog's nails AND cleaned his ears during his surgery! They go above and beyond and our dog loves coming here!

I've established at this vet previously a few years ago... my cat had died of old age. I adopted 2 boy kittens from a stray mother who had 7 back in August. I called to schedule 2 neuters and the receptionist made me feel criminal for not having gone through the humaine society... she stated (in paraphrase) so many people in the pandemic are taking on animals from puppy breeders and mills that the veterinarian surgery schedule is booked out 5+ months (based on quote at the time). I've never felt shut away from a service that is about "healthcare and wellbeing" especially for my furry friends. Follow your instinct -- some lose compassion and I certainly will never take my babies here again after hearing how the front-end "feels". Cordially, Julie

Love this place. Only ever brought my dog to Oak Knoll and I'll be frank, I'm picky. They won over my trust on my first visit over 4 years ago and Im happy to continue being a customer.
