Diamond Lake always took good care of me and my cat, and was very nice and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have a pitbull mixed with black labrador. My pet loves this veterinarian! She gets excited as we pull up to the front entrance and shows no signs of distress coming out. The customer service is outstanding and the people actually care about the well being of one's pet. As a person of color with a pitbull, society tends to look down on both of us individually and together as a unit. This veterinarian has made me and my pet feel welcomed and respected.

This Animal hospital ,has been taking care of alot of my animals over the years. Always professional atmosphere, and Doctors and staff are great. They are doing everything safe and with precautions.

They are very nice and honest. They are really interested in your dog's health.

I hope everyone’s experience matches my own with this veterinarian. I needed to find a new local vet following my cats recent surgery. Many great that’s were recommended, but this is the one I called. All the way from the staff answering the phone, and the techs, to the vets, everyone has been amazing during my last four exchanges. They’ve been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough without me ever feeling rushed or like a number to them. I wanted to thank them by leaving this review, and while I’m not sure if they’re able to take on new clients at the moment, they are worth every bit of effort. Have been going here for years and years. Love this place!

It started with the numerous times they mixed up our pets names, weights, and medication. Then, after weeks of trying (and spending) our kittens diarrhea continued... despite repeated visits. The most frustrating point was when we brought our baby kittens in to get neutered and declawed. After the procedure one seemed to have a lingering injury in his paw. We brought him in to get it looked at and we were told it would be better in time. For weeks he walked with a limp in his paw and we now see a different veterinarian. My family has had nearly a dozen cats declawed in my life and never seen this happen. Jeff at the front desk is kind and reliable but the current male vet is short and brash. My family brought pets here for YEARS and saw Dr. Dan. He was phenomenal. It seems like things have certainly declined, however... I believe in this place! With improvement in their customer service and clerical work I’m hopeful they will turn it around!

Fast friendly Dr was able to take care of my cat very quickly. Curbside service was great.

Was bringing my dog there for care over a 2 month. During that time doctor said nothing wrong with her she died over the weekend I don't think doctor knows what hes doing or what hes talking about I would not recommend this place

I fully trust these folks to care for our dogs. We've been going here for almost 10 years. They've seen us through a lot with our pups. Prices are fair and I genuinely like everyone from the front desk staff to the docs .

The staff at Diamond Lake Animal Hospital are extremely professional and caring. They have even stayed open late for me to pick up medication after work. This type of customer service is nearly unheard of and sincerely appreciated. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a facility to bring their pets for fast and top notch care.

They are always very professional, and take the time to listen to my concerns about my pet, and give me a very clear diagnosis and or opinion about what can be done to solve the problem.

Always felt like I get a good deal and sincere care for my pets, here. I mean, vets ain't cheap, but I don't feel like I ever get misled into unnecessary treatments and that when I do get treatments, they aren't terribly costly.

The best clinic I think we've ever been with. They are kind, capable, and knowledgeable. Every single person who works here is helpful and compassionate, and they really do care about their customers.

There is no one we trust our dog with more. The staff and vets are amazing, compassionate, and so kind to the animals. Highly recommend!

A little less attention to detail than I expected, but got the job done.

This is by far the best vet I've been to. The facilities are extremely clean. None of my animals are anxious to go here at all. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is very convenient, located right at Nicollet and 58th. Parking is easy and available. I would highly recommend this place.

The Vets and staff at Diamond Lake Animal Clinic are so kind and caring. We got a handwritten condolence card after we made the very difficult decision to put our beloved old doggie "to sleep." Each Vet wrote a personal message in the card; we knew they understood how bereft we felt that day. If we decide to get another dog, they will be our Veteranarians!

Anticipating a good experience bringing my 11 year old Shellie here after enthusiastic endorsement by a friend, although I think it's a different veterinarian. Fingers crossed! I'll update my review if it differs from expectations.

We wanted to find a vet that was closer to home for our cat and dog. My experience at first was neutral, not great but not bad. We brought our dog in because he had a ear infection that is very common with floppy eared dogs and he has had many of them. They gave a medicine he had never had before and after a few days he went deaf. I called and no one seemed to really care. I went back in and the Dr. looked at his ears and shrugged. I had done my research and found that it was not uncommon with this particular med to have dogs go deaf. He did not seem to really care at all. To have a 10 year old dog who still acts like a puppy to go deaf was devastating to us and all he could do was shrug? Then as I walked out the door I was told that would be $50.00 dollars for the visit. Wow! I paid but I will never return, horrible service and no compassion at all.

I hope to move to Minneapolis (even tho I don't like to shovel snow!) in about 2 years, to teach rocket science to kindergarteners. I have a herd of cats and 2 little dogs, so finding a good vet is VERY important to me. This vet sounds wonderful. Here in Enid, Oklahoma, we have The Cat Clinic which is for cats only, and we dearly LOVE them. (I would love to start a clinic for dogs, and call it The Doggie Doctor!) At any rate, I would definitely try out this clinic based on the reviews.
