I have been working with Dr. Elizabeth for years with my senior dog, and more recently a young pup. She has been nothing but amazing, willing to work with us on solutions for what is best with our dog. She is cognizant about price points for treatment and gives multiple options when available. The entire team has been very supportive, going above and beyond for us - any time I go into the office, email, or call, there is a clear joy in their work. I absolutely plan to bring all my animals to them.

Everything about Caravan Vet is top tier: the quality, ease of scheduling and ordering prescriptions, the friendly staff, and the mobile clinic itself. Dr. Elizabeth is kind and knowledgeable, and she provides excellent care to my senior cats. It’s a relief not to have to subject my pets to the stress of driving to exams. I highly recommend Caravan Vet to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional vet who will love your pets as much as you do!

I am so grateful for Caravan Vet. I've had some traumatic experiences in vet clinics and it has caused me to avoid bringing my cats to the vet (I know, it's really bad). But the existence of Caravan Vet has made the process so easy and low stress. It is worth the extra money so that I don't have panic attacks that in turn affect my cats. Dr. Elizabeth Parks and Natalie were organized and timely for our dogs appointment. We have a very reactive dog and they took it completely in stride. They were very thorough and communicative about everything they checked. We will definitely continue to be their clients!!!

We will never take our dog anywhere else! We used to see Dr. Parks at another vet clinic and followed her when she joined Caravan Vet. We are so glad we did. Our high-anxiety dog gets distressed in car rides and vet offices when other animals are around. Having the van come to our house has made vet visits so much easier on our dog and us. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Our cat, Mr. Boots, was spending the morning vomiting EVERYTHING that came in contact with his stomach! After the third incident, I spoke with Kari and she was just terrific. She offered a 7pm appointment after checking with Dr. Christa to see if that would work with the full day of already scheduled appointments. Dr. Christa arrived in her magnificent mobile hospital and took Boots off in his carrier to give him her full attention. They returned after about 30 minutes. He'd received fluids, an anti-nausea oral injection, 3 x-rays, a blood draw to be sent off to a lab out of state to check for any indicators of what might be causing his ability to vomit in EVERY room in the house. The long and the short of it is this, this veterinary group is simply the best. Boots wasn't stressed and is feeling better. Dr. Christa sent me a copy of her visit notes and a follow up email just to check on him. My husband and I don't get this type of treatment from our personal physicians!

We're so happy to have found Caravan Vet! Our anxious dog really benefits from being able to have her exams in our home, and the whole team is thoughtful, caring and responsive.

Dr. Elizabeth and Michelle met my new puppy today. They are professional, warm and personable, and my pup loved the visit. A mobile vet group is a life saver. In-home visits or near home during COVID are amazing for my cat who doesn't travel well.

I found Caravan Vet several years ago when I had an aging Great Dane that was getting hard to transport to the vet. They gave Burly the best end of life care! It was such a gift. it still touches me to think of the "borrowed" time I got with him. When I rescued my current Dane there was no question that I would choose Caravan Vet as my vet. My dogs have seen both Dr. Christa and Dr Elizabeth. The whole team is amazing. And let's face it, house calls are the best! Between my two dogs they have taken x-rays, done an ultra sound and performed a lumpectomy in the van in front of my house. In a busy life it is a treat to have something be as easy as this!

We just had an extremely positive first experience with Caravan Vet! Dr. Elizabeth exudes calm and competence. She listened carefully to our concerns about our cats, including our male cat with skin allergies, and asked excellent questions. She also asked us beforehand about which tests we'd like to do with their first exam rather than just running them and telling us later. She obviously really cares about an animal's comfort and stress levels and is deeply knowledgable about food and allergies, which was important to us. She was totally respectful about our low-to-no pharmaceutical preferences. Finally, Caravan's curbside Covid protocol was impeccable. We have been hearing for years about how great this practice is, and we are really happy to be working with them ourselves. One hundred stars.

Phenomenal vet care, reliable and responsive communication from both clinical vet staff and office staff. Caravan Vet handles my anxious kitty with sensitivity and care, and they take time to talk thoroughly with us about options and decisions. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Caravan Vet has been nothing short of excellent ! Our two cats have received their check ups and treatments right in the van parked in front of our house. It is MUCH less stressful than a visit to a vet office, both for the kitties and the humans!! Everyone at Caravan Vet is very knowledgable, professional , friendly, and compassionate. Dr. Christa and her team have cared for my cats for 10 years and they have been healthier and happier because of the extraordinary care and education provided by Caravan Vet. This included saying goodbye to one of my beloved fur babies in the early days of the lockdown, and introducing new kittens in the last two weeks. All manageable with the nurturing guidance of Caravan Vet!

Dr. Christa Williams took care of my two geriatric cats until they died. I have recently adopted two rescue kitties and am delighted to meet Dr. Elizabeth, who came today for their first wellness visit. I had a great first experience with Caravan Vet! I have two puppies on different vaccine schedules, who are transferring from different practices. The logistics were a nightmare I'm sure, but the Caravan team was extremely patient and thorough! Both my puppies had a positive experience and it was so convenient to have everything done at home. 10/10 recommend!

Caravan Vet cared for Avalon, our little, old diabetic dog and over several months stabilized her diabetes, treated her eyes and supervised the changes in her treatments.The wonderful compassionate care from Dr Elizabeth and the whole team, gave her the best possible quality of life. She died peacefully after completing her final mission in life, which was to provide solace and companionship for both her owners. Thank you to all at Caravan Vet and we highly recommend them.

We had our first appointment for our Dog with Caravan Vet yesterday and were completely impressed by everything about our experience. First of all, they responded really quickly to our online inquiry to set up an initial appointment. I was impressed by the great customer service experience on the front end for a new client. Next, we were well prepared for the appointment ahead of time by the staff. The actual appointment went really well. The whole concept of a Vet that comes to you with a fully equipped mobile clinic is absolutely genius. Our Dog was much more calm, as were we. The entire care team did such a great job explaining our options for annual physical and vaccinations. They took our Dog to the truck and performed the exam and treated him so well. We are so grateful to have a Vet like Elizabeth, who takes the time to really get to know our Dog and what medical issues he may be experiencing. Then, she clearly described the options and treatments for him in a way we can understand and execute. She is also really helpful in giving us tips and things to look out for so we are aware ahead of time. I highly recommend Caravan Vet! They are a great option that provides great customer service and an overall first class experience!

This is the best veterinary experience I’ve had, by far! Not only are the staff and Dr. Christa friendly and knowledgeable, they come to you! This makes life with my cats way easier, as they hate the car! I especially like the attention to detail they provide. I was dealing with my own health care issues and Dr. Christa acknowledged me in a holiday card- like “hope you’re feeling better.” It was a classy touch. Thank you Caravan Vet!

Excellent veterinary care from doctors and staff who really love what they do

I used to take my pets to see Dr Williams at her previous practice, and was glad to find her again recently. She is a compassionate, knowledgeable veterinarian, and the house call is much less stressful for my cats than car rides and veterinary offices. She and her staff are not afraid of my cantankerous older cat, and handle my wily, squirmy younger cats with ease and care. The cost is similar to other vets I have gone to; they'll walk you through a typical visit and the charges associated if you're curious!

Everything about these folks is wonderful

I appreciate the ability to have the vet and techs come to our home. One of our cats is very scared and both are old. It is less stressful for them and us not having to pack them up. I also value the full range of services they offer including dentals, procedures and lab work. They are also available for questions via email. I'm so happy with Caravan and glad that we found them!
