I am a physician myself, and wanted a vet who would help me make good choices for my four-legged family members. This is not always easy, as often these are not black and white issues. I appreciate the care and compassion from Dr. Amber and all the staff at the Maplebrook Pet Care Center. In fact, I've already referred my friends there. I highly recommend them

The staff at Maplebrook is fantastic! They have been caring for my Husky and Husky/Malamute for 4 years now. They care so much about our animals by recommending only the best solutions to any issues we have encountered along the way. Additionally, they are understanding of budgets and will offer solutions that fit your budget. Most recently the team cared for my very sick cat. They took her in on a moment's notice and spent the better part of a day caring for her and diagnosing the issue (kidney disease). She was so happy hanging out with the staff on what turned out to be her last full day as she passed the next day. She was purring the entire time she was with the staff and they helped her feel as comfortable as possible and for that we are very grateful. If it's been a few months or a few years since your pet's last vet visit, please bring them to the great staff at Maplebrook!

Caring, attentive, one on one care. Took time to evaluate our puppy and talk about her future. Ie, trying, feeding, and chronic issues for the breed. Upfront about their costs

When my cat, "Bro" came to us from a shelter, he had severe issues with his teeth. Bro was sneezing and underweight. His problem teeth were removed at MPCC, and within a few weeks Bro is now normal weight, no longer sneezing, and is a happy cat!

My experience at Maplebrook was great. The staff is kind, respectful and very supportive! I brought my puppy in for her first check up and everyone was so nice and professional. No complaints at all!

I can not express enough in words my gratitude to the Drs and the staff at Maplebrook for all they did for myself and my furbaby Fiji. It was clear from the moment I walked in that every single one of them truly cares about their patients and that their love for animals is their top priority. They were kind patient and empathetic every step of the way, and always made time to exaplain the options and/or the plan and even though I'm sure they were incredibly busy they never once rushed me or made me feel like a bother.

They are all amazing, caring and very personable. I wouldn't go anywhere else because they treat you like family.

I adopted three special needs rats from Minnesota Pocket Pet Rescue recently. All my girls were seen, pro bono as part of Maplebrook’s partnership with the rescue both before I met them and after the adoption. Both the reception staff and the care team remembered them by name and had reviewed the details of their care when we arrived. We were immediately taken to an exam room, and were handled and spoken to gently by Dr. Samita and vet tech. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic; they never minimized my rats’ care or comfort because of their size and species.

New customer referred by vet tech Jessica. Absolutely delighted with the attention of the staff - from the first call to the initial visit. Looking forward to bringing all pets there from now on.

I LOVE THIS PLACE ????. I should've listened to my heart years ago when they first opened up and switch clinics. Workers at Maplebrook Pet care center listen to their clinics, their concerns. In all the years I've had my baby girl Maggie, who will be 11yrs on Sept 2nd, have I had a Vet assistant or Vet interact with her. Taylor got right down on the floor with Maggie, who is scared of going to the vet, and made her feel comfortable. It made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Being in the room while being examined was my #1 reason why I switch. Thank you so much for taking my baby girl Maggie in as a client.

All of the staff are incredible, professional, and caring. Dr AJ is wonderful and incredibly responsive. Multiple times I’ve called in an emergency and they have made time for my cat and have the same care for him that I have. Definitely feels like family.

Our senior beagle hurt his neck and Maplebrook staff were so wonderful. They took him in right away in the morning and observed him throughout the day to make sure he didn't have a more serious injury. I was very concerned, but my trust of Dr. Kristina and her staff is absolute.

The staff at Maplebrook is so caring and responsive to the needs of my pets - they are happy to answer questions, get us in quickly for appointments, and always checking in after appointments or procedures to make sure my pet is doing well, and see if I have any further questions. They are always quick to return phone calls, fill prescriptions, email links with information - whatever is needed! And they clearly care about all the pets they treat! Highly recommend!

The staff at Maplebrook is amazing. The CVT and vet were so sweet with our dog. They were very thorough and patient and took the time to get to know her and answer my questions.

I have brought my cat to Maplebrook pet care Center ever since it opened. Dr Kristina has grown this business into a remarkable place for owners and pets to come. Pets are treated with respect and dignity and lots of love. I love this place and I would recommend it 1000% to anyone who is considering a place to bring their pet.

We see Dr. Sarita at Maplebrook. She is so knowledgeable about rabbits. She recently spayed my girl and everything went great! Every time we go in everyone is so nice and you can tell they genuinely care about all the pets. Thanks for all you guys do!

Professional, thorough, caring. Everything you should get from a vet clinic!

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and Maplebrook Pet Care Center takes very good care of them! Their staff and doctors take the time to get to know your pet. They know each of our pets by name and take exceptional care to help us make visiting the vet more comfortable for our one cat, Caesar. He is the only one who is not a fan of vet visits, but they work with us to make his experience less stressful.

I was panicking with a sick cat and could not find a single place that was taking new animals. They got us in that day. Ive had a few questions/concerns and have felt comfortable calling, they never made me feel dumb.

Dr. Christina is the best. After not being able to go into the ER because they were full she saw Zoey on her day off. Most Dr.s wouldn't do that and would make you wait. We didn't get the news we hoped for but she was very honest and what she would do and made sure that we understood and if any questions she would be available for us. So far the medicine has worked and we are keeping our fingers crossed.
