The clinic was clean, the people were very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. Our appointment was pleasant not just for our cat but also for myself. They explained things clearly were willing to work with you as a fur baby's grandma, I was completely satisfied and happy and so was Hudson. They made him feel comfortable and relaxed. With the exception of the dogs in the back....but then again he is a cat....Thank you for the care of our fur baby.

Clean office and good vets! Been using this office for my dogs and cats. They partner with me tokeep them all healthy! Office personnel friendly and accomodating!

Was looking for a vet for my dog and they appeared to have good reviews. Walked in and the receptionist was less then friendly. No explanation of their process, health plans, etc. It was clear she didn’t think I could afford the care they provided as that was the only thing she kept reiterating to me. When I left, didn’t even receive a “good bye, thanks for stopping in”. Will not be back here.

I've been taking my dog here for 2+ years. Staff are always friendly and they seem to really care about my pup! There are several vets closer to me but I am willing to drive a longer way to get the quality care at Wellhaven Maple Grove.

My cat has been limping for almost a week and all the vets near me are not accepting new clients. Wellhaven was able to get me in quickly and took great care of Ivy while we were there. Lisa was very helpful in walking me through everything and answering any questions I had! I highly recommend Wellhaven for your pets needs!

Expensive vet. Only offers the expensive heartworm test. It just seems wrong. They wanted $450 before we left... ummm no. I had them remove the heartworm test and 1 box of heartworm & 1 box of flea & tick. Brought our total to $168. Just seems high to me.

Waited a half hour for them to open and then I was told that they don’t take walk ins even though the sign on the window says Taking New Patients Now!

I chose WellHaven because they are AAHA accredited. They have gone above and beyond for my fearful dog. Vet care is very stressful for my dog and they do what they can to make it less stressful for her and me. I know that she is in the best hands in their care.

I foster and had to take one of my new born pups to have her foot looked at. I don’t live in the area, but found the location easy enough. My appointment was on a Saturday. Got in and out pretty quickly. Tech brought my pup back out and explained the use of the solution to soak foot in. Chatted just a few minutes with tech and thought she was nice and very helpful.

I was very impressed with my experience at this location. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and made sure that all of my questions were answered. They were flexible on pickup time too which is huge for me. They made sure I was fully informed about what to expect for aftercare and pick up also went smoothly.

I fostered Chessy and Wellhaven spayed her and found suspicious lumps. It turned out negative and appreciate their care for Chessy!

I have had wonderful experiences each time I’ve work with Wellhaven Pet Health Maple Grove. From the person who answers the phone, to the vet techs, to the vet - everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. As a foster mom for puppies, I’ve had numerous experiences with surgeries there with great results each time. The staff is great to work with and I appreciate all they do for our pups at NDLB Canine Rescue! Thank you!

I started going to well haven after having such an amazing experience taking my foster pups there. Staff has always been incredibly kind, caring, friendly, informative, and most importantly loving to each and every dog I’ve thrown their way. I now bring my own dogs there because I know that they will get above excellent care!!!

I’m a first time dog mom and all I can say is subpar service (but for one of the techs), but if you like that then you’ll love that you are WAY over charged. I signed up for their pet plan thinking this is a great deal, boy was I wrong. I decided against paying for Dr. M’s self righteous attitude.

Friendly! Knowledgeable! Caring! Thorough! The staff and service at WellHaven Maple Grove have all been fabulous. They’re so sweet to my foster pups and always work with me on timing for drop off and pick up.

We use Wellhaven through our Foster org. They are SO professional and caring. Everything is clean and safe and they really take great care of both the humans and the animals in their space. HIGHLY recommend!!

Best vet in the cities area. I bring all my foster dogs here and they have been nothing but amazing. Even when we had to put one of our foster dogs down during a pandemic my husband was able to be inside and hold our dog and give him those last moments of love. I highly suggest everyone goes here and all the staff are truly incredible! Thank you for everything you all do

WellHaven Maple Grove is such an amazing place! All of the lovely vet techs and Dr. Melling are so compassionate and caring. I have gone to several other Twin Cities veterinarians and their prices are 100% spot on with the other and the hours and location cannot be beat. I also ADORE their pet program. It’s basically having pet vet bill insurance. For anyone that doesn’t know about it, it’s glorious, and I cannot thank them enough for all of the wonderful things and time they donate to helping repair and rehabilitate the puppies they do with our dog rescue group. We would be desperate and doomed without them. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Dr. Melling and team❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have had nothing but great experiences at WellHaven. They have treated my dogs and myself with care and always make me feel at ease when I drop them off and have given me all the information needed for aftercare when picking them up.

I rescued my cat Bella last November, and since that time, I have been so grateful for the care, compassion and attention from Dr. Marx, Dr. Nelson and the entire WellHaven team. From the initial post adoption vet visit suggested by the rescue to urgent heath issues to now regular semi-annual exams, I’ve been so thankful for these amazing professionals and their expertise. The entire staff has been so patient with my many questions and concerns as a new pet owner, whether large and small. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I find the care companion plans to be a great value and service. I really like knowing Bella has a strong plan in place for preventative care and I have a sense up front of what my annual vet expenses will be (outside of emergencies / unexpected issues). Knowing office visits are included in my plan means I never have to second guess taking Bella in when something seems off. And the follow-up calls and check-ins from the doctors, vet techs and other staff make me feel valued and help me keep Bella in tip-top shape.

Poor communication from staff and unprofessionalism on the part of Dr. Fish are the reasons I chose to leave Wellhaven, Maple Grove. During a recent visit, I was upset because a service I believed was covered under my care plan was not covered. Rather than clarify that this service had already been used during the coverage period (11 months prior) I was insulted and spoken to in an extremely condescending manner. When requesting my records be sent to another vet, I was initially denied and then met with great resistance. Finally, the records were sent. I have been a pet owner for over 25 years and have never had the experiences I have had with this clinic and portrayed as “the bad guy.” I had excellent experiences and treatment by Dr. Wallace who has moved to the Minnetonka location. Beware that if you question or express any frustration with the Maple Grove clinic you will be met with defensiveness and unprofessional behavior by staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite minimal contact during covid, they made the process easy over the phone so I could pick up my pup’s meds!

I trust the staff at WellHaven Maple Grove will always take amazing care of my pup. Dr. Nelson has been there during routine visits and last minute emergency visits. I drive out of my way to go to WellHaven and its totally worth it. Thank you for everything you guys do!! The whole staff is great!

My family and I just had to go through one of the hardest moments of our lives having to put down Charlie the best dog in the world. We have followed Dr. Marx from when she was at another clinic because she was the only vet my high anxiety dog was relaxed around. We had our 3 girls present when we put Charlie down and she helped relax them all and made them and Charlie feel more calm. I can not recommend a better vet and I have been through many.... we will always follow Dr. Marx.

This clinic does an amazing job at taking care of your pet(s). I brought my Australian Shepherd (Yuffie) for her vaccination. They seemed busy, but they did an amazing job providing that undivided attention.They provided great information ensuring the best plan for your pet and for you. Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable and poise in her explanations. Best of all, they do a next day courtesy follow up call to see how your pet is doing.
