Good workers! But the Reptiles are not in good care.

We brought our dood here for a bath and haircut. He is a very excitable pup and Morgan did a wonderful job taking care of him. He was a happy camper when we picked him up!

Very friendly and helpful. They have just everything you need.

I have never once over the last 5 years received the grooming services that I paid for. Not only do they skip certain pieces that are explicitly included with bath and haircut services, they don’t follow direction. The staff is extremely extremely unprofessional. I don’t trust them, but have no other options for grooming services until I move.

I finally was able to get plecos

Didn't have Benebones but did have a wide variety of chews for dogs.

Always friendly knowledgeable people working there, and many cute cats for sale.

Its always great being able to take your fur ball into the store with you. Have great specials and was able to get a nice haircut on short notice.

We love bringing our dogs to the pet hotel. They are so friendly and welcoming and know our dogs by name.

Very helpful staff!!! We took in a 6 week old kitten that someone had tossed out of their car. They had literally everything that we needed!

I'd give the guy running the cashier 5 ⭐'s cause he was friendly but when I needed help getting some ghost shrimp it's almost like they kept trying to convince me NOT to get them cause they couldn't "find them" when I was just trying to get 6 of them. I was about to ask for the net so I could just do it myself and get out of there.

Could have more help on the floor, but they aren't the only retail establishment with that problem.

Easy quick in and out

If you’re looking to book their hotel DONT. I should’ve listened to all the other reviews about their dogs getting sick and not taking responsibility. I had my dog here for one night. When I picked him up he did not seem like his happy normal self. He started to get worse and worse through the week. Finally taking him to the vet, I found out he has a sever case of kennel cough. Speaking to a staff member about this, she had explained that they had a dog with kennel cough that they KNEW of and were waiting for their owners to pick them up. I will never be booking with petsmart hotel ever again. I strongly advise anyone looking for a safe place for your baby, to stay clear of this place.

Amazing experience I really enjoyed the conversation with the staff they give the best recommendation. Rules one never be afraid to ask, some is willing to help.

The groomers do such a great job with my job. She always looks so beautiful when I pick her up. They listen to you when you tell them something you would like done with her. She never used to go inside with them with me there but she does now because they are so gentle with her and they won her over. I love this place!!!!

Great haircut for my Dog

We really like their doggy daycare. Decent rates and I love the coupons. :) Staff are super friendly. Rooms aren't big but it's perfect for our younger dog who just wants to roll around and play. Would give it a 5 star but I'm extremely frustrated that it's soooo hard to get thru on the phone. Its always a 20 min or more wait, just to make a reservation. They need to fix this. This is the only thing making me consider going somewhere else
