We buy live crickets here for our geckos, but only in an "emergency". Cricket prices here are double the price at a competitor pet supply store.

I apologize to happy tails animal rescue I called the Better Business Bureau on them and filed a complaint which was wrong to do because the associate at Petco in Brooklyn Park off of Jolly Ln., Minneapolis, MN she lied and said it was happy tails agreement to come and clean out the cats cages feed and water them she stated they come once a week and that they never come but that is not the case. It is Petco‘s responsibility to take care of those cats every single day feed water clean and play with the cats. So now I am redacting my post on happy tails animal rescue because I physically went there talk to them and they are very clean well rounded wholesome animal rescue that takes care of a lot of cats they need volunteers and it was a healthy clean animal rescue that I walked into Petco lied so I will be complaining to Petco and talking to them about their happy tail animal rescue lie so society that was not correct and I apologize for the error it isIt is Petco that is not appropriately caring for the felines. But if anybody is in the Brooklyn Park Minneapolis area happy tails, needs volunteers. If you have the time and love cats,pay it forward and help volunteer!????????⬛????????????

Good, convenient location, friendly service, love the cat litter refills. Maybe or maybe not related to the store and staff, but the customers at this location are friendlier and more engaging than other Petco locations I've been to.

I feel bad for not remembering the ladys name, but she was so helpful and friendly. I went in to petco to prepare my cat for travel and I had no idea what I was doing. The lady was so helpful and made me less stressed out and was so friendly with my cat, who was not having it there. To the blind girl with arm tattoos, thank you!!

Clean store. Customer service is okay. BUT does not carry enough dog food stock for some of the specialty brands.
