Candidly, I had never stepped foot in a veterinary clinic before coming to North Paws with my cat. The Urgent Care team at North Paws showed a tremendous amount of care and love for him, and they made the trip as stress-free as possible for the both of us (despite his incessant meowing). Looking forward to making North Paws his usual stop for routine care - Thanks again for the quality service.

“24 hour emergency vet” but doesn’t answer phone and doesn’t call you back. Kind of makes your emergency not seem so important

I have been to several vet clinics and this one takes the cake. Everyone working there truly loves animals and treats every animal with the respect and TLC.

It was a great experience. The clinic is very organized and well managed. Doctors and staff are wonderful. I would not have any suggestion for improvements.

North Paws is my favorite vet clinic I have ever been to. They truly care about my pets well-being and even remember him each time I come in (he ate a rubber glove ????). It is obvious that they care about their patients; any time I call, they are always willing to help in any way they can and assure me if one of my kitties needs to go in or should just be supervised for a few days. The care packages are also great when you know or anticipate visiting often for any reason, or if you know you’ll need certain tests throughout the year. I have nothing negative to say about North Paws or the team, they are truly wonderful and I am very thankful for them and what they have done for me and my cats.

I just want to give a huge thank you to the North Paws team who were so very helpful with my kitty Bella yesterday. As she is my first animal I’ve owned personally other than family pets, it was very traumatizing and scary to experience her sick for the first time. Urgent care team was very quick to get her in yesterday, and held her for a few hours to run every test they recommended. Although it sucked spending over a thousand dollars, it was well worth it and I am so grateful that the doctor recommended the tests and support instead of turning me away. As a former vet tech myself, I’m very aware of some vets out there who can be lazy and unprofessional, but I did not experience that in the slightest! All the way down to even the receptionists being beyond wonderful. Everyone is so insanely nice. I was very scared of bringing my kitty to the vet as when it comes to my own animals, it makes me anxious! But the tech, Gus, was very kind to my Bella, and I couldn’t be more grateful! If it wasn’t for this wonderful team, I fear I wouldn’t have gotten answers for Bella as early as I did! I am very excited to establish primary care for Bella with North Paws when we come back in a month! Thank you guys for all your help and for not turning us away! :)

I have been with this clinic for just over one year now. Everyone I have come into contact with has been kind, helpful, and provides wonderful care to my sweet cat. Even though she is listed as "feisty" lol. Thanks to everyone at North Paws for continuing to care for our furbaby.

Every time I have visited North Paws for any one of our animals, I always feel that the vet and all of the assistants truly care about our furry kids. Thank you!

I took my cat in for an urgent care appointment because my normal vet is still partly shut down and the earliest available appointment was over a month out. The tech Gus and vet/owner Dr. Riggs were both very nice and very thorough. They solved a mystery and got my kitty back to her normal self.

They were extremely kind and understanding. If they were closer I would make them my cats vet.

We absolutely love North Paws Clinic! What started off as an emergency visit for our fuzzy baby and it turned into setting up a long-term relationship. The team at North Paws is FANTASTIC - always helpful, friendly and caring. Thank you for the care you give to my fuzzy baby!

Went for urgent care. Experience was great. Staff was wonderful with my little guy and I feel confident with the care plan given. I’ve been to other ER vets before and felt like my sick pet was an inconvenience. This was not that and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!!

I called this clinic about 3:30 pm on Friday 7/30/2021. My dog was having laboured breathing and very lethargic. They would not take him. I was told they are only taking emergencies. I told them if he is not seen tonight he will die. They still would not take him. All 10 "emergency " pet facilities I called would not see him. I finally found one in St Cloud that would see him. He died enroute. His death IS the fault of all the vets that refused to see him. If your pet is in distress I highly recommend you just show up at your closest facility. This dog is extremely missed!

I have been with North Paws since they first opened. Dr. Riggs was great and very accommodating in emergency situations.. However since the practice has grown the service is not as accommodating. It is so difficult to get an appointment for routine shots and next to impossible in an emergency situations. Sadly I've begun the process of finding a new vet that can find time for my dogs.

Other offices completley missed Ben's needs. With professional care he is healthy and am getting the best results possible

Our cat is not generally people-friendly, and he can be quite the sensitive boy. In the past, he made it seem like trips to the vet were pure torture. However, those at the North Paws Veterinarian Clinic treat him with kindness and a softness that seems to melt away his normal agitation with unknown places. I'm incredibly satisfied with how they take care of our boy. The people working there are friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we have regarding creating the best life for our guy, and I'm just overall very pleased with the service provided. :)

Love this place! They are always so compassionate and caring and treat all the animals like they are their own. They are super accommodating and very reasonably priced... especially if you take advantage of one of the packages they offer. Definitely recommend them if you are in the Maple Grove area. You can rest assured your pets are getting the best possible care.

I took my dog today for the first time and was presently surprised at the quality of care my dog received today. From start to finish its apparent they like animals and want to do a good job. Unfortunately my dog has a broken tooth and will need surgical intervention but the estimate received was pleasantly affordable. There's even a monthly care plan to help ease the cost of going to the vet. Vet care is usually expensive but the plan really alleviates the cost of care. Initially my cost would have been near $500 but after the plan it was closer to $200. Definitely recommend!

I've been taking my animals to North Paws for over 5 years now and they have always been amazing to work with - I recommend them to friends every chance I get! The staff is super friendly, care is superb, and they have always treated my pets well and with love -- even when they used to do grooming on the kitty I had to bundle in a towel to get in her carrier! They always said she was the sweetest for nail trims -- I know they were lying, but I appreciate it. :) I have always felt that their treatment recommendations and estimates were fair, and we sure did take advantage of many - from the care plans to prescriptions, multi-year vaccinations, office visits, and euthanasia. I'm incredibly sad we're too far away now to make them our new pup's regular vet, but I will continue to take my cat, who's been going there since adoption, to North Paws for the rest of her life because of how confident I am in their practice!

I brought my dog Ruby to this vet for the first time since moving and I told them that she is a diva and will bark and howl, which kind of hinders me from bringing her to a new place. They took her and calmed her down and she was content for them to trim her long nails and give her an exam. They were gentle and patient with her, and that made me feel happy :) I will be bringing Ruby back and this is my new permanent Veterinary Clinic!

The staff at North Paws were great - we had never met or been seen before, yet they were able to collect samples and conduct tests despite not having any schedule openings. They went out of their way to be helpful, and make sure our needs were met - no excuses. Then they helped with coordination with our regular vet. I left with the clear impression that meeting our dogs' needs was their top priority

We L♡VE North Paws Vet!!!! Thank you for taking such good care of our pup! I receive such great advice from the Vet Techs/office staff while I am waiting to hear from our doctor. I can't thank you enough for all you have done. North Paws has made a HUGE effort to get us in, even when it wasn't easy. EVERYONE is so friendly, genuine, and treats us like family♡ Services are very reasonably priced, and they only perform what NEEDS to be. You aren't taken advantage of(like some vet clinics I have been to). North Paws is honest, caring, and has cared for my fur baby when we have been at our worst. I am so grateful!

Our new little pup Harper has a terrible UTI that came on quickly one night. She was clearly in pain. I was so glad that north paw exists! We brought her in at 10. Everyone was super nice and acted very quick! Dr.Brigg was patient and explained everything well. Kara was just so sweet and compassionate. When your fur baby is in pain and you are worried, having a supportive place that opens late is a life saver.

North Paws is an excellent place to bring your pet. They are a small town vet clinic, and they truly care about your pets and answer your questions.

Always a great experience beginning to end for us and for our pets! So grateful to have a local clinic like this with great people who we trust and that provide the best care for our dog and cat!
