If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I’d brought my dog to MULTIPLE groomers and every time his cuts were uneven and I’d get overcharged for little things. Picking him up today I was so impressed by how perfect he was cut and the great value of the price! Additionally the staff was wonderful, responsive, and asked lots of questions. I would recommend Bubbly Paws to anyone and everyone!!!

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Bubbly Paws! We went here for the first time today and can't believe we haven't been coming here sooner. We have a sassy corgi who doesn't like getting picked up, baths or nail trims. When we picked her up she was not only looking fresh and feels so soft but she had a big smile on her face. Alma was the groomer and she had her done in less then an hour. We will be back!

So many additional amenities that make it an awesome experience, and the employees are great!!

Great first experience with washing my dog here. Helpful and friendly staff, spacious environment. They have everything you need to keep your pup looking and smelling great...even doggie cologne! Slight tick because I wished the dryers were heated, or had adjustable heat. We will be back!

10/10 would recommend!! First time at Bubbly Paws and my German Shepherd and I loved it. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The whole process of the self-serve wash and drying station made the process a breeze. Can’t wait to come back.

I was surprised at the cost of a self serve bath...32$. I'm used to paying 12 ????

I went here for the first time today and ended up bringing both my dogs in. Customer service is amazing , the young lady working went above and beyond to help me , I was using the self service dog wash station for the first time and had my 3yr old with me and the young lady was so helpful ; got a step stood, and apron , and even offered a treat for my daughter who was being a little crabby. I greatly appreciate all of it I hope she is recognized for her exceptional customer skills. Definitely will be back . The wash tubs are big and the shampoo and conditioner and all different brushes are included. They charge by weight of the dog so make sure you know an estimate!

Have been bringing my dog(s) here for over 4 years. And over these years everytime we are in for an appointment, my dog is greeted with love, and recognized with enthusiasm. Upon arrival to pick him up , were are told how much they enjoyed grooming him, and how well he does. After waiting patiently for MONTHS to get into a time slot for grooming, as we only bring our dogs to you, we received an email a week before the appt saying my dog is no longer welcome for grooming. and is so uncontrollable and they recommend going to a vet or specialty groomer.. WOW . Are they talking abou the right dog? Not only do you not want my 3 dogs worth business, you insult the dog and say they are un groomable. This all seems like an excuse to drop clients because the business volume is exceeding capabilities Still waiting for a call like you said you would, however you posted a response on the review instead .. LOL real professional.. The main issue is on top of everything. You re booked the appointment like everything was fine. And months later you changed your mind.. you should honor what you say you will do.. oh and I know you were overbooked as your front desk person confirmed it

Definitely see Sam in Maple Grove! She has the best demeanor when working with dogs and she always asks exactly what you want. The only problem is that she’s booked out for 6 weeks or more.

Wow is all I can say. I have brought both my Samoyeds to bubbly paws over the last 4 years. Never once have I had an issue until they decided to cancel our upcoming appointment and tell us they will no longer be grooming my dog. But this has nothing to do with them being short staffed would it ?! I’m actually at a loss for words. 4 years of being loyal and then this is how we are treated! We booked our appointment 3 months ago and waited patiently understanding there were behind. But then one week before our appointment we received an email canceling us. Attached was list of other places we could go!!

I was impressed with this place. My dog is AWFUL to wash, because she has severe anxiety, and even getting her into the tub is a nightmare (she's over 100lbs, which is what makes it difficult). I felt like the person working was really helpful when we came in (we did a self-service wash) and was really patient with my pup's anxiety reaction. The monthly package is a good deal, because it's cheaper than the price most places charge for a single wash for a giant breed. Overall, very good experience!

I am a self serve wash customer. Have been using Bubbly Paws since they first opened and have frequented various locations but mostly use Maple Grove. The tubs are spacious, the equipment is great, everything always works. Everything is always clean. Nothing but good things to say. Staff has always been helpful, friendly, and polite. I’m a big fan of Bubbly Paws

Bubbly Paws Maple Grove is the place to go for dog grooming! We take our 1 1/2 year old GSD and she always comes back looking SO good. We have gone 2 times now for a full grooming and both times she has seen Alma. Alma does such a wonderful job grooming and trimming our GSD. I was worried at first because sometimes groomers don't know you cant shave dogs with fur...but not Bubbly paws!!! The location always is clean and they seem to really care for your pet. They rock!!

We like bubbly paws because it is clean, and they have everything you need. Shampoos, conditioners and all. Leave the mess there.

Their self service tubs let's you focus on enjoying the fun part of giving your dog a bath and less time worrying about the clean up. I'm so happy I have Bubbly Paws to take my yellow lab for bath and leave the piles of fur and heaps of towels behind. ????????????

Never will I come here ever again after my poor past experience. This place will give your puppy or any ages of pet the worst grooming experience! I remembered scheduling online filling out the whole online booking and yet when I showed up they asked me the same questions again. What is the point of the questions to begin with if you don't read it? They leave your dog unattended and blames your dog for being the worst dog ever. They locked my dog behind the door when I came to pick her up and she was barking out of anxiety! On top of it all, nothing got done on my dog , I paid for a full service and she didn't receive any services because they claimed she was terrible. I was kind enough to even tip when I shouldn't have! I emailed management about my experience and all I recieved was a "Thanks for trying us out." and my dog was "trying to chew on her arm". no accomodation at all. Some customer service! Unprofessional, unreliable and poor sense of value for their customers!

Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. I had a grooming appointment for my St. Bernedoodle that was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. The day before our appointment, Bubbly Paws texts me that due to an emergency, the groomer wouldn’t be able to make my appointment and they would be in contact the following day to reschedule. I understand that life happens, not a big deal thinking they’d get me in within the next week. The next day they texted me saying the next available opening was for over 2.5 weeks out and I had to wait again. I will not be taking my dog to this company again, they should have prioritized our spot but instead were told to wait another 19 days for the next time slot. That is RIDICULOUS. I was never the one who cancelled! It’s not a big deal that you had to reschedule, but you should put the customer first.

Maple Grove bubbly paws is so clean! The self service station had no evidence that it was used. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had enough supplies and was aware of everything available to use. Highly recommend

This place is awesome. I have been bathing my yellow lab since he was a puppy. He loves bath time. Unfortunately, as I get older kneeling at the tub was getting more difficult. Bubbly Paws is truly a God Send. My buddy will now be able to get back on schedule. Thanks Bubbly Paws.

Brought our 8 month old mini Bernedoodle (25 lbs) in for a full groom. The cost was $100 for an uneven cut that does not look professional at all. It was clear they didn’t dry her by hand because her fur was curly when we picked her up. Add to that, we got home and looked in her ears only to see that they had not been cleaned, a service they told me was included in the fee. Despite the unpleasant outcome of the services, I found scheduling, drop off and pick up to be easy which is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I would not recommend and am unlikely to use their grooming services again.

Staff was wonderful- so patient with our pooch who has high anxiety. Great cut- exactly what I asked for.
