Great vets! Always kind and informative! Have helped me with all of my dogs. I've been going there since the 90's. I think I've seen all of the vets. They are all excellent.

New to town, we were referred to MN Valley by family. After only a few days at our new place, our pup ripped a nail playing in the snow. His first visit was as an urgent care patient. We're so pleased with the care he/we received; we'll be returning for all of our vet needs in southern Minnesota. Highly recommend MN Valley Pet Hospital!

Minnesota Valley pet Hospital really caters to the needs of my dogs. I have special needs animals and they really care. Sometimes I feel like I’m asking too much but it doesn’t phase them at all. They care so much about our pets. I feel very special when I go there.

I was trying to find a new vet for my dog who requires regular medication since we were moving to the area. They were able to get us a new client appointment right away and were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff is always very friendly and professional. Dr went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and that we had a plan moving forward. All of my vet business will be here from now on.

My dog's dental & tooth extraction could not have gone more smoothly. The total cost was under what they had quoted, and they had him in and out in one day. His teeth are very shiny now and he seems to be in much less pain. Thank you MNPH!

I've been going to MN Valley Hospital for years, with many different pets. They've always been amazing and reasonably priced. Even their weekend hotline is extremely helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know with pets. Their new office is great and in a better location than their previous building.

Despite not having an appointment, the staff was accommodating due to me being an over the road truck driver. Super friendly staff and excellent Veterinarian.

We moved to Mankato a year ago and Minnesota Valley Pet Hospital was recommended to us. They were very nice, friendly at first with routine veterinary care. However, in January, our little dog was run over by a truck around noon. I called Minn Valley to say I was bringing her in, but because it was the noon hour I was told to wait until 1:00 because all the veterinarians were at lunch. I didn't think she would make it until 1:00 and asked for a suggestion where else I could take her. They then said they would see her and I should bring her in. They put her in a crate with fluids and told me they would call me later when they knew something. They could tell I wasn't leaving her alone and then took an x-ray. Told us her diaphragm was punctured and surgery would be around $10,000 and we would have to take her to the Cities for that and she might even make the trip. They encouraged us to let her go, which is what we did. I will always wish I had gotten a second opinion. The end result may have been the same but I didn't feel the compassion, just that I was interrupting their lunch hour.

I love this vet hospital! They care about my fur babies! The whole staff is so friendly and really love their jobs. I usually see Dr Berndt, but all the vets are great. It is super easy to make appts and if you leave a message I've always gotten a call back or follow up. They took really good care of my old man cat who needed daily meds and regular visits. I'll always bring my fur babies here. Current fur babies Cookie and Bilbo as tax.

We took my dog in a month or so ago because he was having problems walking. I had to put him down last Friday due to a massive tumor and abdominal bleeding that should have been caught earlier by them, it wasn't. They said it was arthritis due to his age. I will now be taking my animals to mapleton, they diagnosed it by just feeling my best friend. I have very strong words for these people and wished there was a way to sue them. My best friend is gone when I could have paid for the surgeries if they caught it earlier - 0 star's if that was an option They will add a disclaimer about blah, blah. You screwed up plain and simple. Own your mistake, or don't respond.

I have had the best experience with Minnesota Valley Pet Hospital! My dog has had many health issues in the past week, resulting in me calling everyday with questions and bringing him in 4 times. Every person who answers the phone is friendly and very helpful. Every technician and veterinarian we have seen has been caring and understanding of my concerns, and they take the time to explain things and answer questions. We have had an especially good experience with Dr. Renne, as she was the on call vet we saw and had a follow up with. I am so thankful for how my dog is cared for when he is there!

You all are very caring and helpful. The only thing to make the experience better is a miracle. I refer people all the time. The techs and doctors are all very kind, informative, and helpful. This is a very very good pet clinic. I wouldn’t do anywhere else. 20 out of 10 on a 1-10 scale. They follow up several times and are amazing and know their stuff!!! Absolutely recommend this clinic.
