Good quick and reasonable price

I am a long-standing client at Thompson's And would recommend them for anyone seeking top notch Veterinary care for their pets. Sadly, my friend was a client at a different veterinary facility. When her dog, Willow, had a urinary tract infection, her vet could not get her in for 2 weeks! I called Thompson's, and although Willow had not gone there before, they got her in the same day! Luckily, my friend was now a Thompson's client, because a month and a half later, Willow was attacked by another dog. I was walking Willow at the time of the attack. Willow's ear was badly severed , she had bite wounds around her eye, the tissue under her neck was bloody, torn, and dragging on the ground. I took her immediately to Thompson's. Dr. Jake was the doctor who performed her initial surgery, and has been following up ever since. He also reported that Willow had a skull fracture and should be seen at the Madison Veterinary Clinic. After a total of three surgeries, Willow has miraculously recovered. If it wasn't for the immediate trauma care and the ongoing support of Dr. Jake, and all the staff at Thompson Animal Medical Center, Willow would not be here today. I have been with Thomson for a wile now that my dog had a emergency and haven't seen them in a year they wouldn't give me advice on what i can give my dog for pain. Never will i take her there again.

I love this facility! My cat was a patient of Dr. Jean's and I had him boarded there before Covid hit. Dr. Jean is amazing. She informs you of all options and truly does what is best for your pet. If i hadn't moved, I'd still be a loyal customer!

Had a wonderful first time experience here with my ordinarily very anxious dog. The staff were so warm and kind to him and they took such good care of him. I’ve been to some veterinary clinics where it feels like everything is a sales pitch and that was not the case here. Super impressed and very happy to have a trustworthy place to bring my pets.
