My fur child needed a new vet, and I decided that petcetra was a place to try! The provider and the techs, AND front desk specialists were AMAZING! When my dog needed dental surgery, they were very communicative to me while she was there:) very great clinic! Little on spend side, but it’s worth the price for the care my dog receives ❤️ Thank you Everyone at PetCetera

I remember about twenty years ago my dads dog Princes, one day just he just feel I’ll. Don’t remember all that was wrong, but Dr Gigsted I could be wrong on the name, but the oldest male doctor there. He donated blood from his own dog to save my dads dogs life! It gave Princes the strength to heal, and have many more years of happiness. They let me back to visit him half hour before I had to go to work every day. This place is we’re I always brought all my, and my families pets for about 35 years now! I have so much trust in them. They truly care about your fur babies. One this I wish is they would except care credit maybe some day that will change. Not excepting It had made me have to go elsewhere. I don’t want to go elsewhere because I trust Petcetera, and they treat my pets like they were there own. Princes has been gone for sometime but that doctor gave him a chance to live many more years. The first four pictures are Princes! The rest are all our families fur babies that go to Petcetera! The buff at Charles spaniel has to be seen this morning right away I hope. His nail got caught up in his collet and broke his nail It’s hurting him bad so I’m not sure what they’ll have to do. Need to get it fixed so he can get back on his walks! So thanks Petcetera for all you have done for all our pets! God bless you all!

All around great experience with Petcetera. We recently switched our vet to them after an after hour emergency call for our beagle. They rushed in and took care of him. We had to bring our beagle back because of another flare up and we then had to have surgery to get him all fixed up. I’m timid about surgeries and with Petcetera I felt very comfortable. A definite recommend. Staff is awesome and seem to really bring the environment up. Thank you again Petcetera team!!

Other than one of the vets it's a great place to bring your pets. The one I referenced has a horribly condescending tone.

They were really great with our new pup, and made scheduling the next visit easy.

Everyone is extremely helpful and patient. One of my dogs has bad anxiety, and they always take special care with him.

I have been using this vet place for over a year. The staff and doctors are very friendly and understanding. This place was very clean. The prices were are reasonable and they worked with me to ensure prices weren’t outrageous. I would recommend this place to a friend.

They performed a formed a spade procedure on my Old English bulldog bulldog on time professional took good care of her.

I've had 2 experiences in the last week with both my dogs. The compassion and care was outstanding in the care for both pets. From the faces that greet you when you enter the building to the staff in back taking care of my pets, the care was great.

Dr. Flaagan is wonderful! Engages with the animals and is so sweet and caring. I won’t bring my fur-babies to anyone else! I love that Petcetera follows up after appointments to check on the animals. A truly caring and dedicated staff.

This is a good clinic but, when my dog was sick and had a severe ear infection they would not get her in. Very disappointing.

Took my dog in for a heartworm test and to get heart guard medication. The lady had put Nextguard flea and tick medication in the bag without explaining what is was or asking me if I wanted it in the first place. I had a dog on one hand and my child on my other side so I didn’t check the bag until I got home. Once I got home I realized they had charged me the extra $240 and some change for flea and tick medication as well as the heart guard. Now this left me wondering if they were upselling and being sneaky about it, I felt ripped off and wronged. The next morning I went and explained this to the guy at the front desk and he was happy to do the refund but when I mentioned I felt ripped off another female clerk said oh it’s an easy fix, nothing to worry about… erm if it was her money I’m sure she wouldn’t be saying that, as well as my time taken to go back to the clinic and resolve the issue. Soooo, please take time to look at what they give you for medication and make sure they explain what you have in your bag! We’ve been going here for some time but seems like they are taking mainstream hospital route of adding unnecessary stuff to your bill and take home bag!

Nothing but the best care at Petcetera. I know my dog is in great hands and that all of her health needs are being met. I wouldn’t take our girl anywhere else.

Great service! Passing through from AZ and our cat wasn't feeling well. Staff set us up with an appointment and did a very thorough job of checking her over and recommending treatment. Very much appreciate them squeezing us in and for taking such good care of our pet! Very professional and accommodating!

The staff at Petcetera are very nice, understanding, and patient! My 10yr old pitbull is EXTREMELY dog aggressive and they accommodate for him very nicely.

I brought my recently adopted 17 yr old dog in for dental cleaning due to years of neglect. Shortly after drop off, Dr. Pearson contacted me to discuss several mammary nodules found during the presurgery exam. These nodules frequently occur when female dogs are neutered after 1 yr of age and have a high probability of being malignant. My dog was neutered at 14, so had numerous heat cycles. Since the blood work was good, we determined that removing the nodules and having them biopsied was more critical than a dental cleaning. Dr. Pearson removed numerous nodules on my dog's left side, then contacted me immediately after the surgery to give me the details of the surgery and the timeframe for biopsy results. Dr. Pearson let me know that my dog's remaining teeth were not loose, so we can wait for her recovery before scheduling that. My dog has a full length incision from just under her left shoulder to her pelvis due to the high number of nodules, with too many staples to count. Pending the biopsy results, we will determine whether her right side needs to have surgery before we address the dental work. PEOPLE NEUTER YOUR PETS!!!

First time wellness check and nail trim for my dog. She is usually wary of new people, but the gal at the door knew just how to make her feel safe. I was SO impressed!! The doctor called me with the results of her exam. She was very thorough in presenting options with her findings. She gave me knowledgeable direction on how to help my dog reach her ideal weight. I will definitely be continuing her care here. Very organized set up with Covid precautions. Kind and professional care!!!

I have brought both my cats here for checkup's and I love this place! The people here really care about the animals and the people. The pricing is actually very good compared to bigger city rates. The vet's/vet tech's also provide you with a ton of information about the tests and shots they will, or want, to give your pets so you aren't going in blindly. They are also very willing to try and give the best information over the phone so you don't have to bring your pets in unless it is absolutely necessary. I highly recommend this clinic to current and future pet owners.
