Ruffing It Doggie Day Care & Overnight Center Grand Forks, Minnesota

I’ve only taken my 8 month old pup to Ruffin It a handful of times but I couldn’t be more happy. The staff has been super friendly and knows Loki as soon as we walk in the door. Loki gets excited to be there and when he comes home he seems more relaxed and calm because his routine was changed a bit. It’s a nice change instead of just doing walks in the evening with him. He gets to play, get his wiggles out and I feel good that he’s being taken care of by good people. I couldn’t be more happy! Keep up the amazing work everyone! Loki also says, “Thank you!”

They handled my hyper puppy wonderfully and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

We are extremely disappointed with Ruffing It. We needed to board our dog, and they refused to board until we had boarded her at different boarder, for 3 hours, in order to show that our dog would be able to handle being boarded. This is such a complete waste of time, and money. Our dog has boarded with them before and did great, but per their new policy, they refuse to board her until she’s been boarded at another business. It’s ridiculous. I do recommend Stay and Play in Grand Forks for boarding. They treat my furry baby so well, they are helpful, and the process to get her boarded was very easy.

My dog had only gone three times now. When I dropped her off this morning she couldn’t get out of the car fast enough! She loves it and always comes home pooped out. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love being able to walk in and see what she’s doing from the cameras!

They did an awesome job grooming Moose my Cocker Spaniel, the staff were all very helpful,I have nothing but good stuff to say about them.

Our dog Pork Chop loves Ruffin' It! First time she was very timid to go there, after that she would literally pull me into the building. The Staff has always been very nice and taken great care of our dog. I have known Joy since grade school and I would trust her 100% taking care of any of our pets. She's awesome!

The staff takes good care of the cats. My cats are super picky, get very depressed and very stressed out when I have left them at other locations. When leaving them with Ruffing It my cats have seemed happy, and overall relaxed when at Ruffing It. They take good care of the cages for the cats. We will be taking our cats here any time we have to leave town.

Those of us that actually bring our pets to this place love it. They have great services for your pets. Our dogs rush to the door when we say daycare and are very tired when they come home.

I bring my dog Tank there, first time he was nervous, now he can't get through the door fast enough to go there, Very Happy with Ruffing It!

I love being able to rely on Ruffing It to take care of my dog while I'm out of town. It's nice to be able to see your dog whenever from their camera system. The staff are nice and friendly. My only complaint is the early closing hours on Saturday and Sunday. I think 4pm to 7 or 8am is too long for the dogs to be in the kennels, and if I'm coming from out of town it can be difficult to get there by 4pm to pick up my dog in time. After reading their response I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5. I am so glad to hear they have someone let the dogs out later in the evening.

Only giving one star because there isn’t a choice to not give a star. The only thing this place would ever get my business for is nail trimming. This place is dirty and workers look like they are there just for a paycheck. Not pleased at All with this place.
