Kindness Animal Hospital Grand Forks, Minnesota

Recently had to take one of my cats here due to our normal vet being unavailable. It was after 5pm so it was afterhours but we got in and seen really quickly. The Vet was very nice and explained everything she was doing and checking.

When I needed a Vet for JuJu, Kindness Animal Hospital was there at the last minute. JuJu developed an ulcer on her eye a little over a week ago. Today she is doing so much better! Thank you Emmett, and your team at Kindness Animal Hospital! Ya'll are amazing!

The care here was exceptional. They took the time to answer all my schedules and were incredibly considerate and patient regarding adapting to the difficulties of the pandemic.

It's an average vet place. Definitely not my favorite and on the more spendy side. Just mainly use for shots.

Impossible get same-day visits for urgent matters.

I brought my two cats and dog into Kindness Animal Hospital for wellness exams and regular vaccines and had an incredible time. The care was kind and compassionate as well as affordable! I'm almost sad that I'm moving because I would happily drive up from Fargo to continue seeing the folks here. Highly recommend!!

Brought our dog in to get fixed. Had some blood work done to make sure everything was okay. I asked some questions and they acted like they didn't want to answer them. We may try the one on Gateway or the one in East Grand Forks.

Helpful and friendly staff, nurses, and doctors. Dr. Odegard even carried my ridiculously heavy pet carrier for me!

The kindest vet I've been to. Helped me so much with my cat when two others turned me away. They were so understanding and helpful and were great with the explanations of everything.

So far so good they're gonna check out my little buddy on Thursday!

I've been going to kindness for decades. Can't think of a better place to take my precious little dogs.

We had to put my bf's dog down today. She was seizing and couldn't hold her head up. The woman took her to the back to "prepare" her. She didn't handle her with care and her head was flopping around. I am disgusted with the lack of communication and care we received. She should have told us they were only going to put in a catheter for the injection and that she'd be right back with the dog. We were worried, scared and very unhappy with how they treated our poor Honey. Also, they gave us a discount of $5 off our $116 bill, he only had $100, thank God I was there or she would have been forced to suffer because they couldn't take off 2 more dollars!

We see Dr. Lacoursiere, he's great with my 14 year old pup. We recently moved to MN, this establishment had the best reviews of any place close to us, now I know why! I highly recommend this place, the staff is so friendly as well.

I was a little nervous at first due to all this covid-19 stuff but they came right out and got me and we went right into the examining room. I thought for sure I could not go in with my puppy but that was not the case. They came out and took both of us into the room. Doctor was fantastic and the vet assistant was even better. Would highly recommend Kindness Animal Hospital
