Scheduled an appointment that was a first visit so there was a deposit of $35.00 no problem with that. Appointment was a week out. Was able to get in somewhere else a lot sooner so called back to cancel, was never told at the time of the appointment being scheduled that it was non-refundable if appointment was canceled a week out--just that it would go towards the visit at the time of the appointment. There is no appointment since I canceled it so guess what--no money back on the deposit---for what??? Beware-very deceiving.

My favorite Vet clinic in ND or MN, we bring all our family pets here, the Doctors go above and beyond and the Techs are knowledgeable and capable.

Dr. Lori and all the staff here are great! Even in the middle of a major remodel they working extra hard to provide great service!!

I’m really struggling to understand why when I asked for an appointment for my dog because of an ear infection I was told one date, but since they couldn’t get that right my dog has been in pain for the last week just for the appointment to not be for another week afterwards. Not to hard to add things to a calendar.

Absolutely love Dr Lori she is the best , she answered questions and takes time to make sure you and your pet are taken care of.

Wow out of all the vets in grandforks this is the best they not only give the best care but they loved my fur baby like he belonged to them all of them vets owners nurses and even the front desk they are not only great on making my furbaby healthy they loved him too I will never go anywhere else all stars for every person in that clinic me and my furbaby kitty cat elliot loves them ????

my pet is sick and today they turned me away due to not wearing a mask.. keep in mind I have 1 lung and other medical issues that prevent me from wearing a mask. I told them this and tried to show my paperwork. I even asked if they was telling a disabled person to leave they told me yes if I couldn't wear a mask, even with the mask mandate lifted it's the doctors orders. I even chose this vet due to the lady I placed the appointment with told me IT WOULDNT BE A ISSUE

Amazing vet. I am a first time pet owner. Parents always had dogs but first time having one all to my self. They always make sure to explain the different options I have. They are great at letting me know what they are doing and why they have to do it. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Dont call yourself all per hospital if you dont tend to all pets ...my bearded dragon is my pet...then spent 25 minutes on hold just to get told that they cant look at my bearded dragon thanks for the help

THE VERY BEST VET OFFICE EVER. WE TOOK OUR PUG IN THERE ON MONDAY AS SHE WAS SICK. WOW, THEY TOOK AMAZING CARE OF HER, AND THAT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO LEAVE THEM. SHE HAD TO SPEND THE NIGHT, AND I AM SURE I DROVE THEM NUTS WITH MY NUMBEOUS PHONE CALLS. BUT THEY WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT EVERY TIME. AND KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON WHAT WAS HAPPENING. YOU CAN TELL THEY TRUTHFULLY CARE FOR YOU AND YOUR PET. DR. LORI IS THE BEST. WOULD NOT TAKE MY BABY TO ANYONE ELSE. SHE IS SO SOFT SPOKEN AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE KNOWS THEY ARE YOUR BABIES. MY GIRL IS ON MEDS AND A SPECIAL DIET, AND I FEEL STRONGLY IN MY HEART THAT THEY DID THAT BECAUSE THEY CARE SO MUCH. I WAS A BASKET CASE WHEN I LEFT HER AND DR CALLED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME, AND I FELT SO MUCH BETTER. SOOOOOOO WITH THAT BEING SAID, THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AT ALL PETS, AND THANK YOU FOR ALL THE LOVE YOU GIVE TO OUR FUR BABIES. I HAVE FULL TRUST IN ALL OF YOU. YOU ALL ROCK AND A SPECIAL THANK YOU FROM OUR LITTLE LUCY. I THINK SHE WOULD OF LOVED TO HAVE STAYED ANOTHER NIGHT. NO WORRIES WHEN YOU HAVE THE BEST TAKING CARE OF THEM.

They are very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and always willing to take an emergency! The people working at the reception desk are very friendly too! I will be bringing my animals here from now on and I live an hour away.

My wife had taken her cat to this vet as a young kitten, and after we got married and moved back to the area she wanted to go back to this clinic. It seemed alright at first, just seemed expensive. Last straw for me, today she called to make an appointment for her cat that had a crusty or goobery eye and they made her feel scared and concerned that it was a dire emergency and she should come in same day, which would be great except they charged her a $55 urgent care fee. Turned out to be a simple upper respiratory infection, simple meds. Which we knew last night it wasn’t anything serious but because of his age, and clever wording they played on her emotions to get more money. Their warning to her was it “may be additional.” No, there shouldn’t be any maybes about it. Either you’re gonna charge me extra or not, but be upfront about it.

Highly recommend. They took special care of me and my dog. They were very patient with me and answered every question I had. Every person there wanted the best for me and my dog. It ended up we had to put my baby down and they were very professional and careing. The prices were also decent.

I brought my dog in for an emergency and they took such good care of her! When I walked in, it was clean, didn't smell, and had a very relaxed vibe. I was very impressed with the service and the compassion of all the employees. They have now become my primary vet for my dog!
