PetSmart Elk River, Minnesota

Didn't have what I needed.

The workers were nice! Also they always have what we need! We bought fish from there! when we got home we dumped out the water in a different bowl because we thought the water would be a little dirty, but it was a lot dirtier than we thought it would be.

Extremely knowledgeable staff when it came to getting fish. They have some awesome reptiles and a assortment of hamsters. This place also offers everything for you're cat that thinks its royalty to your dog with allergies.

Today was one of the most scariest day of my life. I brought my puppy to the vet at Walmart to get vaccinated and across the street is a Petsmart I decided grab some doggy ice cream with him. While walking towards checkout a shelter adoption dog ran up to my dog and attacked him. I was so scared and yelled for someone to grab their dog. The shelter supervisor yelled and said it’s no ones dog. I’m like what??? She said we have a adoption area here and he must have escaped. Lucky an older gentlemen was able to grab the leash of the attacker. I said to the shelter team that someone should have been supervising him he literally just nipped on my dog legs and he was crying and the shelter team said that is no one fault. I’m like yes it is. It’s the shelter team or employee who should be supervising. It be the same if it was toddler walking at petsmart and got a attack by a shelter dog. I was livid. I told the store manager and he just took my number down. He never wrote a incident report. I never received a apology from the shelter group or a phone call today from the store manager. My dog is now Traumatized and sore due to his vaccinations and from the dog biting.

Good prices, lots of love towards my puppy.

It's PetSmart... Apparently it's dog city on Sundays. I'd suggest going then to see everyones pups.

Shout out to Kim m for awesome grooming job she did on Sassy. She looks amazing. Would highly recommend to all.

If you are looking for something and can't find it at one Petsmart, there are plenty of locations to find whatever it is.

Very slow getting help. Picking up pre-orders can take up to 20 minutes. It's a nice place with a lot to offer. but actually getting somebody to help you and actually do something is horrendous

We like the groomers. They did a great job on our very skittish puppy's nails. But check your receipts at checkout, because twice they charged us for 2 bags of dog food when we only got one and were rude about rectifying it.

Very helpful staff that were easy to find! Everything is labeled and organized well so easy to find what you're looking for too

Absolutely love the Pet Smart in Elk River, MN. We adopted our dog/ best buddy, from here and now we won't go anywhere else. The staff here is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. We really can't say enough good about the store, and all who work there. Thank you.

Brought my chocolate lab into the store after a run in with two skunks in South Dakota. Cassie, at the spa, found time right away to care for Ringo shampooing and using a deodorizer to remove the skunk smell. His coat is so soft and smells great after his session with Cassie, she does such a great job! Ringo always loves his trips to the spa with Cassie, she and the whole crew make him so welcome every single time he visits. Such a great, local store to take your dog for a spa, training and everything else.

This place is great. They always treat Mazy with love and care when they groom her.

Had the kittin food we were looking for

Terrible experience. Good luck getting a deposit back on their cleaners. I used it in one spot (plus the cleaner was dirty before I used it) and couldn't get mine back. Even renting it took forever as no one in that store apparently know how to rent one out.

Had a life changing event here. We went for fish products and instead ended up getting a new member of our family. Zeke...

They had dog adoptions going on. Thanks PetSmart. I hope they all find loving homes. Found exactly what I went there for. I even received a discount from my rewards savings. Quick check out with plenty of staff.

Great place to let tour best friend pick a toy..if tour dog isn't well trained I don't suggest going here when they have puppies tends to wind up the dogs a bit

I went to purchase a fish it was a Placo. The lady told me I have to have a 55 gallon tank. I told the lady I have been doing fish tanks for 30 plus years. So in the end I said I will go somewhere else. Looked like she was in the back room on her break. I was also going to purchase a fish tank and stand but didn't want to trouble them.

We had Marissa for all of our classes, from puppy through advanced. She is such a wonderful instructor! She was patient and very well informed! My dog has improved so much from classes here. I highly recommend taking classes with Marissa.
