Great service and friendly staff.

Nothing special but not bad

This shop has been great for all our needs. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have excellent sales if you keep and eye on the deals online. I limit my review to 4/5 only due to this being a chain store.

I go there for the grooming and Taylor is awesome and my pup loves her.

Worst service ever if one person needs fish god forbid you ever get anything else for 20 minutes. Every time.

Somewhat discouraged that I had to point out a lower price on their own website and since the cashier made the change so quickly it seemed like that they knew of the discrepancy but decided to screw customers that weren't smart enough to catch it. To sum it up....VERY SHADY.

Disappointed in the service we received today. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment with Kelly for a bath, teeth brushing and nail clipping. He's 7 month old with hip issues and first time experience in this type of environment. So he might have some reservations about the services being done to him but I figured the groomer would have patience. Long story short the groomer banned him from any PETCO. Im not sure why this groomer had issues as he's never had problems at their vet clinic in the building and was there twice or even our primary vet. I used to rave about this place to others on how good they are and patient. We used to bring our pitbull there and Sherri was so good with her. So figured we would try our German shepherd/husky and that was a mistake. Instead of supporting and recommending PETCO, I will advise people to stay away and bring your money else where. They charged me 60 dollars for just a bath (didn't even blow dry him) as she didn't complete the other services.. sad as PETCO in blaine was my go to and have spent so much money there.

Be a smart shopper, online prices are almost always cheaper than store prices, order ahead or look up the online price with your phone in the store and screen shot, they will match at checkout. This has saved me loads of money. Managers really care about the animals and customers. I realize the habitats are not all ideal for the species of animals but much of that is out of control of the employees and managers.

Ordering online was very convenient. My order was ready within minutes and pick up was a breeze! I also loved the sale that was happening on my item.

Miss information when I called ahead. I went ahead anyway and purchased what I originally needed.

The check out associate that was working that morning was welcoming and engaging. Our dog Sadie loved the whole experience. She's 1.5 and this was her very first in store experience. Do wish though that floor associate would have acknowledged us and directed us to the harnesses

Nice clean and organized store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Usually have what I need in stock. Overall enjoy stopping at this store.

The service in the fish department was exceptional!

I must admit that I was hesitant to go to the store, with the mixed reviews I read on Google.. Especially due to the fact that I was driving over an hour to get we're together. I was in the market for a hamster for my daughter's 6th birthday party. The lady was very helpful, let me take the animal I wanted home, and gave me care directions without making me feel dumb. The store was clean, and while the staff was a little hard to locate, it was only because they were very busy caring for all the animals and their habits. I will recommend and go again.

I have been there twice since the menu change. Both times I have enjoyed my experience. I ordered two different types of sandwich I was pleased both times

bearded dragons are very small have have a very small tank, they throw away animals into dumpsters! this place wouldn’t be good for getting a pet

Went their for my dog vet appointment was a good time

Very helpful, got my girls signed up on the Vital Care plan. Had to call corporate to get the unlimited nail trims and teeth brushing, but worth it for my two greyhounds who don't need professional grooming. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I had a horrible experience the manager was very rude and told me to get in line even though i had already paid for my stuff i was waiting for someone to bring me an aquarium. Horrible customer service

Got some nice fish for my aquarium.

I fell I was misleaded.. the product I wanted was for a kitten.. not a full-grown cat.. I asked for help with an associate crew member.. and she give me something that my kittens don't even like. Which I feel like she showed me something for a big adult cat and it was just a waste of $20 for something that I wish I would have known that she didn't tell me the right information. She convinced me it was good it was bad I took my kitten to the vet she was way off. If you're going to work at a pet store they should know more about a pet. Not show people adult stuff when they have kittens for babies and they say that they mean that.. so no I feel I wasted all my money because the lady knows nothing about cats. I feel she didn't liked me and just wanted to sell something easy she didn't show me product for kitten. My kittens didn't even like it and I had to throw it in the garbage and it didn't even help them and I had to take my cats to an expense of a very expensive vet. So no I don't recommend any of my friends going back there.. we will try PetSmart.

Solid employees. Fish man was super helpful and the lady I talked to about dog grooming was very professional and polite

The lady Katie at this petco is always rude and disrespectful.....I hate coming to this petco for that very reason. I only goes to this one because it so close to my house...

I was asking if they had bird training and she said explain so try and explain to her and she was like we do dog training did a dog trainer and she laughed my face

Mike, who served us, was awesome. We were able to find exactly what we needed (a special dog coat rake thingy). The store was clean and pleasant.

Got my dog's vaccinations in a timely fashion, which was great except it took the vet 5 stabs to draw blood from my dog. Not too happy about that. Lola was the best vet Tech ever though!
