Groomer who obviously doesn’t want to be there! Not at all the kind of experience one would hope for. This site has really gone down hill. Too bad as it used to be quite excellent ????

Our dogs get great care from Banfield veterinarians. The pet hotel staff is really good too.

DONT GO TO LISA P!! I took my dog here to have Lisa P cut his hair. She did a horrible job! I would never again take my dog to her. She butchered his hair by cutting off half of his one of his ears, that I've been growing out for 2.5 years. Her only instructions were not to cut the ears and she did. The cut was uneven and his ear has a red bald spot where she cut it. I was told by Lisa P. she didn't want to brush him so she cut the snarls out of his hair. Terrible experience and Lisa P is by far the worse groomer I've been too.

We had the absolute worst grooming experience. I made an appointment for my puppy, they even texted and called me the day before to confirm. I live about 30 min away from the location and by the time I get there to my scheduled appointment time, they tell me they had to cancel my appointment!! They called me 20 min before my appointment time, when I was already driving, and obviously couldn't answer. Totally unacceptable, they proceeded to tell me they are booked for the day and there is no opening until the following week. I asked to speak to a manager and even she felt that calling me 20min ahead of time was enough notice to cancel. They were rude and not even trying to be accommodating. Their suggesting was that they could offer an appointment in the late afternoon but she would just be in a kennel the whole day and they couldn't take her out for a bathroom break at all. After long debate, I finally negotiated that they will comp her for a stay in the dog hotel until they could squeeze her in that same day. Overall, probably the worst first grooming experience and no way we will ever be back there.

Very friendly staff. Interior is well organized with a colorful selection of furry friends and aquatic sealife. The Exterior is kept in AMAZING condition all the time.

I always find the stuff I need for my dog. It is convenient. I prefer PetSmart over online stores like Chewy because I can see what I buy for my dog and I do not have to buy large quantities to avoid shipping fees.

People have allot of knowledge there and are very respectful

Love the layout, called ahead for a 40 gallon breeder tank. With my bad back i knew i couldnt lift it. Fortunately, the sales clerk called someone and they brought a hand cart with and even helped me load it in my car. Even the customers were polite! Great service, good help from employees, would go back

Our dog loves staying at the pet hotel

went for her first puppy grooming appointment earlier this afternoon. she was super cute and fluffy beforehand. after ONLY asking for a trim around the eyebrows and TRIMMING on her paws, private areas, and belly, this is what we got. they shaved her face straight down to her skin and gave her a receding hairline it looks like. obviously she’s still our little puppy, but we will never be going back to them. totally did a BOTCHED job. so angry

I like Petsmart in Eden Prairie because they offer a variety of puppy food. She eats the Rachel Ray dry and wet food. They have doggie day care if I need to go shopping without her. She is frightened and anxious around people so she needs Training from Libby. My Libby is only 6 months old and has lots to learn. We'll be back soon.

I found my new fur baby here!! Shes so cuddly and playful! Snuggles all night long & loves sitting on my lap! Store associate was helpful and made the process easy. Took my new BFF home the same day! Highly recommend PetSmart in Eden Prairie.
