Super run of the mill place. Less products than I hoped, higher prices, and zero service other than a cashier. I wouldn’t go back unless I had to. Amazon next time.

I don't live near Petco so I don't shop this brand often. It was a nice store, clean and well organized. Some prices can be a little high but service is great and they have good sales. Would recommend for someone looking for dog toys, treats, leashes and more.

Greeted immediately by pleasant checker. Not long in the aisle before friendly sales person offered advice on dog treats and helped me find a 'hidden' toy.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Store was well stocked. The fish systems though... need an upgraded.

One of my favorite petcos. Once I become a regular the people know you and know what you're asking for and meet you and greet you with that at the door It's wonderful.

I needed to buy a cone for my dog. They were so helpful fitting on him.

I scheduled a grooming appointment online for my small dog. I had never taken my dog there, and I gave him his dr. prescribed trazadone for his anxiety. I mentioned that when I was checking him in and was told they wouldn’t take him because he had taken an anti anxiety medicine. I am very frustrated because I don’t understand why they won’t groom a dog on any anti anxiety medication, as that is not uncommon. What is even more frustrating is that I was not told about this policy and it was not written anywhere on my email confirmation, so how was I to know? I will not being doing any business with them again.

Wonderful guy working the check out. No one was behind me in line and he took the time to answer our questions and offer some further friendly advice. We will be back.

The only store i could find that had sphagnum moss in stock. Petsmart and pet supplies were both out on my last trip. Helpful associates on staff who are loaded with product knowledge

Best selection of high end cat food that we've found in the area. The people are super nice too. Join the petco club and get 5 bucks off pretty often.

I asked first they have dog puzzles and they did not know what I was talking about

some of the staff here are just creepy and weird (EP location). one employee in particular offered us a discount if me and my sister (15 years old!) ate dog treats in front of him. of course we declined and immediately left the store. I don't feel safe here.

Clean store and good sales on dog toys

The item I needed was not available at my local store in Northern Minnesota. A family member was in the area of the E.P. store and I was able to purchase online what I needed and she picked it up for me. The representative who helped me, David, did an awesome job and he made sure the item I needed was in fact in store before my family member stopped to pick it up for me.

The staff is always alert to offer help. Very nice people. With such a large store, it is so nice when a the staff member is able to stick with you until you find a solution to what you came for.

I was able to bring my cat into the store to get measured for a collar. They had a wide selection of products available and the staff was genuinely interested getting to know my pet and find something nice for her.

Cat grass & cat nip plants died within a few days again. They're not mature enough & under watered.

Staff was amazing. We went for our first pet and they talked about all the pros and cons of different animals and helped us choose the right one and get all the needed supplies! The manager even helped us on his time off. Shout out to Eric and anna and the woman whose name we missed who also helped us!

This was the only pet store that my aunt and I visited that day (out of 3 total) that had the boots for her dog! Kind and helpful staff, plenty of room in the parking lot, and the store was tidy.

I stopped in for a nail trim and grind for my 10 year old German Shorthaired Pointer and 2 year old Weimaraner today. Previously I have taken my dogs to Petsmart for this service, but they are temporarily closed so I decided to try Petco. Because of the wonderful results at Petco today I will be coming here from now on. The store staff is very friendly to me and my dogs, and Sarah, the groomer who tended to my dogs today; did such a good job on their nails... perfectly short and VERY smooth. I have never before had an experience with an in store groomer who did such a professional and perfect job. Petco also charges $5 less than Petsmart for this service. Total win! My only recommendation to Petco as a company would be to invest in the grooming salon atmosphere... update ‘the look’ and equipment. It’s kind of dismal and archaic. Doesn’t impact the service or experience at all, but could turn off potential clients. Thanks Sarah and Petco Eden Prairie!! ????

I love Petco. There is variety of products, and my pup feels so love every time we go into the store.

Petco has healthier pet food options than most stores, whether they specialize in pet food or not. They also have a good variety of items for animal healthcare, play, and other areas of a pet's life. I've never had a problem with any of the employees, in fact, many times they have pleasantly surprised me with how friendly and helpful they are. They carried multiple 40lb bags of cat litter to my car for me after my arm was injured in a car accident once, and have gone above and beyond for me more than once.
