WARNING! This is BIG BROTHER more than a vet. Get a copy of your records IMMEDIATELY. You will be absolutely shocked at the horrific UNTRUE things they record about pet owners!! They track more about the owner than the pet. Record your calls and visits with them to prove defamation in their record about YOU. If I could give ZERO stars I would. My complaint is being filed with the Minnesota Board of Veterinary Medicine with a copy of my pet records confirming my status as a client. My complaint will also address the rude, condescending and unprofessional behavior by the office manager.

My dog needed a foreign object removed. Got an x-ray there and found a corn cob. They don't do that surgery in house. So, they called around to different places on my behalf and presented me with a few options of where to go and their estimated cost. They were very compassionate and caring towards myself and my golden retriever.

I got my lab puppy (as a first time dog owner) last Christmas and Anderson Lakes has been amazing! Everyone is always so helpful and kind and I love the doctors (especially Dr. Zieman). They are always willing to answer any questions and concerns and go above and beyond. So happy I found a vet that I can trust!

I had a conversation with the management staff and talked about some problems that occurred in my appointment as a first-time client. I am still disappointed that they did not accept new clients and did not mark it on the website, but the conversation with the management staff was effective and acceptable.

Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital provides excellent, efficient and friendly service to us for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. This vet has provided over a decade of service to us for our dogs. The support staff is very knowledgeable and capable. Dr. Ginger Zeiman is the best vet!!

They were excellent under very difficult circumstances. I don't have a phone but they contacted my daughter, at my request, and spoke to her multiple times to ensure the health of my pet. I am beyond grateful

My dog's annual check up at Anderson Lake Animal Hospital was great. It is a bit sad that we cannot meet with the doctor in person due to COVID, but I absolutely appreciate the phone call with details at the end of the appointment. And, honestly, it is more efficient. Staff is always helpful and patient. I truly believe that everyone cares deeply about my pet's health and well-being, as well as my needs as the 'parent'! Thank you.

Impressive first visit! Dr. Hanson and vet tech Emilee did an excellent initial assessment of our 13 year old dog. Both went above and beyond to thoroughly discuss and answer several questions that we had about our dog's health. We really appreciate the extra time they spent to explain their findings and their recommendations on a plan of treatment.

ALWAYS a great experience at ALAH. But the lack of one on one with Dr. Zemen is hard to take. Covid puts a block on this. I am a long term customer and have worked with Dr. Z for years so I trust her. Don't think someone can build a relationship like that as long as they have to wait in their car...

We just brought home an Aussiedoodle for our family. In doing some research, these guys seemed to have a lot of satisfied customers. I went to their website, and found it inviting, easy to use, and full of invaluable information. I set up an appt., and in spite of the Covid protocols, the experience was smooth. We have had two visits now (puppy visits), they did a great job of socializing our dog, he is happy to see them. The Dr's. spent an overabundance (in a good way) of time, explaining and discussing all the details and questions, you could tell they are passionate about their patients! They have connections with trainers and groomers as well as places to keep your pet on your vacation. All in all, very well done. Would be comfortable recommending them! Fyi, they have moved into new space (Aug.10) which is nice too!

I have been bringing my pups to Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital for routine vet services for the last 10 years. They have been amazing to work with. Easy to schedule and they are all so personable. Truly they care about you and your pet. I would highly recommend seeing anyone here and know the vet techs are all impressively knowledgeable and attentive with your fur babes.

Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital was able to get my dog (new patient) in on short notice. I was kept updated with what was happening with him and also received a call the next day to check in to see how he was following his procedure. Everyone that I communicated with there was very pleasant.

This is the best vet's office I've ever taken my pets to. I particularly like being brought into an exam room as soon as possible (back before COVID-19 protocols) which takes away some of the stress from my pet.

I've been taking my dog Speedy to Anderson Lakes since I adopted him 9 years ago. We love the staff here, especially Dr. Zieman and Dr. Quast who are always willing to spend extra time answering our questions. Even though we've moved out of EP, we are happy to continue coming here because of how much they care and their professionalism. We just got a new puppy and it was a no brainer to continue coming to this clinic for their awesome care.

My 4 month old puppy, Phoebe, actually gets excited when we pull up to Anderson Lakes! They always answer any question I have, big or small and take the time to explain everything. I couldn’t be happier with choosing them as Phoebe’s vet!
