Fiona loves going to Wagging Tails! The staff is phenomenal. Always consistent. They know her & go above & beyond to make her feel welcomed. She goes year round a couple days a week & comes home exhausted.

I can’t say enough good things about Wagging Tails!! We have been bringing our dog there since he was 4 months old. Our dog is anxious and reactive with people. At times, he is such a challenge. Every single employee I have met there has treated him with patience and love. Staff treats us humans with respect and friendliness every single time we are there. Phone calls are returned promptly and are always upbeat and helpful. Our dog once experienced an injury from a tussle with another dog. It was handled professionally and with so much compassion. I can’t think of a negative experience at WTPR - except maybe not being able to get in because they are booked up. But I see that as a responsible business unwilling to operate understaffed. Protective of their staff and clients, rather than just trying to make more money. I hesitate to call out people because they are all awesome, but Crystal (my dog’s human girlfriend :)) and James stand out as rockstars. Sooo…. We are big fans haha.

Mya is a 1 year old Cavalier King Charles. She has been going to Wagging Tails for 3 years now. She has done play-days, boarding, grooming and puppy classes. The staff is so friendly, they greet Mya as if she was one of their own. They love on her and are always excited to see her. I see the staff react the same way to all the other dogs that are either coming or going. When I drop her off I know she is being well cared for which is reassuring to me. I highly recommend Wagging Tails for all the services they provide.

The dogs are always excited to play and board. The staff is always excited to great the dogs and are always courteous to them. When we observe on the webcams, the play coaches are so sweet to every dog giving love and attention. We are long time customers and always refer friends to Wagging Tails.

I cannot say enough good things about Wagging Tails and the staff. My Rottie has been going for about a year now and it has been so good for her socialization and energy level. I think it’s her favorite place in the world because she is spoiled so much! It gives me peace of mind when we have to go to work or away for a long weekend. Again, I would recommend them to anyone!!

We always have a wonderful experience at Wagging Tails Pet Resort! It is great that the dogs are able to be out and socializing the majority of the day and the care team is loving and responsive to all the dogs! We love being able to check in with the live stream cameras which gives us peace of mind. We know our furry family member is well cared for!

Dozer loves it there and he comes home tired from his time there which is what we want.

My pup has become so much more social after his days at Wagging Tails. I should have gone there with my last two furry friends. The staff is great as well. They are always friendly and I can tell they love each & every doggie-client equally. The web cams are great as I like to check in during my pup’s stay!!

Wagging Tails has been great for our dogs and us! They are always friendly and personable. Our dogs love going there and come home happy and tired from their playdays. They work hard to keep the place clean and it is clear that they love caring for dogs! I also appreciate that there is always a staff person in every play area and I love the webcam feature! Great place and my dogs don’t come home stinking like other places we’ve been. One complaint is the way we are required to individually package meals - such a waste of plastic baggies and even when Ive asked to get the empty baggies back to reuse them they are thrown out. Really wish that policy would change.

We absolutely love Wagging Tails. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to send fur babies for a day of play or overnights while on vacation. We always know our pup is in good hands - the staff are always so excited to see him and do really well with our high energy, anxious husky! We can’t thank them enough!

This was my dog's first day at daycare. I watched her on the live web cam. She looked like she was having fun with her new friends.

I'm so impressed with their service! Our fur baby was there while we were on vacation. They called us to let us know our dog was having some complications and offered to bring her to the emergency pet hospital. Which they did. Liz and Amy were so amazing in their kindness and care to our dog and to us. We will never forget the extra length you want to make sure our dog was well taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will be back and we will be recommending you!

We brought out German Shepard in for a temperament test and the experience was fantastic! The employees were so kind and were very caring for all the animals! The facility was clean and a bonus was being able to look in occasionally on the cameras to help ease our minds. The attention that every dog gets is amazing! Would recommend this daycare/ boarding resort!
