We have a huge furry dog, so I get that it takes some extra shampoo n stuff BUT why do they have to dilute their stuff?? Kinda cheap. They were kind enough to give us a bottle to use instead of their auto machine things. And its never busy so when we dry our dog we can use 3 hoses sometimes. Plus all the towels we need. Whats the pint though if the dog is still stinky. I guess I could bring my own stuff \('.')/

I want to support local when it’s warranted, but these guys are just not honest in their business practices, stay far away from Wag n’ Wash. First, they are vastly over priced, you can find better quality dog treats at Von Hanson’s for half to a third of the price, and the same food at several other vendors for at least 10% less. Second, their over priced baked treats are trash and most of the time hard as a rock. Lastly, they are constantly changing the rules of their rewards program. Initially it was buy 9 get the 10th bag free, now it’s buy 10 get the 11th. What is most infuriating is finding that after purchasing many bags of the same food, magically that food does not qualify for the free bag reward. In fact, I wanted to buy a smaller bag of the same brand a month ago and the owner told me that I should buy the large bag or it wouldn’t qualify for the free bag. Now I find that NONE of the bags I bought qualify?! Why would the same guy that told me to buy the bigger bag now tell me that brand has never qualified? I’ll tell you, they are greedy. Do yourself a favor and shop Von Hanson’s, Chewy or Chuck and Don’s, even Petco. Bigger companies yes, but at least they are honest from my experience. What a joke these guys are.

I’ve been taking my dog here for over 3 years for nail trims. I continued going there because they would let me be with him while they were doing the trimming, also allowing him to stay on the floor instead of getting on the platform, as this really stresses him out. This is how it’s been done every time, which I really appreciated. However, yesterday was a different story. The woman who was going to cut his nails seemed annoyed when I wanted to accompany my dog. She did finally agree. She hoisted him on the table and put the restraint around his neck. I tried to give him a treat and he wouldn’t even take from me he was so stressed out. I told her we needed to get him down on the floor and she said she wouldn’t do it that way, so I said fine we won’t do it then. I went out to the front and met up with my friend and her dog. We waited for her to pay and then I explained to the owner at the cash register that we had always done the trim on the ground. He very rudely stated that he wouldn’t force his employee to do something she was uncomfortable with, and that it was a safety issue. I can wholeheartedly agree with him in this respect, I don’t want someone to do something they’re uncomfortable with either. My issue is with his attitude and complete lack of customer service. He didn’t offer to check with the other person working to see if they might be willing, or suggest I come back when maybe someone with more experience was working. He didn’t look at my account and see that, yes, this is how it’s always been done, so maybe we could try to find a solution for this. He was just unapologetically rude. I can appreciate him supporting his employee, but I have no respect for his lack of compassion for me or my dog and his horrible customer service skills.

First time having my golden doodle groomed at this salon and it was a very positive experience. We were able to book an appointment within the week, it was very reasonably priced and a great haircut.

I will never bring my dog back there for grooming, I could not figure out why my dog could not put pressure on her rear left paw until I discovered one of her paw pads had been cut by the groomer! They are not qualified to be groomers. Taking her to the vet tomorrow, who knows how much that will cost… 09.29.2021 Update - still no response from the owner, vet bill was $127.80 and inconvenience of not walking her for 10 days afterwards. These are dog washers, not groomers!

Couldn't get the grooming done and charged $50 for a bath that I could have done myself. Staff very unfriendly. Looks like other people were overcharged as well, probably why their site doesn't list prices. Update: I was told a bath for my dog would normally cost $90 so they were giving me a good deal when I asked about the outrageous price at the store, now in their response they say $50 and they bathed my dog twice without asking? Either they're unorganized or ripping people off-- buyer beware. They don't care about your dog they just want to take your money.

Hands down, Rebecca is the best groomer! Doodles can be tricky to groom, they mat. Rebecca never made me feel guilty about the few mats Pete had and she even hand scissored his handsome face. Wag N’ Wash has earned my loyal support. Thank you for a great experience.

I have been bringing my dog here for nail trims since I moved to Eagan. Have had nothing but positive experiences and the owner is fantastic! It’s a great local business.

They did not fully wash the owners dog. it was a quick rinse at best. 10 minutes tops ? And I mean tops.the dog smelled like he did before he went in.”Just Wet” I’ve never wrote a review before but I had too. And when i tried to speak on it the owner had a issue with me. I felt uncomfortable and just left.

Totally overcharged, I asked about pricing, and was quoted 40-50 dollars. My dog was there less that 1/2 hour. I took him home wet. I was charged 65.00. When I brought this up to the owner, it made no difference to him. I won't be going back.....the girls seem nice though.

Great place, friendly staff, great nail trim service. We buy all our dog food here, as well as an occasional treat. I will say that Bandit LOVES the treat bins on the floor and lower shelf, but they can be a challenge for mom and dad.

We started shopping here when we moved to the neighborhood a few years back and got a dog. We love that there is a pet shop nearby without having to go to one of the more busy areas of town. We've always had great service alongside a great selection of food and natural treats for our pets, and gifts for family and friends (including the super cute bakery items!) With the pandemic we have been trying to support local businesses. The store has done an A+ job of adapting. Curbside pickup, remembering previous orders on our account, always friendly service. Even with stores open, having 2 young children makes it difficult to go inside to shop, but I wanted to keep supporting this business and have happily used curbside services to pick up dog food without having to lift a finger. THANK YOU wag n wash for making my life easier and helping me take good care of my pup ????

Watch your receipts closely! I purchased Nutro Source it was marked on the shelf 14.99 when they rang it up it was 16.99. The Mgr wouldn't even give me the price on the shelf even though it was mis marked, he said it should be 16.99 grabbed a marker and changed the price on the shelf. I walked out called Chuck and Don's they had the same bag for 14.95, I returned my bag!!! I've been a customer here since they opened their doors and this is how they treat their customers?‽‽? NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK!!!!! SEE YOU!

BAD customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my 2 dogs to be bathed a week ago from today.. 30 minutes prior to their appointment I was told that I would need to reschedule because there was no one available to bathe them . SMH hope they shut this place down UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Mismanaged. Unable to keep grooming appointments straight. You get on a wait list for a grooming appt and they never call/text you. When you call three weeks later to check on an appointment they tell you they tried calling/texting you but that you never responded! Lies because you never received call/text) So back to the bottom of the wait list you go. Attempted talking with the manager. At first he tried blaming it on Covid. Then I was told “It’s like trying to order a pizza during the super bowl...we just can’t keep up.” Ok, for me and my two dogs... we’re outa here....

I had to cancel my dogs grooming appointment because I had tested positive for COVID and in quarantine time. Groomer text me back upset because I canceled last minute and was told that my dog was not welcomed anymore. Very upsetting because I wasn't canceling my appointment for fun but because I had to. Just makes me wonder how many people have gone in with similar situations and possibly COVID positive because canceling your appointment do to sickness is fround upon.

I was turned away for wearing a red hat. I think that's childish and not the right way to treat people.

I love Wagon Wash cuz it's available for a lot of different things from food for your dog and treats even home baked treats what you don't see that. Also grooming and you can take your dog in and bathroom yourself to so a lot of good things that you can do there. Not sure if they still do it but you can even have your dog's nails painted. Awesome place
