Love bringing my Jessie Belle to Riley Rue to get pampered!

I only called to inquire but they returned my call and was very polite and professional. Unfortunately a cat of age 12 or older is not able to be seen.

First time using the service for my fur babies; I am really impressed all around with the experience and will definitely be going back!

They cut my boy's nails with no problem. I was so happy to find them. He is aggressive when I or anyone else has tried to cut his nails. My vet even tried with trazedone and that didn't work. Riley rue makes me happy!!

It was time for my fur-babies, KC and Buddy Bear (aka The Beast), to have their pedicure. I wouldn't dream of bringing them anywhere else. We've gone to Riley Rue for many years. The staff is professional and compassionate.

Thank you to this amazing team of skilled folks for taking such good care of Morgan today. This was Miss fluff n’ stuff’s first time at a groomer. At age 12 we were both a little nervous! Not only did you all set our minds at ease but she looks awesome. Great job!

They were great at calming my nervous cat mom fears with my 10 month old ragdoll mix kitten. They gave her a lion cut that turned out great and told me how she did with each step of grooming. They even put a cute little handkerchief on her to go home with.

Finn had his first experience at the spa and he came out looking (and smelling) wonderful! He is a large puppy with a ton of energy, so we are so thankful that we found someone who can take such great care of him! We will most definitely be back!

I have never had a pet groomed before as I’ve always had short haired pets, however, I’ve had a very fluffy cat for almost 2yrs now. He’s overweight due to a health condition & cant groom himself, & normally I cut out the mats he gets myself, but they started getting so bad that he wouldn’t let me anymore!! I researched different groomers for days & was not satisfied with anybody I came across, until I came across Riley Rue’s!!!! I was able to make a reservation for a month later (considering covid, that’s super soon). I was SO nervous when I brought him in, but the environment inside is VERY friendly & the staff is very reassuring. My cats lion shave took about an hour & 15mins, they let me know he did super good, & he came back looking SO GOOD. No cuts, nicks, & you could tell my cat was EXTREMELY happy with his new cut. I HIGHLY recommend. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about each individual animal, plus they do a great job. Will absolutely be returning any & every time I need grooming services.

Erin and staff are AMAZING! My Sheltie Sophie looked stunning after her “spaw” treatment! And Erin brought to my attention something possibly wrong with Sophie’s eye and two skin issues. Sophie has since had those issues addressed and removed! Without them I probably wouldn’t have noticed. They truly care about our animals!

My little Pomeranian/Spitz has a very thick undercoat, and unfortunately after a bad job on our end giving him a bath it got severely matted up to the point where he looked like he had dread locks! Riley Rue took such good care of my lil man! The customer service throughout the whole process was probably the best customer service experience I have ever had. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who I worked with, but honestly she is the best! My pup is so stinking cute now, everyone’s saying this is the best he’s ever looked (even before the fiasco), and I will never take my dog, or any dog I have in the future, anywhere else! Thank you SO much for taking care of my boy, and doing it so quickly!! Other places make you drop your dog off in the morning, and pick him up in the evening. But the way you guys do things meant I didn’t have to wait all day in anticipation to see him! ❤️❤️

Great place to bring your pet for grooming or just to pick up some needed treats/food. I only bring our dog here for a nail trim (and half the time to get her a treat), but I've never had a bad experience. They're always very accommodating and our dog never has any issues before or after.
