Friendly staff and the dog loves going.

Took great care of my pets for two nights of boarding. They make sure all "guests" are up to date on their vaccines before coming. Very friendly at drop off and pick up.

The owner of the Kennel beats the dogs when they misbehave, do not bring your dogs here they aren’t safe.

We were super nervous to bring our pup Milo here after a bad experience at Canal Bark but he loved his stay there! The staff were super nice and fell in love with our dog! We could definitely tell he was being cared for and adored!

Heidi is incredible, she is funny, kind, compassionate and treats people professionally.

We came in from out of town and boarded our dogs here Saturday - Monday AM as we planned to do a lot of non-doggy friendly activities. We dropped our dogs off at 9:10am on Saturday morning and picked them up Monday @ 7:40am (LESS THAN 48 HOURS) and were charged for three full days of boarding. Times were listed on my receipt. I called to inquire and was told the facility's policy is that owners are charged a full day of boarding for any calendar day that the dogs are left at the facility. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBERY! Whoever I spoke explained that they have staff at the facility from 6:30 in the morning until 9 at night doing things with my pets. I would be curious to know specifically what was done with my dogs from 6:30 a.m. until 7:40 a.m. Monday morning that would make it legitimate for me to be charged a full day of boarding. In addition, the drop off and pick up times are very limited, so owners really don't have much of an option to pick up and drop off at times that make it worth the cost. If staff is at the facility ALL DAY, why are owners unable to pick up and drop off at whatever time is convenient? I would completely understand paying the daycare rate for Monday morning, but a full day of boarding?? It cost me $57 extra dollars to have my dogs here for an 1 hour and 10 minutes of staff being clocked in on Monday morning. The policy is posted on their website, so I will take the blame for not being more aware beforehand. Wanted to share to warn others for the future. The facility seemed nice and the staff was friendly, but this is to be expected at any pet boarding establishment. Property taxes must be really high in Duluth, or someone is lining their pocket. Will not be returning.

The staff is friendly and they're great with last minute bookings and pickups but my dog always smells weird when we bring her home

We bring our dog for doggie daycare 3 - 4 days a week. He just loves going there. He gets to play with other dogs and he always comes home happy and wore out. We also board him there when we go out of town. It's nice to know he's happy and safe. It helps comfort us when we are not with him.

Employees are so friendly and our dog loves it here. Good prices and wonderful service.

A great place - they genuinely care about my dog

I've been taking my dogs to Harbor City Kennel for 12 years. I guess that says something about the place. Our dogs always are very happy when we pick them up.The staff is always friendly and remember or dogs. The first time we brought our dog to the kennel we got a tour, it was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this kennel.

Great staff members! My Bridget loves it here. She runs right to the door and lets herself in the gate each time. If you have extenuating circumstances and are a loyal patron, they are very accommodating. Keep it up!

6 out of 5 stars. Very accommodating with drop off and pick up. I have a 2yr and 6yr 10lb chihuahuas and I have never seen them so tired before as after their day at daycare. Perfect! They loved it. Will definitely go back again if we’re in the area and need a babysitter.

This is my pups favorite place when not with me. And they have the best puppies ever! My girls really like the park run and playing with the workers. Great place for day care too!

The hydrotherapy saved my dog after being by hit by a car. I couldn't thank the Staff more. They gave me my dog back! My Angel! Thank You so much.

Great place to count on to leave your dogs when you go away

Good care of my dogs for over 15 years. Nothing fancy, but your dog will be treated well and have good care.

Place is a dump. Lady who answered the phone gave me the run around and her excuse was that she was sick. It is NOT my problem that you are sick. I am here to conduct business, not hear about your pathetic personal issues.

Very happy with our 2 dogs 4 day stay. We have a 110 # Lab and a 90 # not quite 2 year old Presa Canario which came home their happy selves. They were pretty tired the next day which for them means they were outside playing in-between raindrops Which makes them really happy. Harbor City also accommodated a big mistake I had made in arrival time which could have been a real Problem. Thanks and we will board again
