Great clinic with great docs and staff

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! My 18 yr old furbaby Katie was in incredible pain and I knew it was time. I had her since I was 17 years old, she was with my over half my life and I knew this would be the hardest thing I'd ever have to do. The vet closest to my house couldn't get her in soon enough, but Park Grove went above and beyond to get her in the same day. I didn't have a vet because Katie had only been to the vet once in her life to get spayed and declawed. I knew I wanted to have her cremated, and the staff at Park Grove were just so amazing, and beyond compassionate! I felt very taken care of during the hardest time of my life! I also expected the cost to be much higher so that was a huge bonus for how reasonable their prices were so I highly recommend this place! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the staff!

They are very informative, friendly and best of all not pushy. We will be returning with our saint and new future puppy.

Park Grove is fantastic. Dr. Cederstrom does such a great job with our dog. He does an excellent job of explaining things and has worked with us to find practical solutions to our dogs health issues. I highly recommend Park Grove as a great vet clinic for your pets.

Very friendly, very helpful, overall an excellent experience!!! I wasn't there for my animals I bring daughter in law everyone was very nice. Still doing ( covid) pick up at The car but we're very nice and respectful acknowledging both me and my daughter in law which I respected. When the appointment was done the vet came outside and spoke with both which I respected. Everyone was great. I'm considering taking my animals there, changing vets. I should also note cost was pretty awesome also I've never left my vet with so reasonable a bill.....???? I highly recommend checking them out!!

Park grove pet hospital is great! I trust they always have my pet’s best interest in mind. I recently brought my cat to get a dental cleaning and tooth extraction. They explained the process in detail and I felt comforted knowing he was in good care.

My dog needed to be seen on a Sunday. Staff came into work and was very friendly and informative. If I wasn't there on vacation my dog would go there for sure!

My experiences at Park Grove have always been wonderful. My cat was acting lethargic and not eating/drinking and I was able to get her in on the same day. Her blood tests were relayed to me in detail and printed out, and the cost of each test and it’s purpose were run by me in advance. Friendly and compassionate staff and veterinarian.

The doctors and staff are very friendly and really seem to care about the animals, that in turn makes me comfortable with their decisions on how to treat the patient. They have also been very accommodating when scheduling an appointment and I’ve had no issues at all getting in. That alone can be an issue if your busy. 100% confidence in Park Grove Pet Hospital!! I wouldn’t trust my pups w just anyone and I’m glad I chose these folks. Hopefully this helps you feel ok about taking your pets here.

I would recommend Park Grove Pet Hospital to anyone and everyone. I woke up one morning to find blood in my cats urine and immediately panicked. I called around and was turned away from many places. I called Park Grove and they got my cat in right away. The staff at Park Grove and Dr. Sonja were amazing and talked me through everything in detail. Park Grove has the friendly staff and are so helpful. I will be taking my cats here from now on.

Park Grove Pet Hospital, all the doctors and staff are wonderful and very flexible based on pets needs. One of mine is tough and they have allowed me to help hold him during some procedures even in back area to avoid muzzles or sedatives which has been demanded at other clinics. Last year our older guy had a grave diagnosis overnight and Dr. Dan, the owner ensured we knew all of our options, the staff provided compassionate and PATIENT care, both to us and our beloved dog. It was a hard decision but I felt understood and the bedside manner was beyond expectations. DR. SONJA WIERSMA is my personal favorite, and pricing is reasonable as well as offering care credit for financing bigger stuff. Honestly, I know pricing varies when comparing clinics and may make you hem and haw, but when the care and passion for your pets and you is sincere that shouldn't be your deciding factor.

Office staff and vets are amazing. They are very responsive to question and concerns. Vets take their time answering all my questions. I feel very confident in the excellent care they provide my pet!!

Love, love, love this vet office. Always there to answer questions and don't hurry you out. My family has been a customer for over 20 years even when we moved a half hour away we still went back. No other vet office has even been comparable!

Wonderful service and so good with your babies

My dog I had for 13 years was ill with nausea, diarrhea and vomiting on and off for over a week. I was disappointed I had to wait 5-6 days to get her in as they absolutely had nothing sooner even though she was so ill. They did recommend I find someplace else to take her sooner. I had read reviews of all the other local places and the negative reviews were too significant for me to take her there. Her original vet couldn't see her until 11 days later so I took the appt. knowing I may need to go to an animal ER, but we didn't need to. She actually had some improvement days before the appt. I hoped for the best but was prepared for the worst. It was the worst. They are professional. They are not heavy staffed so it may take a moment for them to get to you. That said, they were very professional. They could see I was struggling yet accepting the situation. I appreciated the vet's ability to just continue explaining thru my tears. I didn't want to stop the process as my emotions are something I would deal with at home. They simply read my body language and did everything as perfectly as humanly possible. They were not pushy, they were gentle with her. Saying goodbye was made more bearable by the vet's wonderful insights and using my dogs favorite moments. Thank You. I will be back with my next darling adoptee.
