I went to get a cat, but instead was told I have to learn when to give a cat some space an not pet him..... um im adopting him hell have a whole house.... so instead I walked out, good luck with the caddy staff, i don't have time to drive an hour for rude staff.

I donated blankets, toys, towels and a cat hut today. The place is impressive but I dont appreciate their rude staff. Not even a greeting or asking who I am, however I did get a few thank yous. They just took my donations and took it to the back right off the bat...Christ. I felt like I was talked to like a mental patient there along with speaking to me in robotic mode and one of the staff barked at me to put my face mask back on in a stern/negative way. Super rude! Lady, that attitude was so unnecessary. I do appreciate my questions being answered though by this one staff member. With the staff lack of professionalism torwards customers, it makes me question if some are even qualified to take care of innocent animals.

I lost my cat of 18 months old, and called looking at ALL logical facilities looking for him. I rescued this fellow from a farm that was going to shoot him. After calling around i thought I may have found him. I was asked for paperwork or pictures, I was devistated, I did not bring any ID for the cat and it turned out the one there was not mine. I would most definitely consider adopting a pet there though.my thoughts are not every one will think in terms of "proof" when trying to locate a beloved pet.

Friendly staff. Due to COVID not many small dogs available, but will keep looking. Very clean! Animals appeared to be well looked after.

Very clean and tidy and I had a lot too donate and they helped me with all of it since I am handicapped. Thank you!

If I could I would have adopted another cat.They take great care of the animals there.Great staff..I was there with a friend looking to adopt a cat.While there I purchased some things for the cat I have.Keep up the great work and I do hope and pray these cats find homes

Everyone be aware that even though the rest of the world lets people in without an appointment, this location doesn’t. I'm vaccinated, these pets need a home and still they ask only via appointment. It's a nuisance since my work schedule varies so much. Will gladly try other rescues until they change their policy!

We adopted a wonderful little guinea pig here! Staff was great!

We have adopted both our dogs from here, mazikeen (wells) was her name when she was there , also lucifer (bruiser) his name when he was there , they are both amazing dogs , I will always go back to this place to get another pet ,they all deserve new beginnings like our 2 dogs got !!!!

Be prepared to make an apointment and possibly loose the pet you saw on line by the time you get there. It's not a fun process any longer. Feels like buying realistate, not a part of your family. They need to open the doors and stop the nonsense. ..

Would have been nice to know that this was by appointment only before making the trip all the way out here. Please update your google or website

In 2010 I adopted my dog, Vinny, at the Humane Society. Life wouldn't be the same without him. He has my ❤️! Thank God for places like this & thank God for the people who work and Volunteer there.

When my black lab/pit was brought in, she was pregnant, emaciated and infested with 100's of ticks. They adopted her babies out, and spayed her. They gave her treatment to kill the ticks, but couldn't bath her due to her spay surgery. Went ahead and put her up for adoption. I got her, and she was 32lbs, full grown. I had to brush dead ticks out of her fur for a week. She was so emaciated. She developed kennel cough so severe, she needed meds and could only sleep when i rubbed her sore muscles. I slept on the floor for 3 days. She is now a healthy ( not even overweight) 90lbs. I understand needing to adopt, but its disappointing they honestly seemed to think she was ok. Best doggy I've ever had.
