Went there to purchase some fish, the lady was nasty and mean, prices were really high compared to competitors haven't been there in a while and now I remember why. Stay away from this store

Extremely rude said I need to be 18 to own a fish and told me we can’t buy a fish with a 5 gallon tank nobody should ever give this place money ever.

I enjoy the store and all that it has to offer. The staff is always friendly and helpful too!

Awesome and helpful staff and the store is always clean. They always show compassion and love to see our puppies when we bring them in.

The management made me feel very uncomfortable when I was trying to do a return. Although I got my receipts mixed up the manager was very rude about it and I didn't even have time to look for my correct receipt. She was spelling out words on the cashier screen in front of me. I'm unsure if it was because of my race but I was very offended and appalled at her way of customer service. She just waited for me to leave, no customer should ever feel that way.

Was charged for my purchase twice! When I went back the next day to show them on my bank account they said it wasn’t their problem because they only have one transaction in their system. The man that I spoke with couldn’t have cared less. The customer service at this location is horrendous.

Customer service was the best at this location I was helped from the moment I stepped in the store one of the employees actually walked with me to More then one location until I had all the items that I needed I’m very thankful for that employee. I would definitely recommend this place for all your pet needs and also just based on the customer service alone I would recommend this location.

I can spend all day there, they have everything for all pets. Some day when I go there again it's be for a cat ???? tree for my two cats. ????

Staff was friendly, welcoming to us as a family as well to our newest puppy. Were helpful in brand suggestions and their reason why. Also asked permission to provide our puppy with a treat before holding up the treat for our puppy to see. I absolutely love that respect.

Got a tank and some black tetras. Always a fun place to visit.

Items we needed are easy to find. Store is very well laid out. Staff is also very friendly.

Double faced, seem nice at first then get really rude. Would not recommend.

The emploees are double faced if you have any thing to say just say it in front if me reather then run to the manager whom says your employer whom just petted my dog is terrified of it..will not be enquiring about anymore dog training at that location and sugest others do same.. beware of child training classes reather then dog training.

Good friendly staff and everything, decent selection of my specific doggy food for my beloved Aussie. Could be better variety of each individual brand dog food, but pretty good. The hound is happy, so I'm happy lol ????????????????????????????‍????????

Outstanding customer service! Quality products too.

Horrible experience! I waited 6 weeks to get my dog in for grooming. After the last visit when she was so anxious they couldn't get her nails trimmed they recommended I go to the vet to get some calming medication so I did, and used it tonight. Then when I went to drop her off they said they won't take her because she's on medication - the exact thing they told me to do. Stephanie was so rude and told me if I waned to speak to a manager I could wait for him to come back from lunch. I will never go back here!!

As a multi pet owner we regular is Petco. I always know where to find what I'm looking for and if now the staff is always ready to help.

DO NOT BUY FISH HERE!!!!! Employees are generally helpful but I would never buy a fish or other animal there. All 3 fish I bought died within a week and they would not hold true to their "14 day return dead or alive" policy. They made every excuse they could to not give me my money back.

Dropped off fish. Guppies keep having babies.

Always well stocked and friendly associates.
