Furball Pet Spa Chaska, Minnesota

I had a great experience with Sephora at Furballs Spa. She made me so handsome as my mama always says. She talked with my folks to find out what I wanted. And guess what, when Mama & Papa came to get me we were all so happy with what I looked like. About a month before this I went to a different place and like my mama said, it looked like they beat me up, don’t tell Mama, they did. First time customer, trying somewhere new because our Shihtzu seemed traumatized by the other places we had taken him. They did a great job with his grooming and he was happy and playful afterwards!

Truck Driver came into town and it's hard to find someone that isn't booked up months out. She took my pup for his first groom and wash and he turned out amazing and happy ❤ thank you so much!

You should disclose you don’t groom pets over a certain age regardless of their health or temperament. This was a first!

The best place in town!!! If you call and they’re not taking new clients it’s because they’re the best and have so many returning customers! My dog always looks great and the groomers are all very professional and kind. When they are taking new clients don’t wait!

I have a shih Tzu with a full coat. I brush her every other day. I miss spots. Fur ball is true to their name. She comes out every six weeks with a fantastic coat!! The staff is friendly and most important- always makes you feel like your dog is important to them!

The groomers are always loving and patient and do a great job when we go in for our nail trims.

Our Goldendoodle had a few rough experiences with other Pet Grooming places. However, at Furball she had a great experience... She was calm while there, got a great haircut and was super clean, good looking and relaxed when we picked her up. We can not say enough good things about Furball our Goldendoodle will be back there.

I just tried to make an appointment for a nail trimming and was treated rather rudely. First of all, I was told that "We don't take walk-ins/ups". I replied that "I am not a walk-in, but rather I'm trying to make an appointment." The lady then replied "We don't do nail trimmings as a stand alone". I then asked "Would I have to schedule a full grooming then?" (or basically, whatever it takes to schedule an appt). The lady then replied "We're not taking any new clients". Nevermind the fact that I've been there before within the past several months. For some reason, the story just kept changing and I was dealt with in an unprofessional and dishonest manner. If they truly aren't taking in new clients (although I've been there before), then fine. The lady should've just said that at the very start. However, the reasons kept changing (three different times) throughout the call. It was incredibly frustrating.

They always fit me in, very quick and super nice.

The first-time we were pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail. The subsequent time we went we weren't as happy. They could have done a cleaner job with our pet.

Poor customer service, walk ins are advertised in the website just call ahead. I called in about 4 times sunday may 5th. Did not receive a response until my 4th call only to get "sorry we are getting ready to leave for the day, could try mid morning on a weekday" I work mornings to which she responded "try a bigger box store".

Wonderful owner and staff at this pet salon! They were patient with us as a new dog owner and helped educate us as well as bathe and trim our pup!

Great experience! My dog was happy to go to Furball and he came back looking and smelling great. The employee I had contact with seemed very kind and she even let my dog sit on her lap while she worked behind the desk.

Best place to take your pets. All the girls there are just the absolute sweetest. They truly are pet lovers. It shows everytime I go in. Couldn't ask for a better place. Won't go anywhere else.

Went for appt once and they claimed I didnt have appt! The other day had appt at 8:00 am, waited until 8:40 and left....they called later and groomers son had a cut lip....one groomer was good...kept asking for her as another was horrible....again the other day got the bad one after requesting the other....will not go bad...worst grooming from this last person

Great first cut for our little buddy.

This was our first time taking our lab, Elsa, to this groomer. Elsa is "low maintenance" and doesn't get a haircut but we needed a "deep" clean/bath. They were so flexible with what they did, no "flat rate" charges at all. My pup just had a tooth extracted at the vet and they trimmed her nails at the vet too. So when I took her to Furball they only charged me for what was necessary and what work they actually did! Novel concept! :) We'll be going back for sure for so many reasons, but for honest work/pricing!
