At our first visit, everyone was so nice to me and very kind to my dog. The doctor and nurse were helpful & instructive. Definitely recommend!!

We have been going to Chaska Valley Vet for at least 14 years. We Love Dr Jody! She has seen us through all the trials and joys of pet ownerships. She is wonderful. I could not find a better vet to go to. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

We appreciated the adaptations that Chaska Valley Vet had made, with curb-side, to keep our animals and our family healthy during COVID :) Thanks to everyone involved in getting us in and out during our first visit.

I was placed on the cancellation list for a visit sooner than I had scheduled and was called every day they had a cancellation. My dog had a laceration on his paw and with being a curbside service I did not feel like I missed out on anything! With the frequent calls and the ability to make my own decisions for my dogs care, the knowledgeability of the staff, and the professionalism shown, I will be coming back!

I have been bringing our pets to CVVC for over 20 years. They have cared for three cats and two dogs with professionalism, respect, genuine concern and care. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else, and I always recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.

I have been using Chaska Valley as long as I have been living in Chaska (12 years). They are top notch and have taken wonderful care of my senior kitties. Calvin, who crossed the bridge 1 month after his 18th birthday, was treated with love and respect during this process. I was able to hold him until the end. Thanks to Dr. Jody and Sergio for their help and comfort during this time. I I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best care for their pets.

My current vet is booked for the next 4 months, I used Chaska Valley a yr ago when I first moved to the area but decided I was happier with the previous vet and to stay with them. I called Chaska Valley because my dog has an infected paw, once they realized I had seen someone else since his last visit they told me he could not be seen since hes not a current client even though they had openings. I asked when he could be seen if hes a "new cleint" and she refused to give me a date....this is unprofessional and Rude AF

Chaska Valley Vet is amazing! They are super friendly, truly care about their patients, and value the owner's knowledge of their pet. Dr. Cat Cross treated my dog and she was wonderful! She heard my concerns and is working with us to give our dog the best life possible.

Chaska Valley Vet is AMAZING! They truly care about their patients and want to help owners with anything and everything. They are not pushy, but tell you what needs to be done and their suggested time line for it. I am very pleased and happy that we have chosen them!

We really love the Chaska Valley Veterinary Clinic and the professional warm and friendly staff. They know our little Gracie by name and are always interactive and educational with me. I am a Pharmacy technician myself and the care and service we have been provided at every visit and interaction is superior and efficient; as well as their knoweledge is specactular and thorough. My dog is always well cared for at Chaska Valley Vet and our last visit was no different. I couldn't go in with my dog but I could talk to the doctor on the phone and had all my questions answered. My dog's check up went really well and I'm happy to recommend Chaska Valley Vet.

Chaska Valley Vet has been wonderful in helping our family with adopting a 9 year old dog who came to our house of 5 (3 kids) from a single owner household! Complete life change for her! They've helped us with her older age issues and transition issues. They really care about our newest family member! I highly recommend them for any family's furry (or feathery!) friends! <3

The staff at every level is friendly, professional, calm and efficient. As our dog and cat enter their golden years, we appreciate the special care they receive to help them live there best lives. The doctors are thorough in their assessments and provide detailed explanations of the issue at hand. This is so helpful in making educated choices. Clear communication is the one thing I value most. I highly recommend!!

Cant get their app to work...

We have been using this vet for a few years now and always thought they were good but expensive. I thought that was fine because that means we should be getting good service. We are NOT. My dog has a growth on the side of his neck the size of a softball, he has been in twice now ($1000 in bills) and we still have no help from them. Our last appointment was monday (today is wednesday) where we had them run a bunch of tests/labs etc to figure out whats going on. Cat(the vet) is apparently out of office both yesterday and today so we can get our results back?????? Are you kidding me???? They claim no-one else is able to give us the results and Cat isn't willing to take a few minutes from her day to update us. My dog is in pain and not sleeping but apparently they have no regard for my dog or our sanity. Another complaint we have is that if you ever want help from this vet they REFUSE to help AT ALL unless you bring your pet in for an appointment, in todays world you really need to adapt and actually help your customer, allow images to be sent, allow a video call, give some HELP. My last complaint is that they are not very thorough on follow up calls, I know I need to ask more questions but I'm not a vet I don't know what questions to ask, you should be walking us through what we need to worry about, what we may see and not have to worry about, be available for follow questions (its always the front desk who says we will get back to you and then half the time they dont)

CVVC takes terrific care of the most important member of our family, our dog, of course. The people at CVVC, take the time to treat the whole family professionally and thoughtfully. Since moving to the area almost 20 years ago, we've always gone to CVVC and will continue to do so. They see your pet, as you do, and make you feel good about the trust and care your pet's health and happiness is depending on throughout their lifetime.

A group of kind, caring, and compassionate people who care about you and your pet. We have always been given several options to choose from when receiving care here and never felt pressured to do anything besides what we felt was best for us. The vets take all the time you need to discuss every single aspect of your animal, and treat them with kindness and respect.
