My new to me doggo has been going there his whole life. He was due for a checkup and shots, so I brought him there. Friendly staff that you can tell loves their patients. Bit of a drive compared to what I could do, but worth it!

the doctor was incrediblykind and very helpful, I had to put my pet down and they were very empathetic and very supportive throughout the whole process. I will definitely take future pets here!!

I brought my Green Cheek Conure in for her first ever exam. They were very quiet and sweet with her. They let me know exactly what to expect. We had a wonderful experience!

Brought my ferret Henry in for his yearly vaccines and they were really great with him!! He ended up having a reacting while we were waiting on our pizza in the parking lot (thankfully!) and even though they were closed they brought us both back in and helped him through his reaction, Dr. Anderson was amazing and i highly recommend them!! definitely coming here for further visits!

Wonderful employees. My dog just loves Dr. Larry. I've been with valley view for over 10 years. I recommend this veterinary clinic for those who want their pets to be treated excellent!!

Watch for hidden fees! I will start out by saying I have owned a business and understand the needs for communication when it comes to cancellations. I had only been to this facility once prior to drop off a deceased pet for a friend. They came out to my vehicle, I never went in, paid over the phone (covid). I then called them about a couple pets I was called to see if I would foster/rescue. I needed one of them checked out right away. I set an appointment, we spoke about the issue, and she even said I understand the urgency so if you find something sooner just let us know. I said no problem. I did let them know, however they are claiming I did not. I then received a bill for $25 for a no show. I was shocked and confused. Not only did I let them know, I was never informed of this policy verbally or in writing. I called to talk with them and explain my confusion. They were cold and rude and unprofessional. They also are very careful to not let you know who you are talking to so they can say "it wasn't me" I contacted an attorney, and yes I could fight it and i would be in the right. However she said it would cost more to do that and if I didn't then they have ridiculous added fees every month and if it goes to collections. If it did that it could ruin your credit *by they way my credit is in the 800's, so yes I care a lot. The attorney said sorry, these are shady business practices and they are wrong. Decide for yourself. I cannot tell you anything about the care they give personally. I was told by a rescue I work with to reach out to them. I since let them know what happened and they have decided to stop referring or using them. Best of luck :) Hope your pets are well or get better soon.

They have the most caring and kind staff around. I bring all of my reptiles here and have never gotten bad service once. Highly recommend for all pets from scaly to furry!

Efficient and effective and not expensive.

My parrot receives excellent care at this clinic. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a parrot.

Our bird pasted and they were so kind and helpful on cremation for him. They made a footprint plague for us wish was so appreciated.

Unbelievable when I get to the time of need of my elderly dogs in their last moments of life to be so disrespected by the staff of communication and payment and bills I’m being told go somewhere else if you don’t like it. At what point do you say wow. Where is the compassion? just because Covid is rampant does that mean we can lose compassion? valley view pet hospital seems to think so zero communication with kindness and time of sadness and heartache, it’s all about pay me, where’s the money, and it’s going to cost you! Dr. Alisha always goes above and beyond for her patients (and their owners). Ru appreciates you giving her snacks, and I appreciate you and all that you do for your patients during this pandemic, and always.

Took my hamster there due to bulges on his sides. The vet told me he is just fat and to put him on a diet. He did only a physical exam no X-rays or ultrasound. A few weeks later he got sicker. Took him to a different vet who immediately said she wanted to do an ultrasound found out he has a few masses one near his liver. I ended up putting my hamster down because he was to weak at that point to operate on.

Very depressing. Unable to go in with pet & witnessed at least 3 pets diagnosed with having to be put down while waiting in parking lot. Paid over $200 to be told my parottlet had an enlarged heart. Sent home with meds & she didn't make it.

Very nice caring staff. Made time for my pet in a dire situation. Followed up with a call to see how he was doing. Sincerely cared about my pet, and me.

This place is great ..!! Exotic Animal Care is expensive but the doctor is awesome. He takes very good care of my girl and always calls to talk to me to let me know what's going on... I recommend this location if you love your pets and want the best care.

They're not good at following through. -The appointment started 20-30 minutes late. This doesn't bother me much, except for when it's paired with other problems... -It took much longer than they said it would to hear about the lab results from my pet's blood test. -When I finally did hear from the doctor, he said he wanted me to send him her previous x-rays, and that he would look at them and get back to me. He never did, even after I called the clinic to remind him a week later. So now I have unresolved concerns that won't be answered. I paid too much money for this.

Took a young cockatiel in for a health check up. Staff was very friendly responsive and vet was very thorough. reasonably priced

The staff here are very knowledgeable about exotics (in our case, rabbits). The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely take my rabbits here again in the future.

The staff is nice and professional. They have you wait in your car as part of the Covid protocol. Good luck getting the doctor to call you back with test results though.
