I have never been to a vet clinic that is so incredibly thorough, kind, attentive, and solution oriented. The staff, techs, the doctors, everyone is outstanding. They care for our pets as if they were there own. Would give more stars if I could.

Nice clean building. The employees are nice. Our vet is knowledgeable and personable and kind.

Awesome vets. Curbside services worked seamlessly. However, it has become difficult to get an actual appointment. They offer a 'drop off' appointment, where you leave your pet there all day. If your pet is in distress and anxious, that isn't a kind option.

Took my dog, Spot, to get a nail trim. It was the first time we have gone to this vet clinic and it was fantastic! Right off the bat, check in was a breeze and very professional. My dog gets very timid when it comes to nail trims and being around new people and he was handled beautifully by the vet tech. She was amazing with him. She said he acted very good with her, but was timid like I said he would be. She said all things considered, new clinic and new people, Spot was very good. They were just awesome. I will be taking Spot back there again and again. I do believe I have found a new permanent vet clinic.

I have been going here for over 8 years and on my 3rd dog. I really appreciate the kindness the staff and vets offer to my dog and I. They always explain everything and answer all my questions. I love the fact that they always call me the next day after every visit to see how Cooper is doing.

Got an appointment in a matter of days. The doctor and staff were great. She was thorough and the staff was friendly. Reasonably priced .

As new pet owners during the pandemic the drs and staff at East Valley went above and beyond to make sure we had all our questions answered and we were supported in the care of our Daisy Rey. From Dr Ranzinger taking the extra time during our phone appointments to the staff making follow up calls checking in with us after surgery we really feel valued and know we made the best choice for our Vet clinic.

Everyone is super friendly and are great with my pets!

The people and service is great here! We brought in a stray Kitty to check for a chip and they offered to give her an ultrasound to see if she was pregnant. It turns out that, she is! They were very supportive of our decision to keep her and offered great advice for supporting her during her pregnancy!

Dr. Pam is amazing. She is thorough and explains everything to you so you can understand your pet's health and needs.

Nothing but great care. The vets are thorough which can be costly but they all seem to be mindful of what is realistic for furry patients and their parents. I trust their care.

We have only been going here a short time and the service has been great. Once they were so busy that we couldn't get an appointment. But over all very reliable. We have even had a surgery for our dog josie and she was in great hands the entire time. Would recommend!

We recently changed to East Valley Animal Clinic and we feel we made a great decision. Doctors and staff are friendly and have a lot of experience.

I’ve worked with MANY vets as I’ve been a dog foster for years, and East Valley is the absolute best - hands down! They’re open late, they’re super friendly and make a point to know your pet, and are so accommodating with fitting you into their schedule. And although I’ve worked with vets that are just fine and never had a major problem with them, I’ll never go back as long as East Valley is in business!

They really care about your pets!

One of the best veterans in the area, we have been to a few different ones around here and found East Valley to be very reasonable in their pricing. They do not push extra services on you like I have had done at other clinics and are always friendly and responsive.

Dr. Dudley answered all my questions and put my fears to rest! I highly recommend this place, the whole staff are animal lovers, and I know my little Biddy is in good hands!

I brought my kitty here for her first visit and it was so smooth. The visit was quick and the staff was so friendly. Some places critique you or make you feel bad for not doing something for your pet but the vet was super informative and nonjudgemental

Always been great with our 2 shih tzu's and 2 German shepherds. The puppy class they offer was a huge help when we first got our shepherds too!

This was my first time there. A friend of mine who had a cat for many years referred me. Kiira at the front desk was very helpful in getting me checked in and verifying my information. Kaitlin, the very tech, was so kind with my cat, who was not very sure about all the things going on and was a little skittish. Dr. Ranzinger (who I later found out is the clinic owner) did the exam, cleaned out my cat's ears and checked a sample of ear debris to see if it was mites (which it wasn't), and recommended a couple of routine vaccines since our cat had not received any when we got her. (She got rabies and distemper vaccines.) She was very thorough and efficient, and even gave us a sample of cat food that she uses for her cats, since it helps with tartar buildup on their teeth. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Most of the time when I call this place it's either busy or a message says they're not set up to receive calls. Would give them 5 stars otherwise, but the phone thing is complete BS. It's ridiculous when I'm parked outside for an appointment and have to bang on their windows to let them know I'm there. Edit: The phone thing has been less of an issue now so changing my review to 5 stars. It just stressed me out waiting in the parking lot with a scared cat and a constantly busy dial tone. Amazing compassionate care. Extremely grateful for their help with my elder cats.

Very good place to bring your pets

East Valley Animal Clinic is the best! I still come to this vet even though I now live about a half hour away. Even for nail trims! I would not trust my senior pug with anyone else. They treat us like family and I am so grateful to have a vet that makes me feel safe. They’ve even had to tell me “not necessary” a few times when I’ve wanted extra X-rays or bloodwork or whatever... helicopter dog mom, here haha! So I love that I can trust them to give Pippa everything she needs while never taking advantage of us!

Friendly and competent people. Great follow-up after the exam to make sure everything is going well and get back regarding test results.

We’ve been bringing our various fur babies to East Valley since they opened years ago. Everyone there is phenomenal, offering great care, advice, and compassion.

There aren’t enough positive words to describe the entire staff. All staff are very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions. All the vets are great, especially Dr. Wagner!
