The staff here is always so kind and helpful. Although, sometimes the information they give is not always 100% accurate like on how to care for fish. So make sure you do a lot of research on how to care for the type of pet you are getting! Since you can't always expect the employees to know everything about allll the animals there. Also, in the cat adoption area the backstory on the cats aren't always listed nor do the employees always know either so it's a bit hard to plan for adopting a cat there if you don't have an idea on the past of the cat and how it could possibly react with other pets in the home. But, the employees are always willing to go grab the file of the cats and tell you what they know. They will also be willing to help you look for supplies and give you recommendations and options and help give you resources so the employees do really try their best and I appreciate them very much.

Says hours are till 9pm went there at 8:39pm and there closed horrible thats why i stay going to petco at least there hours are always right

The variety of food, clippers, bedding and a clinic on site makes this a pretty good store for all around pet supplies.

They did a good job. But the way to pick your dog up from the groomer needs some work. You have to tell them your there then get paper to go pay then go back.... makes no sense

Had the most helpful employee yesterday. Came in for dubia roaches for my dragon and she was so educated on food, lighting, bio active terrariums etc. she was AMAZING. Impressed to say the least. They also had tons of options for bugs compared to Faribault Petsmart. ????

Very helpful about giving me information about snakes, where in the area I can find plants for my bioactive vivarium, and in general very nice people!

Kat is an excellent groomer! She handled my shy cat so well during her first grooming appointment! I'll be going back again!

Great place to shop for pets and the staff are always friendly and quick to help. If they don't carry what you need they're not afraid to direct you to a place you can find what you need.

Great experience! We had 2 wonderful staff members help us. They were very knowledgeable and eager to help. We're really excited about the fish they helped us pick out for our new tank!

Got all of our beginning cat supplies here -- litter box, litter, food dish, water supply dish, toys and cat condo. (Pet food was provided by the previous owner.) When I went back after several weeks, I was able to find a flavor of cat food that was continually out of stock at the other pet store, which made me happy.

$140 haircut? don't take your dog here! Bad haircut, nail clip not done, just unacceptable.
