Great, friendly, informative staff. No waiting list. Animals well taking care of. Very fair pricing.

Walked in expecting to adopt a puppy. Staff helped me realize that I’m probably not ready for a puppy and introduced me to my best friend, Koda, who was absolutely the perfect match for me.

I just stopped to drop off some dog treats and cat food for the animals that are in the shelter for Christmas. The employee at the front desk was very polite and grateful for the donation. I have gotten both my cat and my dog from them and will go back when I'm ready for a new puppy.

Staff is amazing and they take such good care of their animals. They welcome me and my daughter, anyone really to spend time with the animals just to play. When I'm ready to adopt it will be from Crossroads hands down

The staff were great & we are very happy with our new dog. Sadie is smart & eager for praise. We conquered food gobbling, reaching onto counter to snatch food, & her leash skills are fantastic. She’s the perfect addition to our family. Thanks for all you do for animals in need.

My family and I had the best experience at Crossroads! The facility is clean, the animals are definitely loved! The adoption process was smooth, the staff was amazing! Megan was so thorough and easy to reach out with questions! They went above and beyond- and our 2 new additions(kittens)are absolutely wonderful! Thank you for the amazing service to us and taking care of these animals! If your looking to adopt- this is the place!

I had things my German Shepherd puppy had out grown and I donated them to the shelter. Was met by a very friendly staff

The lady running this shelter is rude. She shouldn't be in any kind of customer service. I only hope she is nicer to animals than people but would be surprised if that was the case. The two girls working there didn't seem to know much.

We adopted a 4 yr old Retriever mix. The facility was great! It's a smaller facility (not like the cities) and very clean. The staff was so nice (and patient). They had individual meeting rooms (half walls) so you could spend time with your future fur baby. He found his forever home ????

I found the cutest cat here! Her name is Maya she is black and fluffy hardly sheds which is perfect for me and my 2 kids! She gets along with my daughters guinea pig which is also great! If you are looking for pets I highly recommend cross roads! They also have the best people working there!

Facility was clean, staff very friendly and helped us visit many kitties to check for compatibility. We adopted one, and maybe a second after neutering.

We adopted our best buddy Melvin from them. He is a great addition to our family. Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable of all the animal personalities they take care of.

Intake is 2-3 weeks to place rescue animals.

The owner of this place is extremely rude and cold. I adopted a dog from them and they said he had been there for months yet was extremely underweight. It took less than a month of him coming home with me and he was up to a healthy weight. They were starving him that whole time for him to be that under what two vets said his weight should be. His hip bones were clearly visible as were his ribs and he had zero appetite problems when I brought him home he was just very hungry.

You cant go in and see all the dogs, you have to ask to see them individually
