Super friendly and wonderfully priced. My dog absolutely loves it and the best part is you can watch using the Webcam which is very user friendly

My pup loves the daycare and staff! He goes in with so much energy and leaves exhausted from having so much fun with the other dogs! The staff is friendly and reliable. I don’t worry about my pup it all while he is at the Woof Room!

Shout to the The Woof Room - Brooklyn Park for keeping this guy busy on long work days. He absolutely loves this place and the staff!! Will barely tell me bye and tries to jump the door to get in the back and play! #doggydaycarelife ????????

The Woof Room employees are always so welcoming. They know my puppies name and love on her so well. The owners/ managers have always been so kind. I have been taking my puppy her regularly for the last year. I highly recommend them!!

Always great prices on grooming and they treat my dogs like family. This is important as I have 4 dogs that I bring there.

Sketchy. Not going back there again. Boarded two dogs for two nights. One dog has an eye injury, requiring several meds, including a pill and three eye salves. We were hesitant to board her because of this but the staff confidently promised they board dogs that take medications routinely and it would be no problem. Written instructions were provided with staff saying this would be enough to make sure my dog got her meds. On picking the dogs up, we learn the pill was probably administered and the eye salves were not at all. Reason unknown, and staff were confused. We also paid extra to have them fed, and while they were, the checkout fellow had thought they'd run out of their personal food and were juggling things to make it work. He was also confused as to what personal items went with my dogs versus someone else's as they apparently don't keep a record. As we're checking out, the staff notes the drawer in the register is light and comments on recurrent issues with theft by staff. Bottom Line: Everyone is friendly and the place seems nice, but there seems to be a lot of confusion, disorganization, and flat out sketchy behavior, the result of this being one of my dogs was neglected. Steer clear.

Amazing staff. They have cameras in each room, to allow you to check up on your pooch through the stay. We take our girl here 3-4 times a week. She has a blast and comes home tired out. Highly recommended.

We've brought our dogs to both locations of The Woof Room and have had nothing but great experiences. This one is a little bit newer and brighter than the other spot, but both have great staff, and our dog is always excited to get there, practically dragging us to the door to get in! The outdoor space is awesome, and I love that they get to play all day.

If you care about your dog, do not take your dog to this place. We used to take our dogs here often for day care and boarding but something has drastically changed. Our dogs used to be treated very well here and got excited even if you said the words ‘day care’, because they knew that they were going to see their doggie friends and staff. On Wednesday, we dropped off our dogs for them to be in a VIP suite, with a cot and camera, as usual. On Wednesday, I looked at the webcam and my dogs were fine, in the playroom with the other small dogs. Well, on Thursday , I looked at the day care camera and they were the only 2 dogs mixed with the large dogs. I called and asked why they were not with the other small dogs. No one could give me a straight answer, but I asked that they be moved immediately to the other room. On Friday evening, around 7pm, I saw that my dogs had been moved to their room but were sleeping on the floor with no cot. They only had the blanket my husband usually brings, but was sloppily laid on the floor. I called and asked why they did not have a cot. The employee did not know why and said they are supposed to have one with VIP. I told her of course they are, why would I pay extra for my dog with arthritis to sleep on a concrete floor? I was offered a discount, the standard room price instead of the VIP price. No thanks, my dogs matter more. I asked her to tell the owner to give me a call and I was told the owner was hard to get a hold of and maybe a manager would call me next week. Really folks? Well today, Saturday, at 11am, I looked at the cameras for the playroom and my dogs weren’t there. I look in the VIP suite camera and they were still kenneled. OMG! It’s 11am. (The day care is added to the price of boarding each day) I called and asked why my dogs are kenneled and I was told that the larger dogs come first and that my dogs might be put in the playroom soon. I almost lost it. I asked for the owner to call me because my dogs have never been treated so poorly. I was told maybe a manager would call me on Monday. I told her we don’t kennel our dogs at home and the only time they are kenneled is at night at their boarding facility. I also told her that I bring them there to play not to be in a cage all day. The employee did not care. I sent my son to pick up the dogs. He got there a few hours later and they had just been put in a room to play. Mind you, the place closes at 6pm. My son said the dogs reeked of urine and their paws were wet. One of my dogs had yellow spots on her white coat. They both ran to my son when they saw him, ready to go. My son, said the woman told him, I assume you won’t be paying. My son told her, hell no. She told my son the owner will call me on Monday. SERIOUSLY! I would rather save the other dogs out there from this INHUMANE TREATMENT. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOGS TAKE THEM SOMEPLACE ELSE.

We had our dog stay 2 different times, no issue until I went to pay for our last stay of 6 nights(!) They OVER CHARGED by one night & when I had asked for the refund it became a huge deal. Sarah the supervisor said she did not have the authority to refund cards, so I asked to talk to the manager. She would not let me talk to the manager & was making a an easy fix uncomfortably prolonged. Nice place, but poorly staffed (at least with customer service!).

I was on a week vacation and had to leave my puppy behind. We decided to let him board at this location. We watched him throughout our vacation trip and he seemed to be having lots of fun and was well taken care of. The price was reasonable for how long he stayed here. The staff was friendly and professional, overall, this was a great choice for us when we board our puppy. I would recommend boarding your dog here as they are well taken care of, and there's cameras you can stalk your dog.

My dog seems to enjoy it but it unfortunate that they don’t have a groomer on the weekends. I was told that she sometimes she takes weekend appointments by request so I tried reaching out. I never once got to speak with the groomer as she never replied to my emails , calls or notes left by her co workers. I FINALLY spoke with someone, after over a week of no response, who offered to reach out to her personally. The groomer told her coworker she isn’t taking weekend appointments, which is totally fine. I really just wish she would’ve taken the time to get back to me. Also ask them about the rules for Groupon before you go buy a bunch. Never had any other issues but we will be finding a new daycare to accommodate for weekend grooming as well. UPDATE: I have had no missed calls or emails from the Woof room trying to contact me ...

Don't get us wrong, my partner and I, used to enjoy dropping off our dog here for daycare, but the staff doesn't seem much interest when taking care of the dogs. They're usually just sitting against on the ground against the wall playing on their phone rather than actually walking around and watching over and working. I have asked the staff a few times if they could give my dog a bath after dropping off and over the phone, and of course they said they will, but upon picking up my dog, the dog wasn't not even bathed/ washed (of course I would pay for the bath treatment too). The staff here (idk her name) that's usually watching over the dogs is just sad, no to little interaction with the dogs and they were rough with any of the dogs when they took them to "time-out" and yes, we do see it thru the online webcam and how they are mistreating dogs, luckily it wasn't ours but it was sad seeing them just yank the dog by its neck and just throwing the dog over their shoulder and bringing them over to their time out.

Very friendly staff and drop offs/ pick ups are very easy. Glad I got the VIP package and will be able to bring Loki there a lot throughout the year.

Love my dog groomer, first time my dog Drizzy look cute after getting groom. Groomer is really nice to Drizzy and I have recommend this place to couple of my friends they all love it.

The staff at The Woof room are so great! Especially Kayli and Clarissa (I hope that is her name). While we were gone we could watch on the cameras and see these two take their job seriously. They are always walking the dogs in a circle and they make it a point to talk and pet each dog. I feel confident my dog will be safe and happy at The Woof Room. Thank you WR

We love the Woof Room so much! We always have an amazing experience! We have three dogs and one of which is 16 with special needs. I would highly recommend them anytime for anything! The manager Kayli is probably the nicest person that ever lived! Every person on their staff is kind, caring and detail oriented. We have used them grooming, boarding and daycare....everything is a five star service!

We take our dogs here frequently. They love it and so do we. The staff is friendly and you can tell they care about your pets. The dogs get so excited when we turn down the street because they know they are in for a day of fun. They come home completely exhausted which to me means they had a great day! Thank you Woof Room!

Our Bo Bo LOVES Kayleigh!!! He has NEVER jumped out of my arms into anybody's but he did with her. He LOVES his spa days! Our Chihuahua (Sassy Sami) is so sassy that we can't cut her nails. The girls are so good to her and patient. Thanks ladies for loving our babies! We strongly recommend Woof House!!! ❤????
