I loved how friendly they were. They explained everything thoroughly and i loved how welcoming I felt. I brought my Guinea pig in and again everyone was so nice and professional.

First off one of the only vets who will see Guinea Pigs in the area. Which is great. They got me in the next day. Unfortunately I had to put my piggie down. I sobbed like a baby. They didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed. They asked if I needed to call anyone and were extremely nice to me. They make complimentary little clay foot prints which is adorable. They also came in to the room to finish paperwork and take payment (which was very reasonably priced) so I didn't have to go cry in front of more people. They let me sit in the room and calm down before leaving. And then today I got a card saying sorry for the loss of my pet signed by all the staff. Way to go above and beyond! It's very much appreciated.

Excellent visit as always with Dr Mark Leonard and the kind patient techs at South Hyland. My goofball dog loves them and he doesn't usually like a lot of people.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with South Hyland Pet Hospital This is now the second time that South Hyland Pet Hospital came to the rescue when my pup was in need of an urgent visit and our regular vet couldn't accommodate. The vet techs that assisted were so amazing and informative and Dr. Kazunas set my mind at ease that we'd be on the mend soon. I would highly, highly recommend, and will likely be making them my primary care vet.

We've had a bad week with 2 dogs needing immediate attention, and we we're lucky enough to find South Hyland. Dr. Hana Kazunas and her team were nothing short of fantastic. Anytime an employee came into our room they did so with a heavy sense of confidence and compassion. In all our lives as pet owners, we've never received care like this.

Dr. Lehnert is kind & compassionate in his care of our dogs. He listens! Also, if our dogs have needed treatment, he gives us good information so we can make the best treatment decision for our pups. I would not go anywhere else with our treasured furry family members!

Possiblity the best workers and vets I have ever gone to. They really care for each animal and even remember our names every time we visit.

Excellent curbside visit. Payment handled after exam over the phone. Staff was kind and courteous. Very fast appointment and thorough which was for two cats.

Due to the covid-19 , they were able to do a virtual visit with me while examining my dog in their Clinic. It worked out well

This vet clinic is the best! Dr's Hana and Mark made me feel less scared and nervous, and they treated my fractious cat very kindly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They can treat a puppy who needs a vaccination to the most complex problems, and their prices are in line.

Dr Schultz and all the staff that worked with my robo hamsters did such a great job of showing kindness and care to me and my hamsters. Dr Shultz was very kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in her approach of taking care of my hamster who sadly had to be euthanized. The vet assistant who helped was also very kind and comforting when I was really sad about having to say goodbye to my hamster. I also appreciate the treatment for my other hamster- mite treatment went well! I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs animal care. :) Thank you again!

Absolutely professional, friendly and caring pet care people. We have had a couple of bad experiences at another pet hospital that is local to us. We now drive 25 minutes one way for South Hyland due to the outstanding staff. Very reasonable pricing for services also, but the service is so good, I wouldn't look elsewhere!
