Very professional and sympathetic when I had to have my kitten put to sleep. Gave me all the time I needed to be with her before I had to put her down and knew how hard it was for me to make this drastic decision. I was glad to have such wonderful people taking care of Squeaky before she had to go.

The staff at the facility are great and truly care about the animals. Clean spaces, convenient location. They take time to explain everything and are reasonable in price and further recommendations. Always a positive experience for the cat and myself. Would recommend Nova to a friend.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and every vet tech/office assistant that I've interacted with has been very kind. When I needed additional medication for my cat I was able to get it by the end of the day. Highly recommend checking them out.

Our dog came down with an ear infection the day before we were leaving for vacation. The staff at Nova was able to rearrange their schedule to see our dog and get hime the necessary treatment. Everyone was so kind a curious, I just can't say enough about Dr. Dahl, Dr. Jones, and the staff.

Very happy we found this vet clinic for our pets. The staff and Vets are very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable about pet disorders and diseases. The Vets take the time during their day to call back with detailed diagnosis about your pet, and they also call a few days later to check on how your pet is doing after the visit. Our 11 year old chi-yorky has been having seizures and Nova Vet clinic has worked diligently to help get them under control. Thank you Nova Vet Clinic!!

Our cat has gotten his teeth pulled once before with another clinic. He came back super stressed out and vaguely haggard looking. We could tell that he was super upset. But this time, with Nova, when we got him back he is his poofy self with the exception of discomfort caused by his pain meds. But overall I have really enjoyed this vet and I can tell Richard has as well. At least as much as he can.

Great vet visit. Friendly, pet loves them. Very upfront about how much each procedure is going to cost, and what your options are. Good about reminding you about things. Very convenient.

------READ THIS------- 09/26/2020 I would go to this Vet with caution. This Vet is good with just for getting shots and vaccinations for your pets but that's pretty much it. I have 2 year golden retriever, and she had some minor issues arise that turned into larger issues. First it started with her not being able to poop very much. They just told us to feed her bland diet. Then we noticed that she was licking her paws a lot and acting very strange. They were able to squeeze us in told me they are only going to look at her paws. Or pay the Emergency drop off bill which make things more expensive. Nova just brushed it off and said it was allergies and gave her ALLER-CHLOR. They said if issues continued bring her to Emergency vet like blue pearl. That weekend my dog was pretty much knocked unconscious very unresponsive. We ended up having to go to the emergency vet at Blue Pearl. They flushed out her system, and the vet doctor at Blue pearl told us that ALLER-CHLOR is the last antihistamine they would give a dog. Then a few days later a dog that is 2 years old started acting like an old dog. I was already skeptical to go to Nova because of the ALLER-CHLOR incident. My biggest problem is you guys have been her vet for 2 years and I was told to bring her a ER Vet(I.E. Blue Pearl). That really ticked me off you guys can't make time to see pets while other vet clinics I have time and room. This just shows you that this vet doesn't care about pets a whole lot, and care about the money. Rather just make it someone else's problem. I brought her to a new vet they did all the works Blood, Urine, and X-rays. The new vet told us most of her issues were preventable. Then we mentioned the ALLER-CHLOR, and they even said they wouldn't even suggest ALLER-CHLOR. That is two vets now that wouldn't suggest ALLER-CHLOR. They found a list of problems that I have told NOVA about previously mentioned. We are most likely heading into surgery because of Nova's vet service. I can tell you more about the issues but I would be writing a book. if you ask me if I suggest this vet I would tell you find a new Vet. If I could give zero stars I would.

My dog needed a glucose curve and was scheduled for today. They made a big deal about her having to come in at 9am saying she was to have her am meal, insulin, and brought in "right after". Got her there by 9am, and now they say she should have had her meal and insulin 2 hours before drop off for the day. The gal said "Sorry for the miscommunication". Uh, no, that was a HUGE OMISSION because now they want this all to be rescheduled. This means delays in my dogs care and in getting her insulin regulated. This mess they caused with their poor communication has caused hassles for me, my PCA's and was unecessary. This is their business and I expected better from "professionals". I am Royally PO'd. They charge good money but aside from lip-service what do they do when THEY screw up??!!??

Nova vet clinic is wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful! I feel like they actually care about my pets wellbeing and are super thorough with following up with our pets. Very quick response time as well! Our fur babies are in safe hands here!

Dr. Jones has been taking care of our yellow lab since he was a puppy (he’s 7 now). She’s always been kind, professional, and thorough. We’ve also seen Dr. Lehtinen for a couple of last-minute issues, and she’s also been great. We can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Highly recommended!

We love the care and attention our 2 dogs and cat receive from the staff at Nova! I love what they have done with our old neighborhood clinic to spruce it up as well!

We will be staying with this clinic for the foreseeable future.

We absolutely love NOVA for our two cats. We liked Dr. Jones so much that we followed her from another clinic! I am consistently surprised when she calls a few days after a visit to check in. She really cares about our pets. Our older cat has needed specialty food a few times, and the doctor and staff are always clear about their recommendations. Thanks to Dr. Jones' expertise, we were referred to a feline ophthalmologist and found out that our cat has glaucoma. Without this referral our cat could have lost her sight. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We’ve been taking our two kitties here for years. Jones and her team are prompt, professional, and above all caring. In terms of vet clinics in the cities and area, you really can’t go wrong at Nova. Even during COVID, they’ve been nothing but a class act for our little fur balls!

I do not have enough positive things to say about Nova Vet Clinic! My dog recently became ill and Dr. Jones was so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to check in with me and see how my dog was doing. I feel nothing but love and support whenever I walk into that office and I am so thankful to have the Nova team as my dog's primary care provider!!

We highly recommend Nova Veterinary Clinic. We were with Wolff Animal Hospital, when Dr. Jones purchased the clinic. This spring Dr. Jones improved our 14-year-old Black Lab’s quality of life. Recently, she had a serious health issue. Dr. Jones and her staff were very sweet to our precious lab, as we worked through end-of-life decisions. They were very loving and caring to our dog through the whole process.
