We have been bringing our dog, Rio, here for 2 years now, since she was a puppy. Everyone has been so kind when we are there, and they work well with our dog. They are always able to answer our questions and explain their reasoning behind their action plan. I trust that my dog is getting the best care there. They are also upfront about the costs associated with the visit and don’t pressure you to add on services that aren’t needed. The receptionist Glenda is always so friendly when you walk in the door. We saw Barbra Buman as our veterinarian this last time we went and she was SO nice! Highly recommend!

My cat was very very sick and I couldn't get an appointment because, they had too many animals. Now he has died. Thank you for nothing.

Horrible service from the vet techs. My kitten ended up being way over due for vaccines. I would call two months apart making sure she was fine with only one vaccine and no boosters yet at the time, an hour before an appointment to see if I can bring a fecal test in “Nope! She’s fine! Bye!” Is literally what I would get every time. With my two door truck with no AC (so it’s uncomfortable and unsafe for my cat) that literally could die any minute, I do not want to risk driving an hour round trip with my kitten. Ending up getting a fecal test in, she had hookworm. When I talked to Glenda (the receptionist in her 60’s) about it she literally laughed and said “don’t go outside!” As my answer to preventive measures for it. *Maybe if the vet techs were listening to me back in January about her being indoor/outdoor she wouldn’t have hookworm now?! I could hear so much judgement in Glenda’s voice, trying to police how I raise my cat. While on the phone in their parking lot this week, Glenda literally cut me off to say “Sorryyyy I have to give this bone to this cute dog who can’t catch” I actually said “really GLENDA?” Then she put me on hold. She honestly made me feel bad that my cat got hookworm. How is that good service?!! I honestly talked to Sharon, the hospital manager, right after and told her about my less than satisfied experience for the last 6 months. She was amazing and I do hope she retrains her staff to read reminders and charts and how to talk to customers.

Ive taken my dog here since he was a puppy. They used to be super great. Idk what’s been going on but I’ve been treated with extremely poor customer service specifically from Glenda in the last few months. Somethings not right here anymore. I may be switching. They told me my dog was all up to date on his vaccinations, shots, etc. when in fact he wasn’t. I literally had to argue about it with them. Then, “ oh you’re right he’s over due!”

Worst experience ever for my first time appointment there! The phone representative is rude. They charged me 9$ extra because i left while my dog was inside. I asked the tech how long it takes. Nobody said that I can’t leave and wait at the parking lot the entire time. I went to Starbucks right next to it to order the drink. They called me to talk about my dog and got disconnected couple times. When I called back and I said I will be right there since it’s less than 1 minute to go there. They charged me money because I left and couldn’t contact me. Phone got disconnected is not my fault. After talking to the vet I drove there right away. They just brought my dog without any info. I have to call them back and ask for that then I had to wait for them to bring outside. I had to wait for them but they charged me money when they waited for me just couple minutes and again if they told me in the beginning that I can’t leave I wouldn’t leave. This is second dog I brought there. I brought the first dog in 2 days ago and I ran some errands and came back. Nobody said anything so I didn’t know . The tech said it’s good I know now. Yes I know now but I never come back again.i lost 9$ extra but u guys lose a life long customer

Best hospital in this area! My 14 year old senior dog has been coming to this hospital for past 3-4 years. He is usually very anxious and in other hospitals it was always a bad experience for him, however here at VCA he has become super comfortable with his regular doctor and the technicians!

We Took our dog to his first appointment at this location (15 minutes early) and walked right back out within 5 minutes because the lady at the desk was condescending and rude. (They booked our appointments wrong, we have 2 dogs and need to bring them in separately) When I called her after to try to calmly explain myself she cackled (she literally cackled) when I told her my name and decided it would be smart to talk over me for 3 minutes and tell me why I was wrong/rude for leaving. When I jokingly said I was going to leave a review she called me a bad person, and said “if that’s the kind of person you are.” Well I’m not the type to write reviews (To each their own) but here’s to you GLENDA. We will be taking our dogs back to Pine Ridge VCA in Andover after we have our son. (due date is valentine’s) Side note: Due to my Shepherds anxiety we have to give him 5 trazadone before any appointments, and use them sparingly. We used our last ones on this appointment, so thanks again GLENDA.

We have been bringing our dogs (children) to VCA for about 15 years now. We had been to other clinics that mussled our dogs upon entry. We had been told our dogs were "red flagged" not for any pitictular reason other than they big dogs. The first time we brought our dog Deigo to VCA , we saw Dr. Beauman. She was unlike any vet we ever saw before! She came in the room, sat down on the floor and talked with us about our dog ( who was hiding at the time behind me, growling) Dr. Beauman just kept talking, not even trying to acknowledge our dog. Not 5 minutes into our appointment, our dog came out and sniffed her, sitting down next to her! 15 years later, after going through bone cancer (and losing our beloved Deigo) going through cancer and surgery twice with our other Dog Louie and losing the love of my life DITTI ( English Bulldog) to old age, we continue coming to this wonderful clinic! We currently have an australian shepherd, Blu who is 8. A almost 1 year old English Bulldog, Bella and our Big girl, Addie, 110lb Antonia Shepherd. Addie has sufferd much in her 3 years, but with the help of VCA, she continues to be happy and healthy. Addie lost her left rear leg about a yeAr and half ago now. She is terrified of clinics and vets. Very understandable. She came down with a horrible ear infection a couple of months ago and we were unable to treat her at home properly due to her pain and her size. Today the staff at VCA came through once again and were able to help Addie. Glenda...YOU are a rock star! Anne Marie and Ashley, you were awesome today! Sharon, you and your deacation to animals is inspiring! Dr. Schmidt...I can't thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to my little girl! I am so glad you joined this practice and I can't express my gratitude for all you have done for Addie. She is a very special needs dog and you treat her with so much love and compassion. Thanks to everyone at VCA! We will never bring our dogs elsewhere! You are the BEST!

I always loved taking my dog here until yesterday when her visit was prolonged and then the tech that brought her back to me made things personal. then proceeded to use my private information on file to text me after hours.. can’t say I’ll be looking to update my address like she told me to do because we won’t be going back unless there’s a change..

Very unhappy with my experiences here. Extremely rude and unprofessional vet techs/assistants. They also damaged my dog's esophagus after performing dental cleaning. Dog breathes roughly and makes scratchy noises in her throat -- which began immediately after the sedation tube was removed (the same day). Beware!

We have a 16 month old puppy who has been recently diagnosed with a masst cell tumor. We all took this as a shock. But the WONDERFUL team at vca cedar view has been so helpful. I am especially thankful for Dr. Schmidt who has been so encouraging, empathetic and is continuing to go above and beyond to help us through this very difficult time. Thank you.

I absolutely love this clinic. I have brought 4 dogs here and they are always extremely helpful. I recently moved over 30 minutes away and was so disappointed in the clinics in my area, that I returned. They always remember my dogs when they hear their names. I feel special whenever I call the clinic even though I know they see hundreds of other animals that are just as important. I can't imagine going anywhere else now! Everyone at the clinic is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! Dr Yu and Glenda make every interaction the best it can be!

(Update) I just wanted to update this review. They are still the worst Vet service I have ever dealt with. I just wanted to make that clear. I wish I had not paid for this wellness care service because your are forced to continue to use a vet service or waste a ton of money. They asked what I need to bring my dog in for again, and again I told them it was the same thing I have been bringing him in for. They they cannot seem to get corrected. The poor dog is just miserable and in pain and I can not get him in in for two weeks. I wish I had done my research. (First Review) The worst, they can't wait to sell you a service then you pay for it then try and get an appointment, or try to get a real person on the phone. As soon as my agreement is done that I paid for I will never ever go back. Horrible Company, try and talk to the Vet about my dog, is impossible. I call and all I hear is Please Hold, click, Please hold, click. the worst.

I have been going to cedarview animal hospital since early eighties. Dr Stephen Mitchell has retired now and I wasn't quite sure how the new vet would be. With covid I was not able to meet her in person because they have the drive-by drop off for my dog to see the vet. Dr Jessica Hovet seemed very pleasant when I spoke to her on the phone about Molly. Molly does have a UTI so she's on a prescription for two weeks we will just have to see how that goes. I still highly recommend cedarview animal hospital. But I do miss Dr Steve.

We had to unfortunately put our beloved puppy down due to a brain tumor. It broke my heart. They made it quick, comfortable for our Billy, and the vet tech showed genuine caring and compassion for not only me, but my billy.

This place is a joke. They are in it for the money, NOT for helping animals. The staff is rude and spend more time joking and screwing around than they do helping customers. Guaranteed to over charge and under deliver. They should close up shop and let another Veteranian take over.
